Imlie 3rd April 2021 Written Episode, Written Update on TellyUpdates.com
Imlie tells family that she will do household work from hereon and not let Sundar do that. Adi says she will not work, then tells family that she has to study for her entrance exam. Imlie says she will not let Sundar take her place as this is her house. Nidhi says of course and takes her in. Anu warns Malini to at least now not ignore what she is seeing. Malini asks what is she ignoring. Anu says Adi left house without informing anyone to bring Imlie, she wanted just a bit of sindhoor from him which he didn’t, he is ignoring her repeatedly since Imlie came in their lives and doesn’t even speak to her, so she should be alert. Malini thinks she cannot ignore Maa’s warning for the first time, Adi doesn’t even speak to her and behaves so well with Imlie instead, if he indebted to Imlie for saving his life or if there is some other reason.
Adi sees family pampering Imlie and thinks not only him but also there are so many people who were missing Imlie; he can understand Dev’s situation, but what he did with Malini is betrayal; even he realized only now that he loves Imlie and realized that he was feeling comfortable with Malini just like a friend; dev is betraying Anu, Mithi, Malini, and Imlie, but he will not betray anyone as he will inform Malini everything as she loves him like he loves Imlie. Imlie continues her jokergiri and greets each stuff at home. Rupal says she is talking to stuff as if they are humans. Imlie says when she left home, she never thought she would return, so she is feeling attached to each stuff of the house. Aparna says she just now told this is her house and has right on each stuff. Imlie thinks she can’t express her right on anything and call her maa, she doesn’t want to be a problem to Malini, etc.
Malini notices Adi’s weird behavior. Sundar scolds Imlie that she talked to each stuff and spoilt floor with her holi colored footprints, if she is bahu/DIL of this house to leave her footprints. Anu gets angry seeing foot prints and throws water on them saying there is a difference between marriage’s alta/red color and cheap holi color and it washed away so easily. Imlie gets sad hearing that.
Mithi meets Prakash and asks why didn’t he meet her even after returning 2 days ago, if he left Imlie to her home safely and if he met her in-laws. He thinks how to lie her that Adi is already married and betrayed Imlie and Imlie is just a servant there. Mithi says she is not her mother, but brought him up and can understand he is lying, what is it. He thinks Imlie shouldn’t have hidden truth from his mother.
Imlie prepares her bed in store room. Adi walks to her and says this is not her place and hopes he would have taken her to his room. She says whether on bed or floor, one should get peaceful sleep, so he need not worry about her and go and sleep. He stands there acting as looking at books and chats with her. She asks him to go. He asks if she is not getting sleep, even he is not. She asks to stop acting like a kid and go. He says she is right and will meet her in the morning. She says good night. He says she was pulling his legs and runs around him. She runs into kitchen. Malini walks to kitchen and seeing Adi what is he doing here and why is he short of breath. Imlie hides under dining table. Adi says he saw a rat and came behind it and takes her away forcefully. Imlie thinks how to control her emotions for Adi.
Imlie starts cleaning house in the morning. Aparna and Taiji prepare breakfast discussing everything is back to normal now. Tauji listening to song on taperecorder gets disturbed with mixer sound and asks Taiji to prepare him tea. Children ask to pack their lunch box. Imlie says she will bring their lunch box. Nishant asks milk and says he will prepare himself. Dhruv asks to prepare him snacks. Imlie serves Nishant milk. Tauji continuously ask Taiji to bring tea and biscuits for him. Imlie makes Taiji and Aparna wear multiple hands and brings them. Tauji and Dhruv asks why they are wearing multiple fake hands, if there is fancy dress competition. Imlie says she wants them to realize that Tauji and Aparna have only 2 hands and they cannot fulfill everyone’s demands at once. She gives them a long speech about how women work 24 x 7 tirelessly, etc. Adi thinks she herself works tirelessly and is fighting for Taiji and maa’s rights, she addresses problems which they don’t notice.
Precap: Pandit checks Adi’s palm and informs that he will marry twice.

I know you guys gate Aditya so much but poor guy is in Love for the first time in his life. It’s pity he didn’t realise early what he felt for Malini. He is arrogant prideful person yes but he is not character less man. As soon as he realised his feelings he distanced himself from Malini. And if he really wanted ema there are lots of girls out there he is quite a catch. Malini is perfect wife and daughter in law highly educated and richn and beautiful. While imlie has nothing revealing truth is going to bring hardship and loss to aditya. Even his career will be at stake which he worked so hard to achieve but he is ready to face consequences and punishment from everyone to do the right thing by everyone l. I don’t think imlie and Aditya will ever cross line of consumating before Malini is out of relationship. I will give him some time to reveal the truth. Right now he is just coming to terms with his feelings with all that drama happened I am sure he will reveal truth as soon as possible.
Very well said. It’s a serial with a story instead of learning from it most of u r just blasting the characters being played. It’s very sad how some of u say things here. Some of u may have gone through the same situation n u r relating the story to yourself. I’m in my 50s n have seen almost all kinds of ups n downs. This kind of things do happen but instead of criticising the writers y not watch n take it as a lesson to from it. I believe there’s always something to learn from every story u watch.

It is all adi’s fault because when he first got married to imlie before malini so he when he came back from the village after marrying imlie he should have explained what happened that led to him getting married to imlie and not keeping it away from his family

Aside from all this blaming of each character, this episode was a fantasy one. Imlie’s footprints were larger than her own feet and she came in wearing chappels. Aditya would also have had Holi powder on his feet too. When she did come in to the house the first time, she did leave Altaa footprints then but nobody noticed. This episode too, how did they prepare two sets of goddess arms in a few minutes? Even if Imlie was making a good point about the lazy men. The best bit for me today was when Anu was sitting next to Malini at the table, someone must have given her a child’s chair as she looked so small and low down! That was funny.

It’s interesting to see how people have different perspective on what is right and wrong . Some supporting Malini some imlie, some bashing Aditya some sympathising with him. Some hate Anu some support her rudeness for what happened with her. Irony is we all are judging these characters based on our definition of right and wrong. So it’s proven that no one is to be completely blamed for their actions they did what they thought was right so let them live their life and untangle their mess. I am just enjoying a very good show , cinematography, great acting and chemistry. For me only thing I learn from this is how it is important to tell the truth even if it brings hurt and pain to avoid long time consequences of that lies. These are flawed characters just like us we all have told lies in our life small big fearing truth and it may also have affected affected us some ways. I know I did and have regrets as well but I have learnt my lesson and become better person.
I agree with you. It’s just interesting to see the layers each character possesses. You can’t dislike anyone and you can’t like anyone also. It’s just fun to watch the show.
I boycotted this serial months ago, I’m reading the updates to know when Malini will find out. This is so disturbing. The problem is not that they’re showing this tipe of cheating, but they’re GLORIFYING it like in the show “Silsila badalte rishton ka”. I know cheating, bigamy and crimes exist in society, but they’re are presenting these people as innocent and pure lead characters, this is the real problem. I remember that Silsila show had this slogan: “rishta sahi our galat nahi hota, rishta to rishta hota hai”, exactly like this imlie is showing, for the makers romancing a girl in the back of the wife is not a “galat rishta”, is pure. This is so disgusting, and like always the majority of indian stupid population likes shitty serials with bigamy, cheating, extramarital affairs, forced marriage, sautan, planning and plotting and saas bahu melodrama, this is why ekta kapoor shows and this kind of shows have hight trp, so shameful
