Pihu calls Ishani in a panic, her voice trembling with fear. She pleads with Ishani to come home immediately, saying that they desperately need her help. She explains that Shashwat has suffered a heart attack and, before losing consciousness, he specifically asked her to call Ishani. Terrified, Pihu adds that the doctor has already examined him and instructed her to admit him to the hospital right away. Unable to handle the situation alone, and with Nandini absent from the house, Pihu breaks down and blames Nandini for Shashwat’s deteriorating condition. Through tears, she insists that only Ishani can save her father. Begging her repeatedly, Pihu finally convinces Ishani, who promises to come and quickly disconnects the call.

Seeing Ishani disturbed, Anurag asks her what happened. Ishani tells

him about Shashwat’s heart attack. Anurag is skeptical and refuses to believe it, suspecting it could be another trick by the Senguptas. Ishani defends her decision, reminding him that Pihu was crying in genuine fear and that he knows how deeply she cares for Pihu. She tells him that unlike the Senguptas, she cannot be cruel or indifferent and that she had once promised Pihu she would be there whenever she needed her. Anurag warns her not to forget the insults and pain the Senguptas caused, but Ishani insists this is a matter of humanity and she cannot abandon Pihu in her time of need.

Later, Anurag reluctantly drives Ishani to Shashwat’s house. Before she steps out, he questions if she is really certain about her decision and reminds her of how Pihu once humiliated her. He admits he understands her compassionate nature but says they cannot ignore the past. Ishani, however, tells him that she came not out of obligation but out of humanity. Anurag, frustrated, says his mother is waiting for good news but instead, everything is turning chaotic. Ishani calmly replies that this is destiny’s will. She adds that in Shashwat’s condition, she cannot even think about asking him to sign the divorce papers and only hopes he recovers soon so those matters can be resolved later.

Anurag tells her he will wait outside but firmly refuses to let go of his bitterness toward the Senguptas. Ishani urges him to at least give Pihu another chance, reminding him that she is just a child and at heart a good person. But Anurag remains unmoved, insisting he will not change his decision and instructing her to call him if she needs help. Ishani nods and goes inside.

The moment she enters, Pihu rushes to her and hugs her tightly, crying in relief. Ishani sees Shashwat lying weak and asleep, his condition fragile. Pihu thanks her profusely for coming and explains that her father is not well. When Ishani asks how it happened, Pihu says the doctor already checked him and advised immediate hospitalization, and now they are only waiting for the ambulance. Ishani is shocked, pointing out that Shashwat always took good care of his health. At this point, Raj didi steps in and bitterly says they were blind to Nandini’s true nature, blaming her for Shashwat’s heart attack.

Pihu adds that Nandini betrayed them, revealing how she snatched everything away from Shashwat. Raj didi further explains that when they asked for money for Shashwat’s treatment, Nandini heartlessly refused. Ishani is stunned and questions how Nandini could act so cruelly. Raj didi pleads with Ishani to save Shashwat, lamenting that his blind trust in Nandini has cost him everything.
