Imlie warns Nila to dare not try to ruin Sundar’s dream as she saw her trying to ruin Sundar’s biodata. Nila yells at Imlie. Aryan supports Imlie. Nila yells that Imlie is falsely alleging her. Jyoti tells Imlie that even if the biodata is spoilt, it can be reprinted. She says Sundar will get a job based on his capability, so she shouldn’t waste her anger and instead pray the universe for her friend. Arpita asks Aryan who is this modern sadhu mata. Aryan says she is his college friend Jo/Jyoti and introduces family members to Jo. Nila asks Jo when she is sharing so much gyan, she should say if kakdi/armenian cucumber or kheera/cucumber is more beneficial during summers. Jo says earthen pot which keeps the water cool and gives her explanation.
Nila asks her if she is married. Jyoti says she is a divorcee but finds happiness in sorrows and light in darkness, thatis why her name is Jyoti and the universe is on her side. Aryan says he likes her positive nature and feels sorry for her. Imlie says he need not feel sorry as even he would have gone through tough situation before getting the person he deserved. Aryan looks at Imlie. Imlie takes Jyoti to her room. Arpita wishes Sundar all the best for his interview and he leaves. Gudiya tells Nila that something is wrong with Jyoti.
Imlie drops Jyoti to her room and praises her that she is really calm and composed, but she canβt control her anger and sometimes vents it out on everyone, especially on Aryan. Jyoti asks her to not vent out her anger on Aryan if she loves Aryan as there should only love between them and not negativity. She then gives her explanation again which confuses Imlie. Imlie gets a call from office and leaves. Jyoti also also gets a call, tries to control her anger, and picks the call. She thinks she will end the reason for her negativity forever from her life, that is the reason universe listens to only her.
At office, Imlie checks Madhav’s file and praises him that he has learned everything quite soon. She says Pagdandiya citizens are very talent and soon there would be scientists and other prominent personalities from Pagdandiya. Aryan calls Imlie. Imlie asks if he is fine and starts her usual argument with him. He asks where is she. She says she is at office and asks him to visit Bhaskar Times sometimes instead of sitting at home. Aryan says he is missing his Mrs. Imlie falls down in shock. Aryan says she took his Mrs, his car, along. She says he has many cars and can trake any one of them. He asks her to come home as he wants to have coffee with her. They both feel nervous and shy. Madhav asks her to go home as he will handle the work. Imlie shyingly tells Aryan to tell his coffee that she is coming and leaves office.
Imlie walks towards her car recalling the quality moments spent with Aryan. Pal Ek Pal.. song plays in the background. She gets into car and drives it towards home. She gets afraid suddenly noticing a car speeding towards her car but then hitting another car and speeding away, severely injuring the girl in the car. Imlie rushes out of to help the girl. Jyoti is the one who crashed her car and injured the girl and drives away noticing Imlie helping the girl. Imlie asks girl’s name. Girl says her name is Nargis. Jyoti recalls meeting Nargis. Nargis confronts her for spreading rumors that she had an affair with Jyoti’s husband Harinder. She further reveals that Jyoti is still stuck with her obsession for Aryan and married Harinder to make Aryan jealous. She warns that Jyoti cannot harm Aryan and his wife Imlie. Jyoti challenges that she doesn’t care about Imlie and will get back Aryan at any cost. She the thins she ended both negativity and Nargis today and will reach Aryan soon by killing Imlie.
Imlie gets tensed seeing Nargis losing consciousness and rushes her to hospital. Aryan waits for Imlie with coffee mugs. Jyoti returns. Aryan notices shopping bags and asks about them. She says she cleared her old problem and went shopping to celebrate. Aryan says she is so sweet, but Imlie is always anry. Jyoti asks if Imlie gets really angry. Aryan recalls the incidents He notices candles in her bags and asks if she plans to open at spa at home. She says she will create a positive energy between him and Imlie and make them express their feelings for each other. Aryan says he himself will whatever he wants to and walks away. Jyoti thinks she will make him realize that she truly loves him and not Imlie.

