Raj didi expresses deep regret to Ishani, stating she will forever feel guilty for not accepting her. Ishani tries to absolve her, saying Raj didi only did what she felt was right at the time. However, Raj didi confesses she knew her actions were wrong, yet Ishani never stopped supporting her. She admits she was selfish and failed to consider Ishani’s feelings. Their conversation is interrupted by Shashwat’s arrival. Raj didi scolds him for coming downstairs before fully recovering. Shashwat explains he was bored and feels pressured to heal quickly because Ishani is staying for his sake, and he doesn’t want to be a burden.

Ishani reassures him that it’s okay to accept help from others. Shashwat, however, voices his guilt, feeling responsible for her inability to focus fully

on her exams and for creating distance between her and Anurag. Ishani urges him not to feel that way and hopes he will win his case soon. Raj didi, praising Anurag as a good person for helping admit Shashwat to the hospital, suggests inviting him over. Shashwat agrees, wanting to thank him personally. Ishani doubts Anurag will come, but Raj didi insists she at least talk to him.

Later, while Anurag is looking at Ishani’s photos on his phone, she calls. The conversation turns tense immediately. Anurag coldly asks if her call is a mere formality and, when she questions his tone, demands to know why she called. Ishani says she knows he’s angry and that she shouldn’t have expected him to understand her, accusing him of letting his “male ego” win. Anurag, infuriated, tells her not to call him again and she disconnects.

Frustrated, Anurag is then confronted by Pihu, who wants to talk about Ishani. She thanks him for his help, which he dismisses as an act of humanity. Pihu acknowledges his hurt, emphasizes the importance of communication, and explains that Ishani is merely helping her family and should not be misunderstood. Anurag reveals his core doubt, confessing he doesn’t know if Ishani loves him and that he feels she never considered his emotions or his happiness.

Pihu, understanding his pain, says she doesn’t want their relationship ruined because of her and offers to send Ishani back to him. Anurag admits his fear of losing Ishani again. Pihu pleads with him to give Ishani time and to never stop loving her, assuring him that Ishani will definitely return. Touched, Anurag says he is glad that Pihu wants their reconciliation and has moved on in her own life.

Precap: Ishani tells Anurag that she’s exhausted from constantly having to explain herself to everyone. Anurag responds by asking if he doesn’t have the right to feel secure in their relationship. Hurt and frustrated, he tells her to stay with Shashwat since she clearly doesn’t need him anymore.
