The Episode starts with Riddhima saying why is Vansh’s phone not reachable, he will come, maybe he is on the way. She says so sorry, I didn’t know your turn is before. The girl says no, my checkup is done, we are waiting for the report. The guy ties her shoe laces. Riddhima smiles and imagines Vansh. Vansh says I will do it Riddhima, you and our baby need not worry. Ishq mein marjawan….plays…. He kisses her tummy and makes her sit. Nurse asks are you okay. Riddhima smiles and thinks Vansh would be coming, we will see our love sign together, like our love had started, its also a new journey. Nurse asks didn’t your husband come.

Riddhima says he will come. Nurse says your appointment is in 10 mins, I hope he comes till then. Someone injects the gel bottle. Riddhima calls Vansh. She turns to see. She says strange, door is shut, curtain was flying, was someone there. She waits for Vansh. Nurse asks did your husband come. Riddhima says no, maybe he is on the way, can we wait for some time. Nurse says yes. Kabir comes. She asks what are you doing here. He says its your first sonography, so I have come, Vansh won’t come, he will not fulfill this need. She says stop it, Vansh is my husband, you don’t need to interfere, I will handle everything, you may leave. Doctor says its good baby’s father has come. Riddhima says no, he isn’t my husband, he is my husband’s brother, he had come to drop me. She asks him to go. Kabir asks doctor to take special care of her. Riddhima goes with the doctor. Doctor takes the gel bottle. Nurse says the gel got old, use the new one. Doctor takes a new bottle and asks shall we start Riddhima.

Vansh plays the piano and recalls everything. He drinks. Kabir comes and takes the glass from his hand. He says I would have not stopped you if you were drinking to celebrate your fatherhood, are you drinking to forget this sorrow. Vansh asks him to just go away. Kabir says I think you don’t want this baby, I know your pain, I have a way to lessen your burden, I m your brother, its my duty, you don’t want this baby, right, leave it, I will take care of the baby, leave your life with freedom, I will do father’s love to the baby, I will do all the responsibilities, I started practice also, you didn’t go with Riddhima for sonography, I went to give her emotional support. Vansh punches his face and asks how dare you say this nonsense, stay in your limits. Kabir smiles and says calm down, I was just joking, I was checking if you care for the baby, you got so angry when I said I will take the baby, my work is done. Vansh catches him and says stay away from Riddhima, you can’t imagine the kind of things I would do to you. Kabir goes.

Riddhima comes home and asks where is Vansh. Dadi asks why do you look so tired. Riddhima says I m fine. Dadi says I will get badam milk for you. She goes. Riddhima sees reports and recalls seeing the baby on the screen. Riddhima thinks Vansh you missed a big moment today, I wish you were there. Dadi asks her to have the milk. Someone looks on and recalls adding poison in the milk. Dadi says I have to go and pick Siya from her painting class, you have the milk. She goes. Vansh comes. Riddhima keeps the milk glass. She asks why did you not come. He says stop asking me. She says sorry, I have one condition, sit, finish this milk, look at your face, you look so tired, you will get some energy. He drinks it. He coughs. She goes to get water. Someone drops the rat poison bottle. Riddhima sees it and worries. Kabir comes and says I just heard a sound, is Vansh fine. Riddhima says don’t know, he started feeling uneasy, Dadi isn’t here, what shall I do. Kabir says calm down, nothing will happen to Vansh, you are with him, he may have reaction because of milk, give him salt water, he will vomit and feel better. He tries to touch her. Vansh calls her out. She goes to Vansh. Kabir says you will worry like this for me one day. She asks Vansh not to close eyes, have the salt water. Vansh drinks it. She rubs his back. She asks are you feeling to vomit, come with me. She takes him to the room.

Vansh says I m feeling better, salt water worked. She asks are you sure. He says absolutely. She asks him to lie down. She says I was so scared. He says I m fine now, I don’t know what happened, I felt so suffocating. Riddhima thinks who can do this, Dadi got the milk, maybe someone added the poison in it before itself. Vansh asks what happened. She says I think there was rat poison in the milk, I saw it fallen in the kitchen, I think its connected. He says relax, rat poison is kept in kitchen, maybe servant dropped it. She asks how did you feel unwell after drinking the milk. He says I think there was kesar in the milk, I m allergic to it. She says thanks, you did a dad’s duty today and saved our baby from the harm. He says I just know that I saved your life. She says I have to show you something. He asks what’s this, I just see a dot in this. She says its our baby.

Precap: Vansh tells Riddhima that they will celebrate Valentines differently this time. He will kidnap her and take to a place that she cannot even think of. She gets ready and comes in the backyard. Someone blindfolds her and takes her away. Vansh comes to the backyard and find Riddhima’s broken bangle. He feels she’s in a problem. Kabir is dancing with blindfolded Riddhima. When he touches her, she figures it’s not Vansh, but someone else. She pushes him, slaps him, and removes the blindfold. She is shocked seeing Kabir.
