Ishq Aaj Kal (Love at these days) – Episode 9 (The Heart: Part 1)

Recap: Shivangi says, “For you, the punishment is big, my dear pati dev.” Rocky looks at fear and Rudra smirks at Rocky.

The episode starts with,
Rocky says, “shivangi, you are too much, you gave sit-ups for Rudra but for me..” Shivangi says, “If you speak anything further, I’ll give you 24 hours yes challenge as your punishment and you have to do whatever I ordered you for next one day.” Rudra laughs at Rocky. Rocky looks at her innocently. Shivangi says, “Ok, guys, you both can leave. I’ll decide Rocky’s punishment tomorrow.” Rudra leaves. Rocky comes near Shivangi and asks innocently, “Will you punish me?” Shivangi pushes him but she is about to fall and Rocky holds Shivangi.

They have a beautiful eyelock. Yun ri hai song plays in the background. (0.14- 2.13)

Shivangi stands up and says, “Of course, yes. I’ll give you punishment. Rocky sacrastically mentions, “Ok, teacher.” He leaves.

Rithik’s room,
Rithik is seeing Shivanya’s photograph.

Rithik says (to himself), “Shivanya, I fulfilled your wish now. Shivangi found her true love and I too accept her. I promise that like our parents I won’t stand as barrier for her love.” Shivangi enters the room. She see Rithik holding Rivanya’s photo. Shivangi asks, “Dear dad, I haven’t seen this photo even a time.” Rithik says, “You might have forgot this.I have shown this to you.” Shivangi says, “Whatever dad, when did you clicked this photo?” Rithik says, “Its during our first meet in our college.” Shivangi asks, “Oh, really. But you told that you met my mom when she came with her parents to your house for alliance.” Rithik becomes nervous but doesn’t show to her. Rithik says, “yeah, beta….” Shivangi interrupts, “I heard everything you spoke to mom’s photo. What is that promise? It seems yours is not a arranged marriage. I’ve never seen my grandparents too. Something is fishy. It is like you are lying to me.” Rithik denies anxiously. Shivangi asks him constantly. Rithik closes the room door.
Rithik says, “Ours is not an arranged marriage. It is a love marriage. Our parents never accept us both.” Shivangi says, “Dad, it is too much. Even after child birth, how could they be so adamant.” Rithik says, “Its not adamancy. Its their ego. Their status is important. Their ego took your mother from me.” Rithik cries. Shivangi is shocked, “You said mom is died becasue of car accident.” Rithik denies and cries. Shivangi says, “Dad, what are you hiding from me? Did my grandparents killed my mom?” Rithik says, “I can’t agree but also I can’t deny.”
