Rani gets afraid seeing Vivek in dark and thinks him as her chacha/uncle. He says its him and asks her to forget chacha. She says she saw news in newspaper. Vivek says even his misdeed is recorded on CCTV camera. Rani says if he dies, they will be in trouble. Pradeep Chauhan enters chacha’s room, kills him, and asking peon to inform about chacha’s death after 2 hours says now Srivastav family’s bad time starts.
Next morning, Gunjan wakes up early and waking up Yogi signals him that he is getting late to embassy for US visa and gives him blue shirt and tie. Prakash calls Yogi and says he is getting late. Dadaji asks him to stop shouting as Yogi is already ready. Yogi walks down ready, Kusum feeds him sweet curd, Vivek gives him document file, family gives him tips. Police enters to arrest Yogi in chacha’s murder charges. Family resists, but Pradeep’s puppet inspector verbally abuses them. Pari asks him to show warrant and Surjith/Bablu form a human chain. Dadaji says it will worsen Yogi’s situation and asks them to let police take Yogi. Police throws Yogi into lockup and warns not to shout.
Shiv gets a call that Yogi didn’t reach US embassy yet. Pradeep walks in and says Yogi is in jail. Shiv warns him to get out. Pradeep asks him to quash case on Rohan if he wants Yogi out. Shiv says Rohan will be prosecuted wherever he is hiding. Pradeep warns that Yogi will never come out of jail then. Seema and Shiv order servant to kick Pradeep out.
At home, Rani cries. Vivek shouts to stop her never ending drama as his brother is in jail. Family scolds him. They reach police station and plead inspector to let at least Gunjan meet Yogi, but puppet inspector yells to meet him in court and picks belt to torture Yogi.
Precap: Inspector tortures Yogi and asks him to accept his crime. Pari pleads Sujoy to take up Yogi’s case and once he proves Yogi innocent, she will marry Sujoy.