Why is everyone dying for Aryan Imlie love? Lobe happens only once in life. That love has had its place between Adi an Imlie. Now it is only convenience. Even otherwise, love requires pure hearts. And Imlie was never in love with Aditya and Aditya was never in love with Imlie. Their relationship was only a physical attraction between a 30+ year old man who started to feel young again because he had a 17 year old wife. To Imlie, he was just her 30+ year old husband which she respected and who has a relationship with her stepsister.So where is love???
Well..then I think both Aryan and Aditya are worse. But then Imlie is also worse π π..
None of them are perfect and personally speaking, I didn’t like the way Aryan was introduced in the show. He was shown as a grey character and perhaps even the serial makers thought to make him a villain. But the turn of events came when people started connecting to grey character all the more. So then serial wanted to make him a lead and so now, they want to clear the badge of grey shade on him and make him a man of words.
So I think when the start itself is hazy, and a villain is now made a hero…it looks odd to digest the fact that he is the male lead now πΆ. Honestly speaking if there was no revenge track (where Aryan had revenge in Aditya), I would have loved this new pair and the story…because then Aryan is the most suitable person for Imlie as Aditya is a complete confused man and thinks he is right. Even Aryan can be rude, angry and strict..that doesn’t have mattered…if they didn’t show the reason less revenge track.
So, now I have come to have hated this show on a whole.
Only this Jyoti’s story seems interesting…deewanapan role is always interesting. If they showed Jyoti as some greedy person then again it would have left the same taste as Nila and Gudiya. But since they are showing Jyoti to be an obsessed secret lover of Aryan…now the serial is somewhat interesting ππ

Modern Sadhu Mata… Arpita was spot on! That name perfectly fits the facade Jyoti is carrying. This is why I don’t trust people who are extremely nice π€£. I don’t know if this may offend someone’s feelings but I actually liked Aditya and Imlie pair (Gashmeer and Sumbul). Gashmeer was the superior actor inspite of large age difference between them.
Actually, I never like the concept where one of the leads is rich…like Aryan is rich and Imlie is someone who is born poor or say born in farmer’s (or potter’s) family which means meagre income. The difference is what makes me feel that this concept is unrealistic.
Also, when Aryan was introduced into the show…his role looked weird and quite unrealistic. Like have you seen any boss giving promotion to the fresher the moment he or she wrote the very first article, though it’s a blockbuster ? Even the most talented fresher can’t get promotion overnight like they showed in this serial. And I don’t know any boss who will keep an employee in the house as paying guest unless he knows the employee for a long time. And also, no boss will be overly interested in a fresher’s life. This is all so so weird and unrealistic. Suppose if I was that fresher and Aryan was my boss who is behaving like this, I would think that he has negative intentions and wants something from me. Moreover, I may come to think he is stalking me. And maybe I will ultimately change the workplace.

So, I say… I really liked Gashmeer and Sumbul paired performance (it was a lot comic than the comedy now..now in the name of comedy there are dialogues like ABP, UNB, Mordern Saadhu, Mrs. Lambigaadi, etc…but Adilie’s time period had some real comedy with tension that what will happen if Malini knows about their marriage and what if she falls into shock).
Arylie is a joke shown now ! I just don’t know what is fun when both of them just fight like kutta billi or one is rude, one is a bp shot.

I don’t know about others but I don’t take any offense with your comment. Everyone has a right to like whatever the hell they want. What fans need to understand is that before Aryan, there was a fanbase and after Aryan another fanbase build up itself (Aryan fans + Arylie fans + Fahmaan fans). All fans have their own preferences.
My personal motto is “Don’t expect too much reality within the sources of entertainment if you want to enjoy it.” Life is too real and tiresome. So I don’t want to see what I see in everyday life in television too. Some weirdness and abnormalities + almost impossible things adds to the fun.
Then again it’s my preference. Anyone can like anything else.

Yes it’s true that if we want to enjoy any source of entertainment, we shouldn’t look for any logic or reality.
But again as we say, one connects to reality more than an unrealistic fantasy or fiction.
And I started believing this when I first watched the series – The Family Man
Imlie is a show which is disgusting at points but then some entertainment sources fulfill everything like a good story, good laugh out, satisfaction, suspense, thrill, best screenplay. Then it’s like you start preferring one which has a good combo of all the requirements, one as a viewer wants !
So yeah… Imlie isn’t really worth a watch.
And some very good shows end up in the game of low TRP…which is sad again just because one wants to explore romance genre which is even out of the range of fantasy… Like something impossible too.
Like see…most of the couples no matter how madly they are in love with each other, they don’t express it much too often or showcase it or talk sweet stuffs or go for dates, tours or trips. But then it doesn’t mean they are worse couples. They share too much love without even saying I love you. That’s true love to me π ___well preference again π
But then again it is better to expect good from even the worst of things. That’s called positivity !
So yeah, I look out for performance, acting and dialogues in this show. One more commendable thing about the show is it’s action sequences…they look really intense and dialogues are in depth that while…(dialogues were much more intense previously… philosophical but didn’t appear so. Now there is depth and intensity when Arylie look into each other and try to say things which the other one doesn’t understand clearly)

