Anurag tells Ishani and Pihu to go inside while he takes responsibility for filling out the admission form. Soon after, the nurse instructs Ishani and Pihu to wait outside. Overwhelmed, Pihu breaks down in tears. Ishani consoles her, assuring that nothing will happen to Shashwat. Grateful, Pihu thanks Ishani for coming, admitting she could not face everything alone. Ishani gently reminds her that while her relationship with Shashwat has ended, Pihu will always remain her daughter.
With guilt in her heart, Pihu asks if Ishani is still angry with her. Ishani replies that she is indeed angry—especially for Pihu’s reckless suicide attempt. Pihu confesses she could not handle rejection and allowed her ego to drive her crazy, but now she has realized her mistakes. She also admits that Nandini manipulated
Just then, the doctor arrives and sternly scolds them for bringing Shashwat so late. He informs them that Shashwat’s condition is extremely critical and adds that only after reviewing test reports can he discuss surgery. With that, he heads inside.
A little later, Ishani steps into the washroom, leaving Pihu alone with Anurag. Pihu seizes the moment to apologize to him. Anurag acknowledges her apology but reminds her that unlike Ishani, he cannot forgive so easily. He says her lies destroyed his reputation and people still see him as characterless. He makes it clear that while she has realized her mistake, nothing can erase what happened.
Pihu, devastated, admits she doesn’t deserve forgiveness and feels ashamed of her actions. She insists she is willing to do anything to make things right. Anurag firmly tells her not to—because nothing she does will change the past. He emphasizes that he is only standing by for Ishani’s sake and everything he is doing now is for her alone. Ishani then returns to the scene.
Inside the ICU, the nurse alerts the doctor that Shashwat’s pulse is dropping rapidly. The doctor rushes to administer electric shock treatment. Pihu, seeing this from outside, panics and rushes to the hospital temple. With folded hands, she breaks down before God, recalling how her family insulted Ishani and realizing they are now paying for those sins. Tearfully, she vows never to repeat her mistakes and promises that her family will change for the better. Begging for another chance, she pleads with God to save Shashwat, not wanting to lose her father.
As she sobs, Siddharth notices her and offers her a handkerchief. Pihu thanks him, and he gently asks about her situation. She explains about Shashwat’s condition and assumes Siddharth must be a medical representative. He simply nods. When he asks her name, she introduces herself as Pihu. Just then, a young patient approaches Siddharth, excitedly telling him she is being discharged that day. With warmth, Siddharth hands the child a chocolate. Watching this, Pihu realizes Siddharth is not a representative but a doctor. Siddharth introduces himself properly before heading inside, leaving Pihu thoughtful.
Precap: Ishani tells Anurag that Pihu wishes for her to stay at the Sengupta house, and she too wants to support Pihu in this difficult time. Anurag replies that he won’t stop her if she decides to go, but reminds her not to forget that the Senguptas wouldn’t have changed had they not been betrayed by Nandini.
