Ishani tells Sameer she wants freedom from Shashwat as soon as possible. Sameer advises her to fill out the petition form, and Ishani agrees, leaving with Anurag.
At the cafeteria, Anurag is surprised Shashwat accepted divorce so easily. Ishani warns him that Shashwat can do anything, while Anurag suspects Shashwat agreed only to avoid alimony. Ishani worries about being seen with Anurag, but he reassures her that filing the petition is already a step forward. She admits it’s not easy to forget everything, and Anurag promises to heal her wounds. Ishani tells him she trusts him, but fears increasing his troubles. Anurag insists this is their fight together and that God has given them another chance. Ishani doubts fate will favor them, but Anurag says they can shape their own destiny.
Ishani, still broken, says she has lost everything and feels misunderstood by Pihu. Anurag reminds her of her strength and asks if she will start life with him after divorce. She admits she hasn’t thought about it. When Anurag feels she may not want him, Ishani explains her trauma prevents her from making such decisions. She asks about Pihu, and Anurag shares how Pihu glared at him, which made him uncomfortable. Ishani defends Pihu as just a kid, but Anurag insists she is neither immature nor forgivable for what she did.
Just then, Pihu appears, clapping sarcastically. She taunts Ishani in front of her friends, calling her Shashwat’s second wife and accusing her of having an affair with Anurag. She shames Anurag for not feeling guilty. Anurag warns her to stay within limits, while Ishani tries to ask about her well-being. Pihu angrily says Ishani has no right and accuses her of ruining the family. Ishani explains she and Shashwat agreed to a mutual divorce, but Pihu twists it as Ishani rushing to unite with Anurag. Blaming Nandini for the chaos, Ishani defends herself, but Pihu refuses to accept her, declaring Ishani can never be part of Anurag’s life.
Precap: Anurag’s mother asks Ishani if she is ready to marry Anurag. Ishani admits she is afraid of happiness and worries about losing again to Shashwat. Meanwhile, on the other side, everyone urges Pihu to open the door.
