Imlie 19th October 2021 Written Episode, Written Update on TellyUpdates.com

Harish asks Pranav to leave as everyone hate him in T house. Pranav gets a call and walks out suspiciously. Imlie notices him. Rupali continues crying. Aparna and Radha try to console her. Rupali asks why did Pranav return after so many months. Pranav receives MLA’s call who asks if he found pen drive, says he gave him this task as he is journalist/Adi’s relative remembering calling him and seeking his help. Pranav says he knows pen drive’s location, remembering seeing Imlie hiding pen drive in Devima’s idol, and says he will get it soon. MLA says he has time till tonight. Rupali asks Radha and Aparna what shall she do now. Radha says she was happy with Pranav. Aparna says seeing the recent incidents, she is unable to differentiate between right and wrong, so its up to Rupali to decide what she wants. Pranav promises MLA to get him pen drive by night and remembers seeing Imlie hiding pen drive behind Devimaa’s idol and him burning curtain to divert everyone’s attention; he thinks this is very important to him. Imlie walks to him and asks what is important. He says Rupali. She says he saved Rupali’s life, so he should take prasad and leave as Rupali doesn’t need him back. He thinks this girl is too irritating, he should emotionally blackmail elders.

Pranav requests Harish to let him meet Rupali once. Harish says he left Rupali for another woman, so he is untrustable. Malini requests Harish to give him a chance. Imlie opposes. Their argument and Imlie’s gyaan sharing continues. Malini says Rupali and Pranav are still not yet divorced, so let them decide themselves. Adi supports Imlie and says he doesn’t want his sister to believe a traitor and go with him again. Malini says they cannot interfere between husband and wife and should let them decide themselves. Rupali walks in. Pranav pleads her to give him one more chance and trust her. Rupali says she will give him a chance. Adi asks her to think well before taking any decision. She says she did already. He says his support is always with her. Radha says its an auspicious day today as her daughter’s life is settling again and asks Sundar to bring aarti thali. Imlie asks Rupali if she is in a hurry to revive her relationship or trust. Rupali says she thought Imlie understands her even if others don’t. Imlie says sorry. Rupali says don’t be as she is worried as a soul sister, husband and wife’s relationship may break with betrayal but not love, so Imlie should pray for her happy married life. Imlie does, Rupali hugs her. Sundar brings aarti thali. Radha performs Rupali and Pranav’s aarti, and they take her blessings. Imlie walks away. Malini follows her and says old relationships are strong and can’t be broken easily. Imlie says if a partner is not right, its a handcuff than bonding and its better they break handcuffs.

After sometime, Imlie folds her party pooja clothes. Harish walks in and helps her. She requests him to teach her Maths as she cannot pass without his help. He agrees and asks her to be read for class early morning tomorrow. She notices paint on her dress and thinks how did she get it when she painted idol in different clothes. Pranav washes paint on his hand in kitchen. Imlie notices him. Malini calls Anu and informs her that Rupali’s husband has returned and her life is settling, but Adi is still away from her. Anu says Rupali is servant Imlie’s biggest supporter, so once Rupali is out of house, Adi will be Malini’s.

Precap: Imlie says they cannot trust Pranav after he betrayed Rupali many times and will not let Rupali betrayed again.
He asks what will she do.

    2. Board exams on October 19, 2021 10:48 am

      Second😂
Just want to say that these Ts should bash Aditya as much as they are bashing Pranav. Aakhir unke ghar ke laadle ne bhi vaisa hi karya kiya hai😂😂😂😠😠😠but yeah Aditya is better than Pranav in one side that is he wants to expose the MLA(Apne aap ko chhod saari duniya ko expose karenge Aditya Tripathi).
Now Rupali has no right to question Malini when she has herself accepted her cheater husband. She always remains so sad about his betrayal but how she couldn’t understand Malini’s pain that is beyond my understanding!🤔🤔🤦🤦🤦

      • Deepz on October 19, 2021 11:05 am

Regarding rupali i agree, that is because rupali compares herself with imlie situation that is also beyond my understanding, the way rupali treat malini is also beyond my understanding, that’s why i say all are biggest hypocrite, and all should praise imlie n shower her with love. Rupali will question malini again because she is biggest imlie bhaktt.

      • Yoyo on October 19, 2021 4:19 pm

I also wonder as to how Rupali relate herself to Imlie rather she is relatable to Malini.
        It’s insane.
Aur Hypocrisy ki koi seema hoti hai Imlie Mata. 🤦🤦

      • Pavitra Nair on October 21, 2021 5:44 am

Not to mention that Rupali knows Malini for 7 years. Yet stupidly support Imlie

      • Nikki on October 20, 2021 12:50 am

Actually, Rupali and Imlie are in similar situations, not Malini. Rupali and Imlie were the first wives. Malini and the other lady were the second wives. Malini and Aditya weren’t married when he married Imlie. But Pranav was married to Rupali when he left her for someone else.

      Seriously!!!!

Imlie and Aditya must look into the mirror before giving such long lectures.

Both have betrayed Malini and couldn’t stand Pranav😂😂

Aditya is as disgusting as Pranav and this family must look into their own self before speaking big dialogues.

And seriously this FL must keep her mouth shut.she couldn’t understand Malini’s pain but is sympathetic to Rupi…blo*dy hypocrites.Madam your so called Babu saheb is as cheater and crap like Pranav.

      Disgusting show!

For claiming to be a big Technology based country, how come they don’t know that pen drives are old news lol. You can safely store anything in cloud (google drive, apple cloud etc).

