Shashwat vows to ensure Anurag rots in jail. The family then turns on Ishani, with Nandini blaming her for Pihu’s condition, accusing her of using Pihu to get close to Anurag. When Ishani defends herself, Shashwat insults her by comparing her unfavorably to her mother, Suhasini, and condemning her past affair with Anurag.
Amid the confrontation, Pihu states that her legal testimony depends on Anurag’s decisions and scolds Ishani. Shashwat warns Pihu not to change her statement in court. Pihu then reveals that Anurag rejected her because of Ishani and defiantly claims he will still have to marry her one day.
Ishani, suspecting the truth, insists on speaking to Pihu alone. Despite protests from Shashwat, Nandini, and Raj didi—who accuse her of manipulation—Ishani drags Pihu into a room and locks the door. Inside, Ishani directly asks if Anurag truly harassed her.
Pihu confesses that he is innocent; he never touched her and even tried to send her home. She admits she is lying to take revenge for his rejection. A shocked Ishani recalls Anurag’s denials and tells Pihu that punishing an innocent man is wrong.
