Indian Idol 13: Neha Kakkar welcomes Falguni Pathak in spite of the recent controversy over ‘Maine Payal Hai Chhankai’ remake
Garba Queen Falguni Pathak who is mighty upset over Neha Kakkar’s remake of her iconic song ‘Maine Payal Hai Chhankai’ recently shared the stage of Indian Idol 13 with Neha. For the unversed Neha recently received a backlash from Falguni over the remake of her 90’s iconic song. Falguni Pathak expressed that she almost felt like ‘puking’ hearing Neha’s rendition.
Amid all this, Neha Kakkar and Falguni Pathak shot an episode together for Indian Idol 13 marking the beginning of the Navratri festival. In a promo shared by the channel, Neha can be seen welcoming Falguni for the Garba special episode.

For the unversed, Falguni recently shared videos of fans lashing out at Neha Kakkar’s song and expressed her dislike for the rendition.
Neha also shared a cryptic post saying all the negative comments don’t affect her. She wrote, “If talking in such a manner, saying such bad things about me, abusing me.. makes them feel good and if they think it will ruin my day. Then I’m sorry to inform them that I’m too blessed to have bad days. This God’s child is always happy coz God himself/herself is keeping me happy.”