      • Board exams on October 19, 2021 8:04 pm

@Dhana please don’t judge India according to these TV shows, these illogical Tv shows don’t give a clear picture of India.

      • Natalie on October 19, 2021 9:39 pm

The world sees your shows through the eyes of your media, as this is the medium used worldwide. The majority of your shows/films over the years are similar in terms of content or based with the same theme. The industry culture what does it reflect? Why is this? Here are depictions of what is shown and what is seen to other countries via your media representation, e.g.
        1. Bad mother-in-law, & sister-in-law etc. If someone is good, they are ridicule for it. Respect is only one way/one sided, not for each other .
        2. Poor people always want to marry rich and have rich people money and lifestyle, but quick to bash rich people for being rich but desirous to become them.
        3. Poor wife is a wife servant in rich family, and treated as per her status from the caste she came from.
        4. For the rich, middle class and poor class always insulted and looked down upon.
        5. Wealth is the passion or obsession that people kill or ill treat to get, whether be it inheritance or greed.
6.If you don’t like someone you go to great extent to destroy the person in anyway you can. Albeit if they are successful than you and you share a friendship or relationship.
        7. Prayers are offered even to revenge and blessing asked to carry out ill deed.
        8. Marriage is at the utmost importance than education, mostly at the behest of others, and hardly for you. For everyone happiness except yours. Also, when one faints its a sign of pregnancy.
        9. Should two people love each other and want to marry, woe be onto you should the family not approve. Someone death might happen and its normal. One literally kills for love, or the threat to commit suicide is quickly a forethought to intimidate a response for one’s own selfish desire. If you love someone regardless if they love you, you will go to world’s end to get that person destroying who or whatever comes in your way to prevent you from getting that person.
        10. To love someone is not easy to do, trials and tribulations you have to go through before anything can happen. Almost never a smooth transition. It makes it look like love or compassion is never attainable.
        11. Once the home has a function, disagreement/confusion takes places in front of everyone invited who is privy to your personal business and feels privileged to add to their voice into your business. Also is everyone lives in the same house, nothing is private or personal.
        12. Love is at first sight and that’s it. No getting to know the person just one sighting and love is in the air. And one must get this love that one desires at all means possible. And the list goes on.

Bad or wickedness is the major highlight rather than good or goodness. Does this make sense for good entertainment? Is it the same writers over the years? Or has the creative genes diminished? What about critical thinkers, intellectual minds? Scenes are so repetitive that one can only assume is it the lifestyle been portrayed? The better or shows with valuable content is very few and in between and not given the air time it deserves? Or is it or low media ratings? Jokes/humour are made from these shows laughing at you not laughing with you regarding contents shown. One humor joked about  shows and stated that this is all they show in their shows nothing else, this is all you can see.
The people there are beautiful and talented but are being shown or portrayed in a negative way
Media plays a pivotal role in developing the industry and by extension the people who look at it for various reasons. Your mind is fed with the information that it receives.  Conflicts etc will always be there however you can change the way it is dealt with before it escalates, instead of revolting. Show positive changes to shows. Media can enhance or decrease your thought patterns. Hopefully this can shed some light as to how viewers outside view the country through the media eyes and hope that it will take a positive image in its portrayal or work towards it. How much harm may be done by doing good?

      • Star on October 19, 2021 10:14 pm

@Natalie, don’t criticise Indian shows on the basis of only one shows. For your information, there are several indian tv shows which are far far better than what you think of. Barrister babu with airs on colours tv, is about to go off air but it is set in pre independent India where when the the female protagonist was a child, they showed such strong issues such as menstruation where a teen girl who was married in her childhood was taught about menstruation by her adult husband (no other show dared to touch upon such an issue) also show like kaatelal and sons where the women challenged the society and run a male salon.
Here in India we respect culture a lot and majority of people live in joint family so some figts and difference of opinions between the people of two generations is absolutely normal. That’s why they show mother in law and sister in law drama.
        And about the media –
It isn’t right to make the opinion about India due to the wrong publicisiaton of tv shows through media. Agreed that the world will see the Indian shows the way media projects it but still…
Not every show promotes bigamy/domestic servant being daughter in law/f**ked up relationships like this show IMLIE…
Try to see barrister babu once or kaatelal and sons or Bade acche lagte hain (where they didn’t show love at first sight, instead two mature people who got married and eventually got to know each other and fell in love,it’s a beautiful mature love story not some fake love) and you would get to know that each and every Indian show is unique and beautiful in it’s own way 🙂

        @Natalie @Star
        i dont agree with star.
the points natalie explained are mostly correct.
after i watched too many movies , shows i think i can say that.
producers want audiences stay where they are.
caste system, religion fights, no justice in rural, domestic violance, joke cop, joke law, exploitation of religion.
they do shows , like they want these protected.
        i think its political.
they(politicians, those who have power, those who are upper class) dont want the society change in a good way.(good = opposite to caste system, religion fights, no justice in rural, domestic violance, joke cop, joke law, exploitation of religion)
        .
modi’s law (Muslims and Dalits have been the target. 172 +201 approximately 370 milyon people)*Indian women ranked third after Egypt and Zambia in women who believe that wife beating may be justified for reasons such as refusing to have s*x or not preparing food on time.*The Protection of women against domestic violence, 2005 as an act came into force on 26 October 2006, by the Parliament of India.*In September 2018, the Supreme Court unanimously struck down Section 497 of the Indian Penal Code that makes adultery a punishable offence for men… i dont want to write everything.i dont want to discuss these here.just trying to show reel, real difference. no offence…
