Divya Drishti fame Sana Sayyad is all set to tie the knot with boyfriend Imaad Shamsi on June 25. Sana recently had her Mehendi ceremony where she looked stunning in a green lehenga with matching jewelry and maangtika to kept her look simple. Sana’s beau Imaad was sporting a off-white Nehru-coat and white kurta pyjama.
Pictures from her Mehendi functions are doing the rounds on social media. Sana can been seen flaunting her mehendi with a cute smile on her face. Sana’s co-star Adhvik Mahajan’s wife Neha also attended the function and shared some of the pictures on her social media account.

Sana and Imaad’s wedding is going to be a private affair owing to the current scenario and also because the couple wanted a simple wedding ceremony. The wedding will have family and close friends in attendance. Sana and Imaad has known each other since their college days, but it was post the wrap up of her show Lockdown Ki Love Story, when the couple started spending more time with each other.

Recently, in an interview with BT, Sana shared the reason behind opting for a wedding with just family members. She said, “We had initially planned to tie the knot in February next year. We wanted our families to meet and give us their blessings. While I had met Imaad’s family, I was waiting for my dad to return home and meet him. I had never spoken about my relationships with my parents. So, when I told my dad about Imaad, he was shocked as he had lost all hopes of me settling down anytime soon (laughs!). My parents loved him and bonded well with him. My dad and Imaad have become very close.”
Sana further added, “We have invited only a limited number of guests so far, which include our families and close friends. I believe that a couple’s big day is equally important for people who have seen them grow from strength to strength. The walima is going to be a low-key affair at Imaad’s residence. We will have dinner with just our immediate families in attendance.”
