Nishant falls unconscious during party. Family rushes to him worried and calls doctor. Doctor checks him. Dhruv asks Aparna not to worry as Nishant will wake up and say he was joking. Tauji asks doctor what happened to Nishant as he was fine just sometime ago. Doctor asks them all to go out and let him check. Family takes Tauji away. Doctor asks Imlie to get warm water and seeing Nishant opening eyes asks if he knows where he is. Nishant says he is at home. Doctor asks if he fell unconscious earlier, he needs a few test including MRI. Nishant says he knows what happened to him as he had all the test done and requests not to inform family about it. Doctor agrees and asks what happened to him. Nishant says he has leukemia. Doctor is shocked to hear that. Imlie returns with water and asks what is leukemia. Nishant says when they get tired, its called leukemia and requests her not to inform family about it. He stumbles trying to stand up. Family rushes in again worried and asks what happened to him. Doctor says he.. Nishant stares at him. Doctor says he fell weak after returning form US due to climate change and jet lack, they need not worry as he will be fine if he continues his medicines. Family asks what medicines. Imlie reminisces Nihant having multiuple medicines. Nishant says multivitamins. Doctors asks him to continue them and visit his clinic for checkup. Taiji says he will be fine with her food. Family backs her and leaves to let Nishant rest.

Adi feels worried for Nishant. Malini comforts him. Adi says when something unusual happens, many weird thoughts come in mind. Imlie thinks what is leukemia and how to find about it. Adi tells Malini that when he saw Nishant falling down, he doesn’t know where his logic went and he was thinking negative. Sundar shows dress receipt to Imlie and asks why she bought dress herself and lied, what is she hiding. Malini says even she wants to tell something and informs that she saw Imlie’s dress receipt in their room and thought her husband brought gift for Imlie during their first valentine’s day celebration and Imlie lied to him, but she relaxed when she met Sundar and he informed that he dropped receipt by mistake while cleaning room. Sundar tells Imlie he doesn’t know why she did it, but should remember that they are servants and cannot snatch owners’ rights, he knows she cannot do anything wrong. Imlie takes god’s oath and says she can let wrong happen to herself but not other, he may believe her or not and asks him to go now. He leaves. She sees 3500 rs bill and thinks she didn’t wear such a costly dress since she was born, so she will return such a costly dress to Adi. Malini enters and says she was looking pretty in red dress and she is sure Sundar must have informed her, nobody gets red dress just like that as valentine’s day gift. Imlie says Sundar copes others and bought her dress copying others, so she will return it to him as its very costly. Malini says she shouldn’t disrespect gift and should keep it safely like she keeps Adi’s gifts. Imlie thinks if respecting gift is respecting the person who gifted it, she will keep it safely.

Taiji and Aparna show their motherly love on Nishant and ask him to tell where his medicines are. He says he already had medicines and asks them to go and rest if they want to serve him in the morning or else he will fool them and go out like in childhood. Aparna says they will not let him go again and will send him milk. Imlie enters with milk. They both walk away asking Imlie to make sure he finishes milk. Imlie tells Nishant that hiding from family is not right. He says then all humans are wrong, only mirror tells truth, people lie to protect dear ones from sorrows, even Imlie must have lied for dear one’s happiness. Imlie reminisces lying Mithi. Nishant says lying is bad and a person gets trapped in it forever, so she shouldn’t tell lie; he doesn’t have courage to tell truth, but she should try. Imlie walks to Adi and asks him to take his gift back. Adi asks if there is any problem in it. Imlie says she cannot live with a lie and has told many for his and Malini’s family, but cannot lie anymore.

Malini waits for Adi in room when she sees Adi’s phone ringing and picks it seeing call from Pagdandiya. Mithi speaks and says she is Imlie’s mother and asks who is she. Malini says she is Adi’s.. Mithi tells her friend that a woman is speaking. Friend says she must be Adi’s relative. Malini asks if she needs to inform something important to Imlie. Mithi speaks, and Malini stands shocked. Adi insists Imlie to keep it with her and speak to him once before thinking anything. Imlie says she cannot lie anymore and continue her sin, so he should take back his clothes. He says if she is worried about lie, they should inform family right now. He turns and stands tensed seeing family standing. Malini says what is the use of informing now, they all know the truth now; Imlie’s mother called on Adi’s phone and told truth, now whole family knows truth. Adi and Imlie get more tensed.
