Shashwat gently asks Ishani to forgive him if she can, and Ishani replies that she had already forgiven him long ago. He confides that his heart is weak and he doesn’t expect to live for many more years, but before that, he must fulfill his biggest duty—Pihu’s marriage. He requests Ishani to stay with them until the wedding, admitting he has no right to stop her but still pleads for her presence.

Pihu hugs her father emotionally, assuring him nothing will happen to him, and urges Ishani to stay. Ishani hesitates, saying that if she stays, Anurag might misunderstand. Shashwat offers to speak to Anurag himself, but Ishani refuses. Raj didi also requests Ishani to stay and asks Pihu to call Siddarth’s family the next day.

Ishani finally agrees to remain until Pihu’s marriage, making

Pihu overjoyed as she embraces her. Shashwat thanks Ishani, joking that this was emotional blackmail. He admits that once he wanted her to leave the house, but now he wants her to stay even though he has lost the right to make that request. Ishani smiles and says she must still meet Anurag.

Later, Ishani meets Anurag at a café. When Anurag coldly asks what she wants to talk about, Ishani questions why he is acting like a stranger. Anurag says it’s only her perception. Ishani updates him that they won the case and Shashwat is recovering well. Anurag suggests she can now come and stay with him, apologizing for his rude behavior earlier. He explains that he was hurt when she returned to live at Shashwat’s house because he was eagerly waiting for their marriage. He invites her to his home to meet his mother, but Ishani refuses, explaining that Shashwat’s condition is still delicate.

Anurag insists it’s not their problem, but Ishani says Shashwat requested her to stay until Pihu’s wedding, and she cannot ignore his emotional plea. Frustrated, Anurag says he won’t argue because she will misunderstand him anyway and adds that it’s his mistake to have waited for a married woman. He remarks bitterly that she will never leave Shashwat. Ishani pleads with him to understand her feelings, but Anurag declares she isn’t ready to marry him.

When Ishani says it’s just for a few days, Anurag replies that she should do what she thinks is right, and he will do the same. He decides to tell his mother to find another suitable girl for him, reminding Ishani that his mother wishes to see him settled. Before leaving, he asks Ishani to question herself honestly whether she really loves him.
