The episode starts with twinkle looking at the phone n smiling seeing kunj pic she goes Infront of mirror n sees herself …..
T : ofooo yaar when this siddhant will come home I am missing him badly I wanna see him I love him sooo much yaar wait wait what did I just said I love him do I.really love him she looks at mirror n says yes I really love him woah ??? just come soon siddhant I am missing u yaar …

Kunj was driving and thinking about them now I can tell u twinkle about our past and everything as there is no risk of loosing u again my siyappa queen I love u so much yaar he smiles …
Here twinkle was dancing and was very happy she was having a million dollar smile she didn’t knew why she is feeling so attached to kunj …
T : umm I think I should do something special but I didn’t know what he likes she thinks for sometime n then says yeah I can find about him in his room
She goes to kunj room and was searching when a photo frame falls and twinkle looks at him …
T : photo frame wow let’s see whose pic Mr siddhaant has kept near to him she turns the photo frame and was shocked to see twinj marriage pic what is this ?? me and siddhant when we got married she started getting flashes of their wedding and she drops the photo frame on bed ….

Twinkle comes out of kunj room her head was paining like hell she was getting repeated flashes of their wedding their trip and atlast their accident ….

I am feeling suffocated I think I should go out to have some fresh air said twinkle n comes out and was walking on the road holding her head and phone in her hand she was getting dizzy and drops her phone and fainted …

K : where this siyappa queen went he goes to his room n saw photo frame and thinks omg I think twinkle saw this now here is she …

Kunj was not moving from the ICU and was having tears in his eyes …

After sometime doctor comes out …

Dr : Mr sarna she is fine now she has taken stress you can meet her after sometime…

Kunj went inside n saw twinkle his eyes welled up he holds twinkle palm n says twinkle plz get up yaar u know nah siyappa queen I can’t leave without you I am so sorry I didn’t meet u from morning I shouldn’t have left u alone plz wake up u know nah how much I love u he was crying …
Twinkle wakes up n sees kunj ???

Kunj looks at her n says Jasmin u woke up I will call Kabir see he was getting worried i will call him then he turns to go then he recalls twinkle has said kunj …….
K : what did u just said …
T : kunj my sadu sarna u know baby I love you too …
K : twinkle u remember me let me call doctor …..
Doctor comes n Checks twinkle n says congratulations Mr sarna u wife has got her memory back kunj happiness knew no bound he hugs doctor …
K : ops I am so sorry …
Kabir hugs kunj and says finally ur hardwork has got successed kunj and he was going from there when twinkle says

Kabir turns and looks at twinkle emotionally as he thought dat twinkle will not remember him
