Ishani 16th October 2025 Written Episode, Written Update on TellyUpdates.com
Pihu anxiously waits for Siddarth in the beautifully decorated room. A few moments later, Siddarth arrives, admiring the décor with genuine appreciation. Pihu teasingly asks why he is late. Siddarth, with a playful smirk, questions whether she has any other intentions behind her impatience. Unamused by his teasing, Pihu insists he answer properly. Siddarth finally explains that he was talking to Shashwat, adding that Shashwat is a decent man. Pihu, however, remarks that Shashwat was far from good in the past.
Siddarth calmly replies that everyone has a past—it’s about how one evolves and becomes better. Curious, Pihu asks if he too has a painful past. Siddarth nods and opens up. He recounts how, years ago, he was at a marriage function with his parents. Wanting to join his friends, he let his drunken father drive, a decision that led to a fatal accident. Overcome with remorse, Siddarth admits he blames himself for their death.
Hearing this, Pihu’s eyes fill with sympathy. Siddarth shares that since losing his parents, he buried himself in work to escape the guilt. Then one day, he saw Pihu in the hospital—and something inside him changed. She became the calm after his storm, the reason his pain started fading. Pihu smiles tenderly, touched by his confession. Siddarth continues that her family’s acceptance of him felt like a blessing. Pihu gently tells him never to blame himself again and vows she will stand by him forever. Confiding in him, she admits she too made mistakes and thanks God for sending him into her life. She adds that Siddarth’s presence makes her feel safe and loved, transforming her completely.
Siddarth softly asks about her past. Hesitant, Pihu asks whether he will judge her for it. Siddarth assures her that his love is unconditional—he’ll never judge her. With tearful honesty, Pihu reveals her story with Anurag—their complicated emotions and painful fallout. She also mentions Shashwat and Ishani’s story, and how she wronged Anurag because she couldn’t cope with rejection. She confesses that Ishani loves her deeply but is now suffering, unsure how to mend their broken connection.
Concerned, Siddarth asks what he can do to help. Pihu looks at him, touched, and asks what he’s willing to try. Siddarth confidently says he’ll talk to Anurag himself. Grateful, Pihu hugs him tightly. Siddarth smiles and tells her not to thank him—he’s part of the family now. Pihu gently reminds him that tonight marks their first night together. Siddarth draws her closer, and as they embrace, the romantic melody of Tum Kya Mile plays softly in the background.
The next morning, Pihu and Siddarth visit Anurag’s house. Anurag is startled but warmly greets them. Pihu introduces Siddarth. Anurag offers them drinks, but Pihu politely declines, saying it isn’t necessary. Siddarth adds that they’ve already had breakfast. Anurag offers them sweets and congratulates them on their marriage. Pihu remarks that everything happened too quickly.
Anurag smiles and praises Pihu’s intelligence. She playfully compliments Siddarth, saying he’s a doctor with a great sense of humor. Laughing, Anurag replies that now he knows whom to call if he ever falls sick. Siddarth good-naturedly tells him to reach out anytime. Pihu then gently asks Anurag whether he ever misses Ishani—leaving the question hanging in the air as Anurag’s smile fades slightly, hinting at unspoken emotions.

Ishani deserved it. She should have helped taking to hospital and gone back to Anurag but no she a step further and stayed back in Shashwants’ house.
This is what happens when you try to live according to you principles and in the end lose everything sometimes have to think of yourself as well. All the same I do realise it’s a drama
