CHAPTER 8a
All are waiting for OmRu and Ishana at dining hall..
Shivaay: Where this Rudra go?? I asked him to call Om for lunch but still not here yet.. Moreover, he took Ishana with him..
Sid: Relax, Shivaay.. They will come..
Soumya: I will go and bring them..
Savitri: No need, dear.. They will come in a while..
OmRu and Ishana are walking downstairs.. Rudra and Ishana having some arguments while Omkara smiles shaking his head..
Ishu: No, Rudraa.. I can’t do it..
Rudra: I want to see what will happen..
Ishu: You will see when the time comes..
They reach the dining where all are waiting for them..
Shivaay: What are you both arguing about??
Rudra: I’m asking her to do something but she is refusing me..
Sid: Ishu, why are you refusing him?? Just do what he asked you..
Ishu: Anna, do you know what he asked me to do??
Arjun: What?? (Ishu wants to answer but cut by Rudra)
Rudra: Nothing big, Arjun bhaiya.. I asked her to call you all bhaiya, bhabhi, didi and jiju.. But, she is refusing to call like that.. (The Raichands look at Ishana and she nods her head)
Madhu: Rudra bhaiya, do you want any hurricane occurs in this house?? (The Oberois confuse with her question while the Raichands smile)
Rudra: No.. Why??
Madhu: That only will happen if Ishu calls them like that.. So, it’s better if you don’t ask her to call like that..
Rudra: But..(cuts by Omkara)
Om: If she doesn’t want to call them like that, why are you forcing her??
Kalyani: Ok..ok.. We will talk later.. Now, come and join us for lunch..
OmRu and Ishana go and sit at their places.. Ishana sits between Arjun and Swetlana.. Rudra sits beside Soumya and Omkara sits beside Rudra, in front of Ishana.. They start to have their lunch.. Arjun as usual feeds Ishana first.. The Oberois smile looks at them..
Pinky: Looks like Ishana is pampered by familys.. Her brothers feeds her first before eatings.. (Arjun and Ishana smile at Pinky)
Savitri: Since small they are like this.. Arjun will feed her first before having his food..
Rudra: How sweet?? My brothers never feed me like this..(looks at ShiOm)
Shivaay: Really?? Did you forgot that I was the one fed you when you were small??
Rudra: But only when I was small.. You stop feeding me after I grow up..(makes a puppy face)
Soumya: You know what, Rudra?? Prinku should worry about this.. Not you..
Rudra: Why??
Annika: Because 3 of you are her brothers and she is the youngest one.. So, you all must feed her.. (Rudra makes a crybaby face which melts Ishana)
Ishu: (get up from her place and walks towards Rudra) Rudraa, let me feed you.. What do you want??
Rudra (smiles happily): How sweet of you?? You can feed anything you want..
Ishana takes a spoon of gulab jamun and bring towards Rudra.. However, her hand starts to shiver which didn’t go unnoticed by her family.. She almost drop the spoon but Omkara holds her hand.. Ishkara have an eyelock and without breaking their eyelock, they feed Rudra.. They still lost in their eyes.. Rudra’s voice bring them out from their trances..
Rudra: Woww!! It’s so delicious.. That too from my Ishana bhabhi’s hand.. Thank you, bhabhi.. You are so sweet..
Ishu: (confused) Bhabhi!!??
Rudra: I mean..(Interrupt by Soumya)
Soumya: Your jijus are like his bhaiya and your sisters are like his bhabhi.. So, you are his bhabhi too.. That is what this duffer means..
Rudra: Right, Soumya.. I can call you ‘bhabhi’ right??
Ishu: (smiles) Sure, can.. No one called me bhabhi before..
Rudra: Thank you, bhabhi..(hugs Ishana)
Omkara wants to stop Rudra from addressing Ishana as bhabhi but he controls himself.. He doesn’t want to break Ishana and Rudra’s bond.. Ishana goes to her sit.. All continue having their meals while chatting.. After finished their lunch, the Oberois took the Raichands around their mansion.. Shivaay takes Siddharth and Arjun.. Omkara supposed to take RaDuKa with him but he remembered that he need to finish a sculpture.. So, Shivaay takes them as well.. Annika and Soumya took the girls with them..
Swet: Girls, you all go and see the house.. I’ll be waiting here..
Nivi: Bhabhi, what are you going to do here alone?? Come and join us..
Annika: Yeah.. She is right.. You can come with us..
Ranveer: I’ll take her with me.. You all carry on.. Besides, she came here before.. So, no need for her to see the house again.. And I too have something to discuss with her.. (Ranveer leaves with Swetlana)
They understand SwetRan hesitation to join them.. They don’t force them and let them go.. Prinku takes Madhu with her.. Rudra takes Ishana.. While the elder Oberois take Savitri with them..
