Chauhan offers Shiv to marry his son to Gunjan if he gets a government high ranked job to his son. Gunjan and Yogi exchange rings while everyone clap for them. Chauhan says he is giving him a straight offer with which he can proudly tell his son-in-law is a high ranked officer. Shiv walks out of house and says his daughter’s engagement is going on. Chauhan says its only engagement yet and disconnects call asking to think about his offer. Shiv stands confused. A passer by cycle rickshaw driver yells at him to stand aside. He sees narrow lanes and rude people and stands tensed. Suman walks to him and asks what is he doing here instead of watching his daughter’s engagement ritual. Shiv says these lanes are so narrow, chacha chachi’s car couldn’t enter in here, how can Gunjan stay here. Suman says their daughter loves Yogi and Yogi loves her a lot, he will keep her happy and they both know. Khushi informs them to rush in soon as Yogi wants to express his love for Gunjan. Suman asks Shiv to walk in and see how much Yogi loves Gunjan.
Yogi signals how he saw Gunjan for the first time following her dupatta and fell in her love while Khushi describe it. He then thanks his parents for bringing him in this world and bringing him up normally forgoing his dumb and deaf nature and asks Gunjan to be kind to his parents always. He continues expressing his feelings while Shiv also gets emotional seeing this. Bablu asks to describe about his friends also. Vivek says Bablu and Surjith are Yogi’s shadows. Moin says even he is Prakash’s shadow since childhood. Everyone laugh. Yogi then signals that he will sing a song for Gunjan, and Khushi translates. Chachi is amazed to hear thaat and asks asks if Yogi can really sing. Dadaji says Yogi can sing and even he can. Yogi plays Ye Chandsa Roshan Chehra…song.. and dances for Gunjan. Everyone cheer him up. Shiv’s cousin says Yogi is really good except his dumb and deaf nature, and Shiv feels more sad hearing that.
After guests are gone, Yogi sits with family looking at his engagement ring. Pari notices that and thinks he has gone mad. Kusum says she is very happy today and starts crying. Prakash asks to stop crying now and asks Vivek why he had gone to jeweler shop. Vivek lies to get birthday gift for Nisha. Prakash asks if its really Nisha’s birthday. Kabir says he informed Vivek on time, so he didn’t buy ring. Prakash insists and asks why there were panicking during ceremony. Yogi reveals he had lost ring. Prakash and Kusum scold youngsters when Dadaji starts farting and everyone disappear unable to bear stink. Dadaji clears his cylinder and feels relaxed.
Shiv reminisces his uncle and aunt’s taunts and Chauhan’s offer. He walks into Gunjan’s room where she is busy listening Ye Chand Sa Roshan Chehra..song.. reminiscing engagement ritual and Yogi singing it for her. She nervously stops song seeing Shiv. Shiv asks if she is fine, he was tensed seeing her collapsed and says he always tried to give best to her and Gautam and doesn’t want to regret later in life, so he wants even her to not regret later in life; he asks if she would have liked a normal speaking and hearing boy instead of dumb and deaf Yogi. Gunjan gets emotional hearing this. Shiv says he failed to give back her voice and got her a dumb and deaf life partner, he is really feeling miserable. Gunjan signals that he is very loving and caring papa. Shiv says he knows, but he gave her whole life of silence and failed. Gunjan hugs him, and he thinks he knows how much she loves voice and she is doing this for his happiness.
Precap: Prakash calculates wedding budget and tells Yogi he cannot get him sherwani by spending another 35000 rs. Yogi wears sherwani. He later goes to a restaurant with Gunjan where receptionist insults them. Chauhan’s son scolds receptionist and takes their side. Shiv notices that.
