ishana is wearing the white anarkali that divya wore in kabhi yaadon mein song and her bracelet that is exactly like anikas bur instead of triangles it has rounded rectangles in shape of I and chuda in both her hands as she is newly married and goes to dance academy while om stood there being mesmerised by her after sometime she comes back with cuts on her arm and was crying om sees her and is shocked before he could ask her something she ran to her room and closed the door

remembering this she uses her dupatta to make a hanging noose takes a chair stands on it and pushes it and hangs from the fan to attempt suicide om was banging door to open it because he saw putting dupatta on the fan from a window he brakes door and sees her hanging which shocks him but then he removes her dupatta and tries to get her conscious and calls doctor he was crying
doctor- she will get conscious but ask her what is bothering her that she took this step she is showing all signs of severe depression please take care of her and try to keep her happy in all possible ways

he goes to her room where she is sleeping enna sona plays he caresses her face and remembers their moments and sleeps huging her while crying
