Imlie walks on a secluded road with her broken cycle. A few goons watch her and follow her. Indira tells Surya that Imlie still loves her first husband. Mahesh says it’s good that Imlie left their house, she never respected Surya and would never accept him. Surya asks Indira to look from Imlie’s perspective, she wouldn’t have forgotten her son’s murderer. Indira says she will not forgive Imlie as Imlie hit her son brutally. Anjali tells Surya that he shouldn’t feel guilty as he is not responsible for Agastya’s death. Hemalatha asks Anjali why she is interfering between husband and wife, she saw her interfering earlier also. Malti says Anjali feels she is part of our family and hence is interfering in their family issue.
Indira hopes Imlie had a bit responsibility like Anjali, she wouldn’t have left home at night if she was really sensible. Surya says he shall go in search of Imlie and leaves even after Indira’s warning. Anjali walks behind Surya and says she didn’t know that Imlie would hear their conversation. Surya says things don’t happen as they think and justifies Imlie’s act. Their argument ensues. Anjali insists to accompany Surya in search of Imlie and gets into car with him.
Goons eve tease Imlie and try to molest her. Imlie pulls her cycle chain and vents out her frustration on them describing how she married her husband’s murderer and came to know about it today. Goons run away. Imlie breaks down more. Surya with Anjali continues to search for her and reaches Tripathi. Tripathi says he found Imlie’s cycle pedal, she must be somewhere around. Surya notices goons passing by murmuring that the girl was really brutal. He catches them and asks where the girl is. They ask him to let them go and says that girl hit them really hard. Surya and Anjali search for Imlie in that direction and doesn’t notice her sitting behind a cart. Indira calls Surya and asks if he found Imlie. Surya says not yet. Indira asks him to return home. He refuses and disconnects call. He sits on a nearby bench shouting Imlie’s name. Imlie hears him and thinks she will not return with him.
Precap: Voiceover says Imlie learnt that Surya is Agastya’s murderer, will she return to him.
