Imlie walks to Rudra’s room and tries to go back seeing him asleep. Rudra opens eyes and calls her. Imlie walks to him and asks if she can stay back until he gets well. He smiles and kisses her forehead. She asks him to sleep now and will find her in front of him when he wakes up. She leaves from there. Atharva watches her. Arpita informs Rupali that Rudra suffered a minor heart attack. Rupali says Imlie got an intuition and rushes to Rana house. Chini hears them and complains that they are only bothered about Imlie and not her. Arpita warns her that if she tries to interfere in Imlie’s life again, she will inform Abhishek why she is marrying him. Chini gets afraid and says her own family is threatening her, she will prepare for her engagement herself then. Arpita asks her to postpone
Devika informs Rudra that Imlie will stay back until he gets well, but she can’t guarantee after that. Rudra hopes Atharva convinces Chini to stay back. Atharva thanks Imlie for staying back for Rudra’s sake. Imlie says Rudra is also her father. She slips. Atharva runs and holds her. Their eyes lock. Chini walks in clapping and says sorry to disturb love birds. She gives her engagement card to Imlie and warns her not to attend it if she wants to insult her in lieu of relationship. Imlie says she will attend it for Abhishek’s sake and says Chini is trying to act as not knowing the difference between relationship and love in lieu of being different. She continues to tongue lash Chini with heavy dialogues and leaves.
Imlie instructs decorators to decorate her house for her engagement like a celebrity house. Anu walks in and suggests to organize her engagement at a lavish place according to her lavish personality. Chini asks if she means Rana house, Rudra and Imlie wouldn’t agree after she broke Atharva’s heart. Anu suggests her to talk to Atharva and convince him. Imlie brings juice for Atharva. Atharva asks why is she doing this. She talks about the bonding. He asks her to forgive him. She refuses and leaves after delivering dialogues. Chini calls Atharva. Atharva says he was waiting for her call. She says they can be friends and as a BFF needs his help. He asks how can the be BFFs after being lovers. She convinces him and requests him to let her engagement happen at Rana house. Atharva refuses and disconnects call.
Chini informs Anu that Atharva refused. Anu asks her to continue her preparations and thinks she knows how to convince Atharva to attend Chini’s wedding. She with Chini visits Rana house and invites them for Chini’s engagement. She invites Imlie to attend it with Atharva. Imlie says she chose to stay alone and will attend it alone. Atharva refuses to attend it. Devika asks Anu to leave as Rudra needs to rest. Anu agrees, but before leaving brainwashes Atharva to attend engagmgent as Chini is acting agry and wants him to break her engagement with Abhishek and himself marry her. Ranas decide not to attend engagement, but Rudra says they should to let Atharva’s heart break and then make him realize the value of Imlie. Later, Imlie visits Chini and says she will attend engagement for Abhishek as he is a good man and suggests her not to betray Abhishek like she betrayed them. Chini says she truly likes Abhishek. Imlie says her true face will be out soon and everyone will know if she can be a responsible wife and DIL.
Precap: Heavily intoxicated Atharva plays music during Chini and Abhishek’s engamgnent ceremony and creates a drama. Imlie stops him.
