CHAPTER 17
OBEROI MANSION
Shivaay and Nivedha are in the kitchen preparing lunch for their family… They don’t let anyone to enter the kitchen…
At living room
All are happily chatting with each other… The elders are having their own chat… Rudra as usual chatting with his Ishana bhabhi… While AniSou are chatting with TiMi and Omkara with ArSid… Swetlana is sitting beside Siddharth silently.. RanRaDuKa chat with PriMa regarding their successful plan…
Madhu: So, how was my performance?? Superb, right??
RanRaDuKa: It’s really superb!!! (Madhu pats her shoulder proudly while Priyanka chuckles)
Karan: In fact, your performance is better than Julie… If both of you compete each other, definitely Julie will lose…
Ranveer: Exactly!!! You deserve Oscar award for this performance…
Madhu: What?? Julie?? (A bit louder… Everyone looking at her) Don’t compare me with her… I’m not a backstabber like her…
Prinku: But, who is this Julie??
Dush: Julie was her college mate… Madhu doesn’t like her… That is why she get angry if anyone compare her with that girl… (Madhu looks annoyed)
Ranveer: (change the topic) Siddharth, Flight tickets are booked… This evening at 7 pm…
Sid: Ok… I think after lunch, we will go and pack our things…
NiTiMi: Ok, bhaiya…
Shivaay and Nivedha come from kitchen…
Shivaay: The lunch is ready… Come and have it… You guys need to pack your bags to leave…
All go and have their lunch..
Arjun: (feeding Ishana) Ishu, I used to feed you first before having my food… How I’m going to feed you if I go to Chennai?? (Faking his tears)
Swet: (slaps his head) Don’t be a drama king now… You are saying like this is the first time you are going away from her… Most of the time you will be away only for business reasons… You just do what you used to do before when you were away from us…
Arjun: Bhabhi, you are too much… I want to have some emotional moment… But, you spoiled them…
Ranveer: Arjun, emotional moment should be among these 6 only…(pointing at SidLana, RaDuKa and NiTiMi) Not you… They are the one going to stay away from their partners… (6 of them look at each other and smiled sadly… RaDuKa feel bad for their wives but control themselves)
After finishing their lunch, the Raichands leave from Oberoi Mansion…
Omkara goes to his room to continue his work… Shivaay wants to go to his room but stops seeing Omkara’s mobile on the sofa… He thought to give Omkara himself but Annika calls him… Priyanka comes there at the same time… Shivaay calls her… Priyanka goes to him…
Shivaay: Prinku, can you give this mobile to Om?? He left it on the sofa…(showing the mobile)
Prinku: Sure, bhaiya…(takes the mobile) I’ll give it to him…
Shivaay: Thanks..(leaves to his room)
Priyanka goes to Omkara’s room and sees him involved with his sculpture… She goes towards him and calls him… Omkara turns towards her…
Om: Prinku, you here?? Do you want anything??
Prinku: No, bhaiya… I just want to give your mobile… You left it on sofa… (Hands him the mobile)
Om: (look at his hands are having clay) My hands are full with clay… Never mind.. Keep it on the table…
Prinku: Ok, bhaiya… Bhaiya, can I ask you something??
Om: Sure…
Prinku: Usually, you will make sculptures at your art room only… You only make paintings here… But, why are you making this sculpture in your room???
Om: It’s very special… (Lost in his thought)
Prinku: (smiles) Who asked you to make this??
Om: (still lost in his thought) Ishana…
Priyanka smiles and Omkara realised what he said just now… He turns towards Priyanka and tries to say something…
Prinku: (doesn’t want him to feel awkward) Ok, bhaiya… I’ll keep your mobile there… Mom called me just now…
Om: (relieved) Ok, Prinku…
Priyanka keep the mobile on the table and move to leave but stops seeing a photo on the table… She takes the photo and looks at it…
Prinku: (thinks) I think I saw him before… But can’t remember… (Try to remember) Dev!!! Yes… He is Dev… But, what his photo doing here??
Om: (looks at Prinku seeing the photo) Prinku, bring the photo here… I need it for sculpting this…
Prinku: (goes to him and gives the photo) Bhaiya, who gave you this picture?? What this has to do with this sculpture??
Om: Ishana gave me this photo… He is her lover… She asked me to make his sculpture only… But, why are you asking this, Prinku?? Do you know him??
Prinku: (controls her tears) No, bhaiya… I just simply asked you… Ok, bhaiya… You continue with your work… (Leaves from the room while Omkara confused with her)
RuMya’s room
RuMya are sitting on the bed and talking…
Rudra: You know what, Soumya?? I thought all of them will leave to Chennai and will not come again… And, O’s love story will end before got started… Luckily, Prinku gave idea for her birthday celebration and make Ishana bhabhi as the organizer…
Soumya: Rudra, if they are destined to be one, nothing can stop it from happen… I strongly believe that they are meant together…
Rudra: I too believe that, Soumya… From the moment I met her, I felt she will be perfect for O… She is the one can bring happiness in my O’s life…
Soumya: But, Rudra, we only know her childhood story… We didn’t know what happened in her life that make her like this…
Rudra: Yeah… You are right, Soumya… In fact, this morning while we are watching the videos, O also said that she is still suffering till now… That means something else happened in her life…
Soumya: Right, Rudra… She will be here only… One day we will ask her… (Rudra nods his head and smiles… They heard knock on their door and see Priyanka is standing there.. They could feel she is worrying about something)
Rudra: Prinku??? Why are you standing there?? Come inside…
Prinku: It’s ok, bhaiya… I need to talk something with Soumya bhabhi… Can I take her a while???
