In the office, Rohan was tensed after the call. Cheenu comes and says everything is ready, they are now waiting for the material. She notices he was tensed. Rohan says Mr. Murti does not want to invest anymore, and froze the bank accounts. Cheenu understands its her Abba. Rohan says all suppliers know it is their first project in partnership, it is important to get the investment. He drinks water which chokes his neck. Cheenu dabs his back, and raises his head high, wiping his tears. She agrees that it is because of her involvement in Abba’s project, otherwise he would not have to face such challenges. Rohan blames himself, as it is their partnership which brings the road blocks. But fine, they will show the world they can do it together. They no more have a car, but they can walk together to
Hasmukh and Kaku were on a phone call. Hasmukh gets Cheenu’s call. Cheenu says finances are Rohan’s job, but she thinks she must help him. Hasmukh says she must help Rohan as they are project partners, and there are always multiple solutions to problems. Cheenu brings strong coffee for him. he asks why. She says he had sent the lemon tea when she was stressed. Cheenu smiles watching them take care of each other. Cheenu says his brain functions double when he has coffee. She says Batuklal Ji has a number of solutions. Rohan was irked that this is Bangalore and nothing works here without money. She dials Hasmukh’s number and asks Rohan to speak to him directly. She calls Hasmukh and tells him to speak to Batuklal Ji directly. Hasmukh doesn’t speak on the other side. Cheenu says it can be network issue and tries again. Rohan says he would not have any solution at all. Hasmukh was annoyed with Rohan and turns the phone off. Rohan offers to meet her Batuklal, and would see how he will compel the suppliers.
Kaku calls Hasmukh and says Rohan will invite him for meeting with suppliers now. He must come here. Rohan comes there and asks Kaku to get all the samples ready, he has invited all suppliers and Batuklal Ji will also be there. Hasmukh was worried.
The preparations for Christmas were ready at the office. They notice Santa Clause costume was missing. Hasmukh comes as Santa Clause.
The supplier Mr. Joshi reach the hospital. Rohan asks Cheenu about Batuklal. In the office, Balvinder argues with Hasmukh for stealing his look, as he had to be the Santa. Kaku smiles and recalls getting Hasmukh ready. Hasmukh introduces himself as Batuklal to Cheenu and says it is Christmas. Cheenu takes him to meet Rohan. Kaku forbids him look straight into Rohan’s eyes, otherwise he will recognize him. Rohan stares at Batuklal Ji and holds a hand to him, but Hasmukh only rings the bell. Rohan curtly says that their suppliers do not need sweet and candies, but good ideas. Hasmukh was silent. Kaku takes Rohan to a side and says Cheenu has great faith on Batuklal, he should stay aside and let him meet the suppliers alone. Rohan agrees.
In the conference, Mr Joshi was angry that they invited him for party. Hasmukh intervenes that it is his choice to celebrate or not, but he will be at loss if he miss the story. He begins, once upon a time a young boy moved to the city with dreams and aims. He was two steps away from achieving them, and needed only someone’s support. Then one day, he got the support and faith to take the single step ahead. Cheenu thinks what good this story will do. Hasmukh continues that the young man never turned back, and sits here amongst them today. He is Karnataka’s great suppliers, owner of Joshi enterprise, Mr. Shivaraband Joshi. He joins his hands to Mr. Joshi, who had tears in his eyes. Hasmukh holds his hand and says the man who held his hand for the last step to his goal was his Santa clause. Today, he can be a Santa Clause to Rohan and Cheenamma. He asks if Mr. Joshi cannot see himself in Rohan’s face. Rohan must prove himself, and he can even take a 10% profit share in return of his trust. Mr. Joshi was convinced. Hasmukh breathes of relief. Cheenu was elated. Kaku cries. Mr. Joshi holds his hand to Cheenu, shake it and leaves. Cheenu hugs Hasmukh and boasts that her Batuklal Ji can do anything. She insists on pulling his fake beard so that Rohan can also meet and see him. Kaku tells her to go and tell Rohan about it, and makes Hasmukh run.
In the office, Cheenu brings the good news to Rohan and says it happened only for 10% profit share. Rohan asks who gave a consent for profit share. She reminds Rohan that no one was ready to help them. She says Batuklal Ji always says, money attracts money and emotions attract emotions. He cracked this deal on the same lines. Rohan wanted to meet her.
In the conference room, Cheenu asks Kaku about Batuklal Ji. Kaku says he left.
PRECAP: Rohan thanks Hasmukh for getting him the project. Hasmukh hugs Rohan saying he is celebrating him today, who never accepted defeat.
