Anurag’s sister excitedly showed him the comments streaming in on his social media live. As he casually glanced through them, his eyes froze upon one message— a congratulatory comment from Ishani. Radhika, standing beside him, also noticed it. A sudden shift of emotion crossed Anurag’s face. His tone turned sharp as he asked his sister to end the live immediately. Taking the phone from her, he walked away to a quieter spot, his frustration rising.
He quickly dialed Ishani’s number. When she answered with concern, asking what had happened, Anurag’s tone seethed with suppressed anger. He demanded to know why she had sent him a congratulatory message when it wasn’t needed or wanted. Ishani, taken aback, replied softly that despite everything, they were still friends. But Anurag cut her off
Hurt, Ishani apologized, admitting that she had made a mistake thinking their bond had room for friendship. Her voice trembled as she confessed that seeing him with Radhika had already been painful enough, and she wished she hadn’t witnessed it. That only fueled Anurag’s anger further. He snapped at her to stop talking about Radhika altogether, asserting that Radhika was a mature woman who loved him truly—unlike Ishani, who had betrayed him.
Ishani’s silence was heavy with heartbreak, but Anurag continued, accusing her of pretending to be noble by commenting publicly. She quietly told him to go and celebrate with his family, to enjoy his happiness. He retorted that he didn’t need her advice—his mother was happy, and so was he.
Gathering her courage, Ishani asked him if he truly was happy. Anurag’s reply was cutting—of course, he was, and did she expect him to confess that he missed her? He said he was genuinely glad that his marriage was with Radhika and not her. His voice hardened as he warned Ishani to stay away from both him and Radhika, never to call or message him again. Defeated but dignified, Ishani replied that she understood. She wished Anurag and Radhika happiness, promised to pray for his peace, and ended the call before breaking down in tears.
From a distance, Shashwat witnessed her pain, his eyes filled with concern. Elsewhere, Anurag, though composed on the surface, found his mind slipping back into old memories—moments once shared with Ishani, laughter that now brought only ache. Unbeknownst to him, Radhika had overheard everything. Shocked and wounded, she quietly walked away without confronting him.
A while later, Anurag’s phone rang—it was Shashwat. He asked to meet urgently. Suspicious, Anurag questioned the need, but Shashwat only said he would be at his house within five minutes. Anurag insisted he was busy, but when Shashwat mentioned Ishani’s name, irritation surged again. Anurag said he didn’t want any talk about her, that he was moving on with his marriage. Shashwat countered calmly, saying he already knew about the wedding but needed to clear Anurag’s misunderstandings about Ishani.
Anurag’s anger flared; he accused Shashwat of being happy now—free to have Ishani to himself. But Shashwat denied it, saying Ishani’s heart still belonged to Anurag, and he couldn’t stand seeing her suffer because of false assumptions. He urged Anurag to meet him, but Anurag warned him not to create drama in his home. Shashwat persisted, saying he would still come—for Ishani’s sake—and disconnected the call determinedly.
Meanwhile, back at the house, Raj didi noticed Shashwat’s absence and worriedly told Ishani that he wasn’t answering her calls. Ishani tried to downplay it, guessing that he must have gone for a walk and put his phone on silent. She tried calling again, but no one picked up. Across town, Shashwat arrived at Anurag’s house and knocked firmly on the door. After a pause, Anurag opened it—his face unreadable, tension simmering between two men about to confront buried truths.
Precap: Ishani grows worried, wondering where Shashwat has gone after taking the car. Meanwhile, at Anurag’s house, Shashwat tells Anurag that there is no real husband-and-wife relationship between him and Ishani. Anurag, still bitter, reminds him that he hasn’t divorced Ishani yet and says he will never forget what both of them did to him.