What I have imagined so far after reading the precap is…
Aryan realises imlie is stucked inside and he goes to save her. But on the way he see Jo unconscious do her saves her first and goes to save imlie. Aryan saves imlie and becomes very emotional. They take her to the hospital. Jo recivers quickly but imlie is in chiral condition. The dicts say that if they were a little bit early to save her she wouldn’t have been in critical condition. Aryan cries sitting next to imlieΒ and blames him for her situation and tells her to wake up. Looking at this Jo tries to get close to him. But on time nargis the girl who she crashed her car into recovers and notices Jo with Aryan and imlie in emergency room. She tries to warn Aryan about Jo’s intentions but Jo notices her and tries to finish her off in the hospital but she escapes. Nila and gudiya witness this. They then form alliance with Jo to destroy imlie. Madhav comes to see Imlie and he tells Aryan that she was very excited to see you at coffee. Aryan realises that imlie loves him and he loves her too. He then goes to imlie and tells her that he lives and no matter if she hates him he will still continue to love so wake up. After so many touching lines imlie wakes up……

Imlie and Aryan eyes lock and imlie sees tears in Aryan eyes. Imlie asks Aryan if he is fine but Aryan hugs her without replying. Arpita and all relaived that imlie has woken up thanks god and tells Imlie about how Aryan was worried. Jo starts her universe stories about the power of true love and stuff. Aryan and imlie gets shy. Aryan leaves the room. Jo goes with him. She talks to him asking why doesn’t he confess to her properly. Aryan says that’s not true and he doesn’t love her and stuff. Jo ask him are you telling the truth. Aryan freezes in realisation. He then waje up from imagination and walks away. Jo says she will not let imlie take Aryan from her and before that she must find nargis. Madhav sits outside worried about imlie Aryan sees him. Aryan asks madhav why he hasn’t gone yet but then asks if he madhav knows how to propose a girl. He says he doesn’t know much. Aryan says nervermind and asks himself why is he asking these kind of stuff and leaves. Madhav looks worried.

Quite an imagination you have thereπ π. I like it. Everything you wrote, is possible… Except, I think when Neela learns of Jyoti’s intentions, she will be more interested in exposing her. Of course if she has become a little wiser in the meantimeβ¦ This way she can put herself in a better light in front of the family and at the same time get rid of a competitor for Gudiya.
Madahav, Jyoti, Nargis, Neela, Gudiya, bring them all! But nobody can save it,the Serial is heading for a fall. And believe me, this is Sita Maiyya’ call, because Imlie, so far, has done only f**k all.

Imlie and Aryan’s phone conversation had me blushing a little lol the way they both got shy, and thank god Imlie for the first time in her life prioritized Aryan over her ‘work’ and left for meeting him. Girl finally is realizing her feelings little by little.
I am glad they revealed Jyoti’s true face so fast and didn’t drag it. She thinks she is smart but she is underestimating two things here-
1. Imlie’s ability- Girl has been fighting with all kinds of people till now, and since she ran into Nargis so early, I am convinced she will realize Jyoti’s truth soon, but Jyoti doesn’t know to what extent Imlie can go for bringing out the truth..
2. Aryan’s feelings- Man goes literally nuts even if Imlie gets a scratch, His possessiveness for her is beyond any words, and he has sixth sense whenever Imlie is in danger, so if Jyoti thinks she can hurt Imlie and just get away with it, she is very wrong.
Well, overall, I have a good feeling about this arc, this may have a lot of uncomfortable scenes, but I think this plot point is going to make Arylie even more closer.

