Anurag’s mother asks him why he hasn’t gotten ready yet, reminding him that Radhika’s mother called and they must send the haldi to Radhika’s house on time. Anurag casually replies that Radhika must be enjoying herself and that sending the haldi late isn’t a big deal. His mother insists that all rituals should be performed at the auspicious time. Just then, Anurag’s Maasi brings the haldi. His mother thanks her, saying she’s relieved to have her support. Maasi smiles, saying she couldn’t possibly miss Anurag’s wedding now that he’s finally agreed to marry.
Anurag’s sister teases him playfully, and he jokes that he won’t help her with her studies anymore. She retorts that she won’t be able to become an IPS officer without his help. Remembering Ishani’s exam, Anurag tells her to shift with them to assist their mother. His sister jokes about adding salt to his tea, and their mother tells him to get ready since guests have already begun arriving.
Just then, Anurag receives a letter from Radhika. Reading it, he’s stunned to learn that Radhika met Ishani. In her letter, Radhika admits she realizes Anurag still loves Ishani and says she doesn’t want to come between two lovers. She calls off the wedding, saying she can’t give Anurag the love he deserves and asks him to marry Ishani instead. When his mother asks him to get ready, Anurag silently hands her Radhika’s letter. Shocked and emotional, she bursts into tears, and Anurag comforts her with a hug.
The next day, Shashwat and Raj didi happily greet Pihu and Siddarth after their trip. Raj didi asks Pihu how it went, and Pihu says she had a wonderful time. Shashwat jokes that Siddarth must have understood Pihu better now, and Siddarth admits he likes her just as she is. Ishani joins them, teasing that Siddarth seems to have fallen for Pihu even more during the trip. Concerned, Pihu asks Ishani if she’s okay since she looks sleep-deprived, but Ishani insists she’s fine.
Raj didi complains about Shashwat’s mischief, but Shashwat defends himself, saying he’s just being active, and Siddarth agrees that it’s a good thing. When Pihu tells Shashwat to slow down, he says he’ll make tea for everyone, and Siddarth joins him. Pihu then asks whether Shashwat has spoken to Yash. Shashwat says Yash hasn’t responded to his calls or messages. Pihu remarks that Yash would have replied if he knew Shashwat had won the case against Nandini. Shashwat defends Yash and heads to the kitchen with Siddarth.
Once they’re alone, Pihu tells Ishani that it’s Anurag’s wedding day, and they should go stop it. Ishani refuses, saying she received an invitation and doesn’t want to interfere. Pihu urges her not to be so self-sacrificing and to think of herself for once. But Ishani stands firm, saying she can’t create problems in Anurag’s marriage.
