Dulari in her usual rudest way tells Tripathis that they are all wrong even after being well educated, even an illiterate like her knows that one cannot inebriate anyone and get intimate with other person and whoever does this heinous act should be punished. Aparna says Malini is still Adi’s wife, nobody knows what happened behind closed door, even Malini was inebriated and case may go against Adi; when police inspector who arrested Malini is not sure if Malini molested Adi, how can they. She blames Imlie for conspiring against Malini as she hates her and wants to get her rid off Adi’s life; asks Adi to explain it to Imlie. Adi holds Imlie’s hand and asks to come along. Imlie resists. Adi drags her out forcefully and asks her to come to police station and take back her complaint.
At C house, Anu’s lawyer Desai brings Malini home after bailing her out. Anu thanks him and asks what should they do next. He asks not to worry as a man will not tell what happened to him, they themselves will take the case back. Imlie denies to take back case against Malini. Adi reminds Malini’s favors to her and says her evidence is not enough to file case against Malini. Dev asks Malini if Adi really got intimate with her. Anu asks what is he asking, Malini is Adi’s wife. Dev shouts only on papers and that because Malini denied to divorce Adi; he asks Malini if it was Adi’s wish that night. Adi tells Imlie that she cannot file FIR against Malini just on the basis of burnt sari, if Malini is right that even she was inebriated, he will have to pay for it. She says even a woman can be wrong and she just wants to punish a culprit whether he supports her or not. Desai tells Dev that this case is very weak and Imlie’s team cannot prove their allegations.
Dulari sees Tripathis sitting seriously and asks them to order jalebis and celebrate as Kalini/Malini is out of their house. Harish says she doesn’t know there are in trouble because of Imlie. Dulari says Malini should be ashamed for her crime. Aparna says Malini is still Adi’s wife and intimacy between husband and wife is coommon. Rupali asks how can she be so sure, let the court decide. Malini with Anu enters and cries hugging Aparna. Imlie asks how did she get out of jail. Anu says when the case is false, nobody can bind Malini and warns Tripathis to take back the case or else she will file case against Adi and make them cry for him. Harish says even they want to take back case, but Imlie is adamant and don’t what she is up to. Adi tells Malini that he feels sorry that she suffered and went to jail for his mistake. Anu says its not their mistake but servant Imlie’s, her plan failed and she didn’t even get a lawyer to favor her.
Kunal enters saying she is right and says he will fight Imlie’s case. He says its true that a woman doesn’t allege a man usually, but without mutual consent, intimacy cannot happen and if one party forces other party, he/she is guilty and if its proved, court will consider Malini guilty. Adi says a lawyer like him doesn’t take up case without any valid proof, then how can she consider Malini wrong. Kunal says he took up case as he knows Malini well and if she is guilty, she should be punished. Malini asks Aditya to let it be as when her own sister sent her to jail, what she can expect from strangers. She walks away. Kunal says he needs everyone’s statement. Harish says he can do whatever he wants to, but his family members will not support him. He sends whole family in. Kunal asks Adi to stay for Imlie, if not for justice. Adi says he did a biggest sin that night, he betrayed his wife and cannot allege someone else. Kunal says if he accepts his mistake, he should tell what happened and let him leave this case. Adi says he doesn’t remember anything. Kunal asks when he isn’t sure, how can he consider his wife wrong. Adi says he is unable to understand anything and walks away.
Malini while returning home remembers Kunal’s words and tells Anu that she wasn’t taking it seriously till now, but Imlie brought Kunal; will she go to jail if she is proven guilty. Anu says even country’s biggest lawyer cannot help Imlie as she cannot prove anything, Adi is on her side and not Imlie’s and hence she need not worry. Kunal tells Imlie that her fight is very difficult as her husband is on her side, Anu will try to destroy any evidence gathered by them, he takes case for truth and will support her in her fight. Imlie says she she ignored Malini’s mistakes, but this time she made a sin. Kunal says court will not consider Malini guilty until they gather evidence and their case is weak. Imlie says she is fighting for her husband’s dignity and will not back off. Mithi tells Imlie that she is on her side, but will she do if one whom she is supporting goes against her. Imlie says she doesn’t know what to do, but KC assured to support truth. Mithi says she told KC likes Malini, will he go against Malini.
Precap: Harish informs family that they got a court notice to summon as evidence. Anu says case is on their side as she made an arrangement that Tripathis will not reach court. Dev hears their conversation.

Imlie sending adithya to jail is next to impossible, stop saying bakwas. So in imlie book of law murdering, forcing at gunpoint WITHOUT CONSENT, letting criminal escape(SK), not filing bigamy case on adithya for marrying malini what to call this.

