Aditya takes family to Raja Mahal Hotel restaurant area for his and Imlie’s wedding anniversary celebration. Nishath instructs manager about surprise arrangements. Rupali asks when is Imlie coming. Adi asks if they didn’t call her. Aparna says no. He asks to call her soon. Aryan with Imlie reaches hotel and over phone asks Anu where is the meeting. She says in room #102. He heads towards room. She calls Malini and informs that servant junior and Aryan have reached hotel. Malini informs family that she saw Imlie there. Nishath, Rapali, and Adi rush out searching her. Malini notices Aryan and Imlie in lift and informs them. Imlie notices Adi and thinks Seeta Maiya wanted to reconcile their relationship on their wedding anniversary. She writes a message for Adi and sends it via hotel staff.

Aryan takes Imlie to room #102 and doesn’t find anyone there. Power goes off and door gets locked. He says it has electronic lock and closed due to power failure. Malini tells Adi that she found out Imlie went to room #102 and thinks she got power cut and now will see Adi’s reaction. Aryan complains hotel reception and lights fire in room’s chimney to make Imlie feel warm. Imlie hopes Adi read her letter. Her sari catches fire, and Adi sets it off. She gets sad seeing her wedding sari burnt. Aryan drapes his blazer over her to make her feel warm. Adi walks towards room. Power returns just then, and door opens. He opens door and is shocked to see Adi and Imlie there and walks away feeling devastated. Aryan tells Imlie that Adi is angry, so she should speak to him calmly. Adi remembering all the incident where he saw Imlie’s growing closeness with Aryan and thinks if what he just saw now is true, she cannot do this to him. He wipes his tears and thinks he will speak to her. Imlie searches him and calls him from someone’s number. Adi disconnects call seeing unknown number.

Hotel staff gives envelope to Adi saying Imlie gave it. Adi excitedly opens it thinking she must have sent anniversary card or a poem but gets more devastated seeing divorce letter instead. Malini walks to him and asks if Imlie sent this, remembering exchanging Imlie’s letter with divorce papers. She acts shocked and says she will speak to Imlie as there must be some confusion. He says there is no confusion and walks away tear eyed. Family waits for him. He meets Imlie. She noticing envelope in his hands thinks he read her letter. He says at last he found out what she wants. She asks what he wants. He says whatever she wants and returns envelope. She opens it and is shocked to see signed divorce papers. He sys he is divorcing her and asks if she will not count his mistake and complain, she is getting whatever she wanted, and before she leaves him, he will go far away from her. Imlie shatters and cries holding divorce papers.
