Hey people…..
I am back with the 20th part of the story and hope you like it….
The episode begins with Viplav pacing left and right in the hospital corridor while Shaalu watches him getting impatient. Viplav glances the glass door of the ICU where Dhaani is resting because of the sedatives.He then reminisces Raj asking him to take a step to embrace the new relation with Dhaani,the moment he snapped at her,the moments he watched Dhaani smiling along with everyone.He thinks “I am so sorry Dhaani,I snapped at you without knowing anything…” Shaalu comes to him and says he should apologize to her once she is awake.Viplav nods and she goes patting his shoulder. He gets a call from Kanak who asks about Dhaani.Viplav talks to her for a bit and then hangs up. He looks at Dhaani again and sighs…. Sapna Jahan…song plays in the background….
He thinks about the happy moments he spent with Dhaani…while looking at her emotionally…The song continues to play in the background…..Moments later,Shaalu comes to him and asks him to go home and rest for sometime.Viplav denies but Shaalu reasons he should take rest and talk to Dhaani later.She gestures him his blood-stained shirt…and asks him to go…Viplav agrees and goes asking her to take care…. and inform him if necessary….Shaalu nods and Viplav goes….
While driving,Viplav keeps thinking about the accident and is about to hit the other car on the road… He apologizes to the other man…and proceeds…He reaches home and on reaching home,he reminisces walking off leaving Dhaani behind… He sighs…Kanak sees him and rushes towards him…She sees the dried blood and looks at Viplav.Viplav stays mum…Kanak takes him inside. Viplav asks about kids….Kanak tells them that they are sleeping and can wake up any time by now…Viplav says “Maa,I will change this and come…” Kanak nods…Viplav runs towards his room and locks the door. He runs fingers through his hair and sighs looking at the drawer and the stuffs that initiated everything…. He looks at the drawer and proceeds towards it… He takes all the stuffs out after unlocking it….and closes his eyes hugging the diary…He says “Richa,I …. I ….” He chokes not being able to say anything…He thinks once Dhaani is awake,he would say sorry to her… He looks at the diary…opens it and finds Richa’s photo with him…He looks at it…and thinks “Richa…you wanted me to…me to move on..I was thinking to …..but ….this…. I disappointed you…you and …and everyone…” A lone tear escapes from his eyes and he wipes it…. He keeps the diary back and locks the drawer. He goes to keep the key back in the wardrobe drawer and looks at Dhaani’s dresses on the other side… He touches her dress and sighs… He takes his dress and goes to freshen up…
Moments later,he comes out of washroom…He thinks he should go to check kids…He rushes to kids’ room where both Rishi and Suhaani are sleeping peacefully. He looks at them and slightly smiles…ruffling their hair…Meanwhile,tears escape from his eyes rolling down his cheeks. He thinks “Sorry my babies,because of your daddy,your mommy is in hospital..” Hearing his painful sighs,kids move in sleep..He then sees it and quickly goes out glancing them one last time before going… While rushing out,Kanak stops him… Viplav whispers “Maa!” and then looks at the kids to make sure they did not wake up. He sighs and Kanak takes him towards his room and makes him sit on the bed.She sits besides him. He holds her hand…and asks if he can rest his head on her lap. Kanak nods and caresses his head when he rests his head on her lap. She says “Shaalu told me everything Viplav.”Viplav says EVERYTHING..Kanak nods Yes..Viplav says “Maa,what did I do? I shouted at her,snapped at her,called her an ill-mannered orphan…how could I ???nearly kill…killed…her…and cries… Kanak continues caressing his head and says “Viplav,don’t cry,I know you made a mistake….” Viplav says “It is not a mistake Maa,but a sin…anything could have happened to her,she could…could have…” and chokes not being able to complete what he had to say. Kanak says “Shh..nothing would happen to Dhaani,Viplav….Doctor has already told she is out of danger right…and is resting…now stop crying…nothing would happen to Dhaani…. Viplav holds her hand more tightly…and Kanak looks at her son weeping like a baby… Kanak says “Viplav,Can I tell you something??” Viplav asks her to say…
Kanak-“Why don’t you tell Dhaani that you love her?”
Viplav-“I …..don’t… I ….Maa…. I don’t know about these feelings for Dhaani…but I don’t love….
Kanak-“Don’t you dare deny it Viplav… Till when you will keep saying this.”
Viplav-“Raj also says VIPLAV YOU ARE IN LOVE WITH DHAANI…YOU ALSO SAY I AM IN LOVE WITH DHAANI…But no…I am not… I just think she is my responsibility and I should fulfill it…’
Kanak-“Don’t be stubborn Viplav…and for god’s sake I am your mother…don’t lie to me….
Viplav-“I am telling the truth Maa…”
Kanak touches Viplav’s face and then shows him his tears..saying what are those tears for then….
Viplav stays mum not knowing what to say…. Kanak asks him not to run away from love… She knows he thinks if he loves someone else,he will be betraying Richa…but Richa is gone now…she too would want him to be happy and anyone can say that how happy is he with Dhaani…The way you look at Dhaani,anybody can tell that you have immense love for Dhaani…you get worried for her…a slight smile on her face makes you forget your pain…a slight whimper of Dhaani makes you restless… Ye pyaar nahi toh kya hai Viplav?