All of the above you said is not crime for her. But malini spending night with him is crime how she is still his legal wife though. And their marriage also happened with mutual understanding. Whereas aditya clearly said he won’t marry imlie but imlie wanted to marry her for saving him😂😂 why did she want to save a person whom she just met yesterday. I think she fell for him for the 1st day only but didn’t tell him.
I think legality of marriage will happen in this track, they will prove adini marriage as void and adilie marriage is legal n imlie is his legal wife, if they take that route won’t court declare that adithya is bigamist which makers will never do.
@Deepz if they establish that Adilie marriage is true, then YES, Aditya and Imlie (as she allowed it too) should face bigamy charges.

@Deepz Makers have to do that. Yes adilie’s marriage is also legal as it was done with all the rituals and in front of many people. And also imlie/mithi/dulari and her rest of the team keeps saying imlie is her only wife so yeah it counts as a marriage. Whether forced or not marriage is a marriage. And according to that statement adini’s marriage is also legal. So yes aditya is a bigamist.
@kally but I think makers won’t go in bigamy route it will be brushed off, instead of concentrating on bigamy issues, now they took marital rape n fake pregnancy track, court will declare imlie is legal wife that’s it, chapter closed.

Imlie is a great hypocrite. I wish she be the one to be in jail. When Adi was about to bury alive she didn’t know it’s a police case, when SK almost get rid of Adi and allowed his step father to escape she didn’t see it as a police case. When she was forced on Adi in the village without Adi and his family concept she didn’t see her marriage as a force, she struggled to be accepted by Tripathi family forcing herself on them she didn’t see herself acting against other’s concept. All the time she was using Malini’s sindoor without her knowledge and getting closer to Adi every day without the knowledge of the family is not a crime but smart. On Malini’s marriage day Imlie made sure she got very close to Adi.I want to see how this case is going to be handled by Lawyers. Kunal is against Malini because she refused to marry him.Imlie should stop claiming that she is fighting for Adi she is fighting for herself.
I want the writer to know that they are passing messages to audience and people wants to learn from this series. Whether right or wrong Malini is fighting for her right cos she was legally married to Aditya. Both Imlie and Adi wrong her and the writer turn her into valian. What do they want us to believe?
Does this mean that Anu can sue Meethi for sleeping with Dev? Nobody knows if she drug him? Or it was village voodoo? Or did electricity go when he got together with Meethi because look at Anu and Meethi in looks.. Imlie drug the family with drinks before.. Nobody knows if she gave him something to keep him cause its apparently what they do in the village as her nani was selling magic sindoor..

I thought anu will say she’ll file bigamy case on him but no they don’t what to bring whatever happened previously in this case. And as both of them are still married the court cannot do anything about it because many people said this is not a crime atleast in this country. Once the court get to know about they are married I guess they’ll not take any actions about it but for bigamy they should for sure because in India Hindus are not allowed to do so.

Why hate, because she could have behaved like this prior to marriage in PD.
Not only that, when she went back to village with Aditya, she blackmailed Aditya into performing all sorts of further rituals, saying that she didn’t want Mithi to lose face! Oh, Aditya at first refused, so it was against his consent as he was emotionally blackmailed!
😂 sometimes(only sometimes) I feel bad for aditya because he was so kuch forced by imlie to do things that he himself lost his identity. He has completely became imlie’s slave. As someone said he is suffering from Stockholm Syndrome the man is severely ill with this mental illness. He was all good before he went to PD but then he did cheating, become bigamist, telling lies to his family, betrayed malini and her trust and is not sorry for his actions.

If you want to watch a realistic show then I would highly recommend you to watch kuch rang pyar ke aise bhi . this show is popular for its reality . They have a very sensibile story no crap like kidnapping , murder, remarriages, dupatta flying between leads and secondly no character is a typical itv vamp they are grey shaded characters and most importantly female lead is not potrayed like mahaanta ki devi, bechari ladki. female lead is independent, strong, well educated, self respected and modern, female lead’s father is a perfect feminist which every girl needs. They show concepts like giving space to newly weds is necessary , respect is most important in a relationship, what problems a man faces while balancing between wife and mother , single mothers, working woman at late age , gender equality , marriage councilling .

First of all she met aditya on a day and fell for him she became mahanta ki murat and saved him from the villagers by marrying him and completely disturbing his life. She got to know about he is much way elder than her and has girl with whom he spend 7 years and wants to marry her. After knowing this if I was there in place of her I would’ve left him at first place only because I don’t have patience and a desire to break their 7 years of relationship. Also if malini loved her as her sister even when imle was just a maid then she should’ve atleast think about her that yes the girl is an angel and shouldn’t go through heartbreaks and betrayals.

I will suggest you to first watch season 1 and 2 and then go for season 3 . please let me know if you like it. Season 1 and 2 are also available at YouTube. It stars erica fernandes and shaheer sheikh. They both are top actors. Do you know them.

NO , ALL SHE’S EVER BOTHERED ABOUT IS SOCIETY AND STUFFS. IS SHE AFRAID OF MALINI MAA? The sister-in-law though!!!!
