Shashwat harshly tells Nandini she deserves jail and suggests she ask Ishani for help. He adds he might have forgiven her if she hadn’t targeted his family. Nandini lashes out, calling him unworthy of being called a man for assaulting his wife. Shashwat retorts that she is only scared because her truth is out and warns her to stay away from his family, but Nandini defiantly says she fears no one. Pihu mocks Nandini to enjoy life in jail, prompting Nandini to shout at her to be quiet.
Ishani intervenes, saying Nandini still refuses to accept her crimes even after the court ordered her imprisonment. She tells Shashwat he may forgive Nandini later if he wishes, but Pihu urges him not to. Shashwat replies that true remorse deserves forgiveness, something he learned from Ishani. When Nandini apologizes, he refuses to believe her, and she furiously claims the property is hers and vows revenge before the police take her away. Abhishek reminds Ishani not to feel bad since justice has prevailed and assures Shashwat that Nandini’s punishment is deserved. Shashwat thanks him, and Abhishek credits Ishani for the plan to record Nandini’s confession. Ishani modestly says she only did her duty and offers Abhishek handmade food as a token of thanks, which delights him.
Later, Ishani packs her bags and bids the Senguptas goodbye. Pihu hugs her emotionally, thanking her for helping during tough times and asking her to stay in touch. Ishani promises to visit if no one minds, and Raj didi warmly tells her the house doors will always be open. Before leaving, Ishani tells Shashwat she will send divorce papers. He asks if she is going to Anurag’s house, and Ishani confirms, saying Anurag is waiting and she must find a new job too. Pihu expresses she wishes Ishani could stay forever and praises her kind heart for helping despite their past mistreatment. Ishani thanks her for the affection and advises Raj didi to take medicines regularly and stay cheerful. Shashwat admits he’s been given a second chance in life and promises to become a better man, asking Ishani for forgiveness if possible.