Viplav raises his head from his mother’s lap..and looks at her.. Kanak asks him to embrace his love before its too late…Viplav keeps looking on..and reminisces the happy face of Richa…slowly fading away with Dhaani’s smiling face approaching towards him… He sighs… Kanak holds his shoulder assuring him to think about his relation with Dhaani… He smiles slightly…. Kanak smiles.. Viplav asks “Will she forgive me Maa?” Kanak says “Your words have hurt her Viplav,now heal her with your actions.Do you understand…Tell her that you love her…Tell her that its her face you want to see and its her voice you want to hear forever in life…accept you love for Dhaani,Viplav…accept that you have started to love her and you will forever… Make her believe that falling in love this time is worth doing…”
Viplav smiles… Mein ne pucha ye dil se…..mein kyun hoon jahan mein…ek dhadhkan boli tere liye(Tere liye from Fitoor) plays in the background while Viplav reminisces Dhaani’s smile…and all the moments he shared with her… Kanak asks him to wipe his tears… She kisses his forehead…and Viplav hugs her….
Kanak asks him to have food…and takes him to dining area with her… She makes him eat with her hands smiling at him. Viplav says..Thank you Maa… Kanak cups his cheek with her other hand and says “Always be happy…now eat quietly…You have to go to Dhaani…”Kanak continues…she would pack light food for Dhaani and something for Shaalu… Viplav nods… Moments later..Viplav is seen in the kitchen helping Kanak in packing the food items after talking to Shaalu for a bit who informs what doctor told..He hears kids’ voice..and turns to see them rubbing their eyes with their palm and coming out of their rooms… He rushes to them..and hugs them when Kanak asks him to be with kids for some time. Kids hug him and wish him ‘Good Morning’. He smiles and kisses their forehead..Rishi asks about Dhaani..Suhaani too joins in asking… Viplav sighs reminiscing the accident and rushing Dhaani to hospital..He hugs them..and says…Babies…your daddy will bring mommy home soon… okay… Rishi asks “But where is mommy ,daddy?” Viplav closes his eyes…and says…”Baby…your mommy is in hospital,your daddy did a mistake and mommy got hurt because of that…so the doctor is treating her..and your daddy has to go now to bring mommy…” Kids look on thinking about the mistake..their mommy getting hurt…and they ask “ Is mommy fine?” Viplav looks on… He holds their hands ..and kisses them…saying “Mommy is fine…just resting so that she can come and play with her champions….” Kids smile…and say “We trust you daddy…you will make mommy fine…and mommy will come home.” Viplav smiles… and kisses their hair hugging them… Kanak comes to kids…and asks if they would freshen up so that when mommy comes they would get to spend some time with mommy… Kids smile…and run towards their room…Viplav smiles… Kanak asks him to go and bring Dhaani back soon… Viplav smiles…and rushes down the stairs… Kanak gets busy with kids…..
Scene changes,Viplav reaches hospital. He sees Shaalu pacing in the corridor..and asks her to sit and have food and…before he could continue… Shaalu takes the packet..and says “Bhaai..doctor said.. Bhaabhi will gain consciousness soon..” Viplav nods…. She asks him to calm down and sit back… Viplav says “How can I calm down Shaalu…without asking for forgiveness from Dhaani…without telling her my feelings for her…..” Shaalu looks on… She smiles… Viplav sees her smiling…Shaalu quickly covers up saying…. “I know you are talking about apologizing for your outburst.I am proud of you.” Viplav nods…while Shaalu thinks about happiness ViDhaani will get after they confess what they feel for each other…..
Viplav goes inside the hospital room where Dhaani is resting… He looks at her and reminisces all the moments they shared…. He holds her hand…and says “I am dying to talk to you Dhaani… Hope you will forgive me….” Ishq ka rang safed tune plays…while he looks at her still holding her hand…. He caresses her forehead…and goes…
Moments later…Doctor comes and informs that Dhaani has gained consciousness and he can meet her.. He looks at Shaalu who gestures him to go and meet Dhaani…. Viplav rushes inside..Dhaani looks at him…and reminisces his sudden outburst..and his bitter words for her… Tears roll down her cheeks… She looks away and tries to settle her back on the pillow..Viplav proceeds to hold her while she tries to settle the pillow and says “Dhaani..”…but she says… “Wait Viplav,you might not want to help this ill-mannered orphan…she knows how to manage herself.” Viplav looks on thinking DAMN! He was not expecting it… Dhaani looks at him… and says “By the way thank you for helping this ILL MANNERED ORPHAN in getting treated.” Viplav says “I am sorry Dhaani…I shouted at you like a mad man…you were asking me to listen to you…but I …I …am..” Dhaani cuts off in the middle and says “Why are you sorry Viplav….you should not be…I am the one who is ILL MANNERED….so I am sorry… I am sorry.” And looks away.. Before Viplav could ask her to talk to him,Dhaani calls a nurse…and tells that she wants to rest for a bit..The nurse asks Viplav to come later… Viplav looks at Dhaani…who looks away..closing her eyes…Viplav sighs and says “Kids are missing you… and he comes out…. Dhaani watches him leaving…He turns to look at Dhaani but she looks away again reminiscing about kids… She thinks “ I want to go home.” Viplav leaves closing the door….