Rudra: (could feel tensed in her voice) Sure, Prinku… Soumya, go with her… (SouPri turn to leave but stop hearing Rudra’s voice) Prinku, if you have any problem, you can share with me… I’m always there for you… (Prinku just nods her head and leaves with Soumya)
Priyanka’s Room
Soumya: Priyanka, you said that you want to talk with me… But, why are you keeping quiet???
Prinku: Bhabhi, do you still have any contact with Reyaan??
Soumya: Reyaan?? But, why are you asking??
Prinku: Just tell me… Do you still have any contact with him??
Soumya: Not very much… We used to chat in social media sometimes… But, it’s been a long time I chat with him… Priyanka, why are you asking this??
Prinku: Bhabhi, can you please ask him about Dev??
Soumya: Dev?? But… (Cuts by Priyanka)
Prinku: I will tell you later… Please ask him about Dev… I want to know…
Soumya: Ok..Ok.. Relax… Let me check he is online or not… (Takes her mobile and checks…) He is not online, Priyanka…
Prinku: Send him message, bhabhi… Ask him to call you… (Thinks a while) Bhabhi, try to check his older posts… Maybe there will be something related to Dev…
Soumya: (confused with her behavior) Ok, I’ll check… (She go through Reyaan’s older posts) There are nothing related with Dev for the past six months…
Prinku: Try to search for 2 years back… (Soumya try to search as Prinku said… But, it’s loading slowly… She heard Annika calling her name..)
Soumya: (hand over her mobile) Priyanka, bhabhi is calling me… I have to go… You check if you can get what you are searching for… I’ll get my mobile later..
Soumya leaves from Priyanka’s room… Priyanka looks at the mobile and got frustrated because of the slow loading… She waits for few minutes but still not loaded yet… She decides to ask Ranveer straight away… She throws the mobile on her bed and move to leave… But, stops seeing a picture on the mobile.. She takes the mobile and sees a picture where Ishana and Dev getting engaged and few more of their pictures… She scrolls more and see some condolences and sorry posts on Reyaan’s wall… She sits on the bed and cries badly…
Prinku: (to herself) That means, Dev was Ishana’s fiancee… And he is no more… (Cries) Oh, God!!! Why the fate is so cruel?? Why?? Why?? I thought he lead a normal life after whatever happened few years ago… I never imagine that his life already ended before it got started… I felt I’m the reason for his death… (Wipes her tears) I need to talk with Ranveer.. (takes her mobile to call him but stops) No, I can’t call him now… He must be busy now… He has to send his family to the airport… I will wait till he comes…
Priyanka copies some of IshDev’s pictures to her mobile and give back the mobile to Soumya…
MUMBAI AIRPORT
The Raichands reach the airport… The couples felt bad to leave their partners… ArVeer and IshMa leave the couples alone and go to take some pictures… All the guys hug their beloved wives and spend some time… The girls eyes are welled with tears…
Sid: (breaking the hug) I will miss you… (Kisses her forehead)
Swet: I will miss you too… Take care of yourself and my kids as well… Don’t focus on your work only… Eat properly and sleep on time… (With tearful eyes… Swetlana hugs him tightly) I don’t know why but I felt like don’t want to let you go… I want you to be with me…
Sid: (surprised with her sentence… Before this, she never expressed her feelings towards him… He brushes off the thought… He breaks the hug and cups her cheek) Who said I’m going away from you?? I always stay here.. (places his hand on her heart) I’m always with you… Ok?? (Swetlana nods her head)
Siddharth turns and call ArRanIshMa… Swetlana kisses his cheek suddenly making Siddharth startled… ArRanIshMa cup their mouths surprised with Swetlana’s action… Ranveer manage to capture it in his mobile.. But, RaDuKa and NiTiMi missed to see the scene because they are lost in their own world… ArRanIshMa walk towards SidLana and give a teasing smile to them… Swetlana blushes and confused with her sudden action just now…
Arjun: I think bhabhi is getting romantic nowadays…
Ranveer: And bold too, Arjun… Kissing her husband in public… (Swetlana felt embarrassed)
Ishu: My Anni will kiss her hubby anywhere… Why are you getting jealous??
Madhu: Exactly!!! If you want kiss as well, go and get it from your girl… Arjun Bhaiya, you can get it from guys… Since morning, the guys are interested to kiss you… (SidLana laugh hearing Madhu while IshMa hi five each other)
Their laughter break RaDuKa and NiTiMi romantic moment… They go and join them as well…
Tia: Ranveer, take care of Ishu baby, (cuts by Ranveer)
Ranveer: Don’t worry, Tia baby… I will take care of your Ishu baby, Madhu baby and bhabhi baby as well… (He stress the word baby…)
All: Bhabhi baby???
Ranveer: Yeah… Her bhabhi is her baby too… Right, Tia baby?? (Tia slaps his hand while others laugh looking at them) And I will take care of your Robin baby as well…
Sid: Jokes apart, Ranveer… But, please take care of our family…
Ranveer: (hugs his shoulder) Siddharth, may be I’m just Ranveer now… But, if it comes to our family, I will not hesitate to become Ranveer Singh Randhawa once again… (Siddharth hugs him)
ArSid kiss IshMa’s forehead.. SwetIshMa hug NiTiMi.. After a while, ArSid and NiTiMi boarded their flight… While others leave to Raichand Mansion…