Rudra is walking with Ishana..
Ishu: Rudraa, can I ask you something?? (Rudra nods his head) There are so many of us.. But, why are you giving special attention towards me??
Rudra: You want to know the reason?? (Ishana nods her head) I also don’t know why.. I felt like I’m having special connection with you..
Ishu: (chuckles) It happens sometimes.. I like my anni on the first meet.. I couldn’t hate her even after knew her past.. I always felt a mother’s love whenever she is beside me.. But, we don’t have any connection before.. After she married my brother, I felt like I got my mother back..
Rudra: (slightly smiles) I still can’t believe that Swetlana is changed.. We need sometime to accept her..
Ishu: I understand that.. Take your time..(pats his shoulder) You know something?? You are the second person said that you are having special connection with me..
Rudra: Really?? Who is that person?? I want to meet him.. Is he here??
Ishu: That person is not here.. He is in Bangalore for some work.. One day, I will introduce you both..
Rudra: I’m waiting for that day.. (Ishana smiles and both of them continue their walk)
Priyanka walks with Madhu showing around her house..
Prinku: Your family is so loving.. I felt like seeing another version of my family..
Madhu: (smiles) My family?? (smiles sadly which make Priyanka confused) You know something?? This is not my real family..(looks at Priyanka)
Prinku (shocked): What?? But, the way they care for you..(cut by Madhu)
Madhu: Don’t look like they are not my family, right?? (Priyanka nods her head) But, that is what they are.. My own family abandoned me but this family take care of me like a precious one..(with teary eyes)
Priyanka felt bad for hurting Madhu.. She holds Madhu’s shoulder..
Prinku: I’m sorry.. I didn’t mean to hurt you..
Madhu: (holds Priyanka’s hand) It’s ok.. You don’t have to be sorry.. Now, this is my family.. I got 3 brothers, 4 sisters, 1 bhabhi, 3 jijus and 1 sweet daadi.. They are my world now.. I am willing to fight my own family for them.. (Priyanka looks proudly at Madhu)
Prinku: (thinks a while) What you said?? 3 brothers?? But, there are two only.. I mean Siddharth bhaiya and Arjun bhaiya.. Who is the another one??
Madhu: (smiles) Ranveer bhaiya!! He is my brother too..
Prinku: Ooo.. (After a while) What??? Ranveer bhaiya!!??
Madhu: Haan.. Bhaiya!!
Priyanka felt relieved hearing this from Madhu..
Prinku: Thank you..
She hugs Madhu in excitement.. Madhu confused with her behavior.. They continue their walk around the house.. On the other side, Shivaay with all the guys except OmRu and Ranveer.. They are on second floor..
Shivaay: I don’t know that we were family friends..
Arjun: We too don’t remember.. We were small that time..
Sid: I only remember the fire crackers incident..
Karan: Fire crackers?? You mean.. (looking at Siddharth and he nods his head)
Raghav: You mean one of them?? (Siddharth again nods his head)
Shivaay: Wait a minute.. I don’t understand what you all are talking about.. What fire crackers??
Arjun: It’s nothing, Shivaay.. We will discuss later about it..
Dush: Yeah.. I think we should go now.. Our family must be waiting for us..
Shivaay: Yeah.. Let’s go.. (They leave from there)
Annika and Soumya with Nivedha, Tia and Mithra..
Annika: So, you three are working or housewives??
Nivi: We three are working.. I run a bakery cum coffee shop, Tia runs a flower shop and Mithra owns a fashion house..
Annika: O bete ki!! You three are entrepreneurs!!! That is really great..
Tia: The credit goes to our husbands.. They are the one encourage us and helped us to establish our career..
Mithra: Actually these are our passion.. Nivi Di interests is cooking, Tia Di interests is gardening and mine is tailoring.. Our husbands realised of our passions and ask us to start as our career.. This is how we become a successful entrepreneur.. (she says proudly)
Soumya: Woww!! Your husbands are really great.. All used to say behind a man’s success there will be a woman.. But in your case, it’s different.. Behind a woman’s success there is a man..
Annika: Soumya is right.. You three are lucky to have them as your husbands..
Nivi: Right.. By the way, what both of you are doing??
Soumya: We worked before our marriage.. After that, we become housewives..
Tia: You know something?? Being a housewife is not easy.. It is the toughest job.. You have to take care of everything in the house.. Both of you are really great..
Soumya: You are right, didi.. Besides this, we have to handle our husbands antics as well especially mine.. Still behaving like a kid even though married these many years.. (all chuckle hearing Soumya) But, that is what I loved in him.. (smiles shyly)

Annika: I was an event planner..
