Pihu anxiously asks the doctor about Shashwat’s condition. The doctor replies that Shashwat is stable but still unconscious, and allows them to meet him. Ishani and Pihu go inside, where Pihu thanks the doctor for saving her father. The doctor says it was nothing short of a miracle that Shashwat survived. He explains that Shashwat’s heart is very weak, so surgery is not advisable. Instead, Shashwat must strictly follow a healthy diet, exercise, avoid stress, and get proper sleep, as another heart attack could be fatal. He instructs them to discharge Shashwat after two days and leaves.
Relieved, Pihu tells Ishani that for the first time she prayed wholeheartedly, and God listened. She asks Ishani to stay with her until Shashwat recovers, admitting she is afraid she won’t be able to take care
Ishani informs Anurag about the doctor’s advice. Anurag calls it karma, but Ishani asks him not to speak that way, saying she feels sorry for Shashwat. Anurag insists that Shashwat can no longer trouble her and suggests sending divorce papers once Shashwat is discharged, hoping he won’t create drama while signing them.
Ishani then tells him that Pihu wants her to stay at the Sengupta house, and she too wishes to support her. Anurag reminds her that the Senguptas once threw her out, and they are treating her better now only because Nandini betrayed them. Ishani says she is doing this for Pihu and cannot be ungrateful. Anurag remarks that if she has already decided, there’s no use arguing. He says she is free to do as she feels right. Ishani hugs him, and Anurag tells her he should return home as his mother is waiting. Ishani assures him it’s only for a few days, and he leaves, asking her to follow her heart.
The next day, Pihu tells Shashwat he will be discharged today but must take care of his health. Shashwat says he is alive because Pihu is by his side, but she gives the credit to Ishani. Shashwat admits he made Ishani’s life miserable and calls himself a bad person. Pihu consoles him, saying realization of mistakes is enough. Shashwat says he trusts Ishani to look after his family even if he dies. Pihu tells him they cannot change the past and must focus on the present. She promises to concentrate on her studies and career, adding that Yash is trying to return to India but hasn’t found tickets yet. Shashwat praises Pihu for becoming mature.