Yeah it was a good concept and I belive it’s one of my best writeups till date. I write many things not just one fan fictions but I say that was one of my best ones… where I wrote the divorce part of Adilie… During that track !
Well, I can believe you on that. Because even I analyse what is the best one I had written or what was the worst one. And some give the intense feel though story is just the same.
Actually I started writing on Arylie too with a completely different story with same background of the series to it…but I left it on first episode itself as I didn’t get enough time. Board exams and competitive exams eat up most of the time. And the moment I get free a bit, I listen to songs, follow TU or write some short poems.
But once I get time I will resume everything. Maybe many at once.

But I got response on every work…there is good story progressing now in my word doc which I am completing as a challenge I got from best friend (die hard friend actually). And she gave me a challenge to write a story on characters whose main plot revolves around New Year. Because @Ru, not all humans think the same. You haven’t watched this show consistently. And many others like you didn’t start watching until Aryan was introduced. But the majority of fans probably haven’t missed an episode for a very long time. Just like you now. The show was probably an integral part of their evenings and of course they hoped for a different ending. But for reasons we know, the show completely changed direction. And if they don’t like this track at all then I can imagine that it must be frustrating. Of course they donβt hope to get their wasted time back, or any other kind of compensation. All they can get now is a way to vent their anger somehow… And this possibility is here in this forum among many others. You have to understand and accept that. In addition, it is also better for the forum if not everyone agrees. This is where the discussions come from. That’s what makes a forum. Personally Iβd say as long as no one is direct insulting any forum members, or in any way crossing any line or saying anything totally unethical, just let it be…
Nah Lin I get it. I get people were so invested since the beginning and now they are just venting their frustration. I may have not watched this from the beginning but there are many others that I did and let go because they went beyond trash according to me and many other fans of those dramas. But at the end of the day, it’s just a drama. I don’t care if someone want to post negative comments or not coz it’s their point of view. But my advice for all those who watch any kind of serial or who plans to watch in the future, you shouldn’t hold it too tight so that you can’t let go. Your life and your time worths more.

If you discontinue following the show at that time, I will say I failed and my answer isn’t appropriate.
But if you follow the show even then, then I will think you got an answer practically as an experience ππ€.

I completely agree with @Hello here. There are so many dramas I watched hundreds of episodes. Sometimes when I start to watch a drama, more that 100 episodes are already over. I start to watch from the beginning just because I like the present tracks they are showing. Then after sometime they all went beyond trash (according to me). So I stopped watching.
– Diya Aur Baati Hum – watched nearly 800 episodes. Ended at 1491 episodes.
– Yeh Hai Mohobbatain – this is the longest one I followed. Watched more than 1000 episodes. It ended at 1894 episodes.
– Kulfi Kumar Bajewala – watched nearly 350 episodes out of 494
– Kasauti Zindagi Ki 2 – followed this forgiving every damn thing the male lead did because I liked Anupre so much but it was dead to me after Anurag pushed Prerna off a bridge. Tried to watch it even after but I couldn’t stand it anymore. So I might actually have watch 300 episodes more or less till then out of 468 episodes.
– Jana Na Dil Se Door – watched around 300 episodes out of 418
– Molkki – a recent one I gave up. I might have watched around 200-250 episodes out of 322
– Savitri Devi College and Hospital – watched it madly but they didn’t make the apparent strong pair but a week one and brought a ghost π. Watched around 250 episodes out of 365
– Ishqbaaz – I always talk about this. I was completely attached to this for so long but when the brought the Redux story, I stopped. So I think more than 500 episodes out of 758.
(The above numbers of episodes are a rough amount not the exact amount.)

So yeah that’s how my drama journey went through over the past few years. And those are only indian dramas. There are many other ones too. But most of the time other countries don’t drag the story for hundreds and hundreds of episodes π€£. I loved all the lead pairs in the above mentioned dramas. Spent my time and energy on them. But when it reach my limit of tolerance, I give up. They don’t deserve my time anymore. And to this day, I don’t have single regret about the ones I stopped π. I’m happy I stopped letting a part of my mind be frustrated over them π.

If it turns out that way one day, then bad luck.

βͺ I would also not wish the producer bad TRP’s or wish that the series ends.

But that doesn’t mean that Joyti will separate them, it just means that Aryan doesn’t want to let outsiders know how he feels or what he feels.
He has also rolled down the shutter in his office so that no outsider can see that he is framing a photo of his wedding.
Aryan said it also clearly to Joyti “whatever I want to say to Imlie, I will say it myself, my way, okay”!
