PK:The wedding is done.Now you both have to stay in our house.
Kabir and Pooja were shocked.
PK:Kabir…don’t think that your manliness will be hurt if you stay in our house.You are our son and you have the right to stay with us.You can consider us as your own parents.
Kabir looked at him emotionally.
Pooja:Papa…what nonsense are you saying?Are you making my husband a ghar jamai?Is it because Kabir’s is a rented house?
PK:No beta.Whenever you both wish you can go and stay in Kabir’s house.But for some time you both need to stay in our house.Because we want to see how you both are as a couple.Till we get convinced that you both are a happy couple we can’t let you both go away.
Pooja suppressed her anger:Ok fine.
PK:What about you Kabir?
Kabir:As pooja wishes.
Suman:Damadji cares only for his beloved wife’s happiness.So sweet.
Kabir and PK smiled while Pooja was angry.
Kabir and Pooja in their decorated room…
Pooja poured beer in the glass and started drinking.
Pooja:Papa has not believed us completely.He doubts whether we are a fake couple.So purposefully he asked us to stay with him.So that he and Maa can stalk us.
Kabir:Pooja..don’t drink too much.
Pooja:I want to drink as I am going through a lot of stress.I don’t know how to make them believe that we are a real couple.
Kabir looked at her emotionally.
Pooja:You also drink with me.It’s so boring to drink alone.
Kabir:No thanks.I don’t drink.
Pooja:No.You have to drink.It’s your Boss’ order.Understand?

Pooja who was intoxicated made him drink beer forcefully by holding the glass near his mouth.
She started laughing.

Kabir pretended to cry like a kid.Pooja felt sad and held him closer.

Kabir and Pooja were laughing.

Suddenly Pooja slept off. Kabir started yawning and slept off.
In the morning…
Kabir woke up and got ready.He was surprised to see Pooja in a traditional saree look.

Pooja:What to do Kabir?To show papa that I am a perfect wife I have to wear this.
They both giggled.
PK:We have arranged a reception party.Get ready in the evening.
Suman:Ya…get ready.
Pooja:Why so many parties papa?
Suman:The people who could’nt attend the wedding will come for the reception party.You both have to be ready.
Pooja was irritated:So many parties.So tiring.
Kabir and Pooja got ready for the reception party.
Kabir was lost in her beauty.
He thought:Even in the traditional attire you look so gorgeous Pooja.
Kabir-Pooja pretended to be the most happiest couple at the party.
The guests said:You both are made for each other.We have not seen such a perfect looking couple recently.
Kabir felt sad inside thinking:Unfortunately we are not made for each other.
Pooja felt like laughing thinking:What a joke!
Pooja smirked:Yes..we are a made for each other couple.
PK-Suman felt happy hearing that.
After few days….
Suman:Today is an auspicious day.You both go to our family temple together.
Pooja:Why Maa?
Suman:You both are newly married.God’s blessing is needed.God will bless you both.To prevent the evil eyes from falling upon both of you going to the temple is a must.
Pooja thought:Whose evil eyes will fall on the fake couple like us?
Kabir Pooja went to the temple together.
Kabir prayed:God,please give whatever Pooja wants.

Flowers fell over the from the God’s Idol.
The Panditji blessed them:God bless you both.That is what it shows.You both will together happy for many years… till eternity.You both are made for each other by God.
Kabir-Pooja were stunned.They felt awkward to face each other.
Pooja:Kabir..don’t take Panditji’s words into your heart.
Kabir:It’s ok.
After a few days…
PK:I have arranged dinner for you both in the restaurant.Go enjoy.
Pooja was irritated:What was the need of it papa?
PK:You both have not gone for any date till now despite of being a newly married couple.So I arranged it.
Suman:You both do not behave like a newly married couple.Not at all romantic.
Pooja and Kabir became embarrassed.
Pooja faked a smile:I just asked.Sure.We will enjoy the dinner date.Right Kabir?
Kabir:Yes.
Pooja:Thank you papa.
PK caressed her:Anything for both of you.
Pooja suppressed her irritation.

Pooja:It’s so boring here.
Kabir:I know how to get rid of boredom.Let us chat.

They both started chatting.Pooja was laughing.

PK and Suman arranged a puja specially for the newly married couple.
Suman:This puja is for the couples to do together.This will make you both have a long happy married life.

Kabir-Pooja did the puja together.
Kabir thought:Will this puja have any positive affect on our life?Will we have a long married life?No no..I should not expect anything from Pooja.She is my Boss and I am her employee.That’s the truth.

Kabir felt nice hearing it while Pooja was trying to control her irritation.
After a month PK and Suman arranged a small party to celebrate their one month anniversary.
Pooja was trying hard to cover up her frustration.
She thought:Why are my parents behaving like crazy teenagers?Who celebrates one month anniversary?
Kabir and Pooja pretended to be extremely sweet and romantic couple and cut the cake.
They fed the cake to each other.
They giggled to show off that they are very happy.
Kabir was unknowingly enjoying these moments.
PK and Suman smiled seeing their sweet romance.
Kabir became a pet of PK and Suman very fast.
PK gave him a key:I am gifting you a car.
Kabir and Pooja were shocked.
Pooja thought:Papa will gift him everything considering him as the real son in law.What a big blunder!

PK:Kabir…For us you are not a son in law,but a son.Can’t a father gift something to his son?Please don’t think consider me as your father in law and don’t feel ashamed to accept my gift.
Kabir:Nothing like that papa.I don’t need a car now.I have always considered you both as my own parents.I have never known parents’ love.I got parents’ love from both of you.I got more than I deserve.That’s more than enough for me.
Not only Kabir,but PK and Suman also got emotional.They hugged Kabir.

They all smiled tearfully.
Pooja smiled thinking:Kabir is not taking advantage of the situation.He is really genuine.
