Raj Didi pleads with Ishani to save Shashwat, explaining that he lost everything because of his blind trust in Nandini. She admits they should have listened when Ishani warned them about her. Ishani reveals she came only because Pihu called, reminding everyone that Pihu will always remain her daughter no matter what. Overwhelmed with guilt, Pihu apologizes to Ishani for her past misbehavior. She confesses that she once believed Ishani had stolen her love and wanted revenge, but in truth, she could not handle Anurag’s rejection and acted selfishly. Accepting her mistake, Pihu admits she failed to understand Ishani’s feelings. Ishani consoles her, asking her to forget everything and not blame herself.
At that moment, Nandini arrives, mocking the family for their “reunion.” Ishani questions her presence and taunts her, but Nandini snaps back, claiming Ishani has no right to lecture her since she lives with another man despite being married. Ishani realizes Nandini’s real intentions behind staying there. Nandini insists that Ishani has no place in “her” house and threatens to call the police if she doesn’t leave. Calm but firm, Ishani counters that she will call the police instead. Amused, Nandini challenges her to explain why.
Ishani accuses Nandini of acquiring Shashwat’s signature through fraud and vows to file a cheating case against her, warning that she will end up in jail. When Nandini tries to slap her, Ishani firmly holds her hand, warning her never to try it again. She declares that Nandini has already crossed all limits by endangering Shashwat’s life. Though she has no personal relationship with him, Ishani promises to stand by the Sengupta family. She reminds Nandini that the truth always wins. Nandini scoffs, saying they’ll see in court, and claims this is still her house. Before leaving, she tells Pihu not to forget she lost her love because of Ishani and arrogantly declares that none of them are worthy of her standards.
After Nandini storms off, Raj Didi curses her, saying God will never forgive her for her sins. Nandini, on her way out, retorts that God also won’t forgive them for their wrongs toward Ishani and warns that she could throw them out anytime.
Soon after, Shashwat regains consciousness and sees Ishani by his side. With regret, he admits he doesn’t deserve her forgiveness. Ishani tells him not to talk in such a weak state. Shashwat breaks down, confessing that he knowingly hurt her because of his arrogance and ego, and now he is paying the price for trusting Nandini. He pleads for her help. Ishani insists they must first get him admitted to the hospital and calls Anurag.
Anurag arrives shortly after. Pihu apologizes to him for her past mistakes. Ishani urges that they take Shashwat to the hospital immediately. Shashwat also apologizes to Anurag, but Anurag tells him it isn’t necessary. Together, they rush Shashwat to the hospital for treatment.
Precap: The doctor informs that Shashwat’s condition is critical, while the nurse alerts him that his pulse rate is rapidly falling.
