‘’what’s wrong with you Shivaay? Why are you acting strange ?’’
‘’this I should ask you Annika…’’
‘’I am not but you are definitely’’
‘’look if you feel so, then let it be. Anyways now I don’t matter to you as you have your ‘’ he stopped
‘’Complete it Shivaay. Who have I found new or what have I found new’’
‘’I need not to say anything. Just leave me alone’’
‘’then why did you come along. Why did you say that you cannot leave me alone and accompanied me’’
‘’like really , I thought you forgot all that . Woww I am so happy to know you remember me’’
‘’what nonsense Shivaay’’
‘’Yeah now everything would seem nonsense to you. That’s why I said I need not say anything’’
‘’Your behaviour is hurting me Shivaay…I should have come alone. Now I will request Nikkuu to complete the sessions as soon as possible. If he denies , I will go back to India. I am happy with the way Sahil is. I cannot take this behaviour of yours anymore.’’ She cried and left from the apartment.
‘’Annika’’ he held his head
Annika sat near the river side and was crying , she messaged Nikhil to meet her at riverside . alarmed Nikhil left to meet Annika.
On the other hand
Shivaay TAM ‘’What the wuck I did. I created a scene out of nothing. How can she say that when she is ignoring me for him. why can’t she see that she is hurting me by meeting Nikhil regularly. Why can’t she understand that she is and can only be mine. My Stupid. I have waited all my life for her and today she is running behind Nikhil. ‘’
‘’I first need to check where she is and if she is okay or not. I was angry and I need to apologise’’ he spoke to himself and started looking for her…he started searching for her and reached river side.
————-At River Side
‘’Annika…’’ Nikhil called
‘’Nikkuu’’ she wiped her tears and composed
‘’what happened? Why are you crying and why did you ask to meet me now?’’
‘’Nikkuu…nothing..i just want to know something and then request something’’
‘’I s everything alright?’’
‘’Yeah…’’

Shivaay saw Annika being with Nikhil in riverside and came back disheartened. He set everything straight in the room and switched on the TV to divert himself.
On the other hand Annika reminded of Nikhil’s words and decided to talk to Shivaay and reached home.
She came and switched off the TV. Shivaay didn’t speak anyword and got up from there.
‘’Shivaay I need to talk to you’’
‘’but I don’t want to Annika’’
‘’I think we should’’
‘’I think you should talk to Nikhil’’ he stressed Nikhil’s name
‘’Shivaay please where did this Nikku come in between’’
‘’he had come in between since the day we met him. for you he is the priority…he is the one whom you want to spend time with, talk to , have lunch and dinner. So why now? Why do you want to talk to me now. What’s there to talk to me? ‘’
‘’Shivaay , you are thinking wrong, it’s nothing’’
‘’Annika I may not be so good at relations but I am neither a fool too….you forgot that someone like Shivaay existed in these few days..reason you found your friend…’’
‘’Shivaay’’
‘’You went to meet him and came …you couldn’t even think for a while that I was waiting for you, I was worried for you, all that mattered for you was Nikhil and his family…in a span of two days he became so important that you forgot me and my family…’’
‘’I don’t believe you are saying this’’
‘’Isn’t it the truth that I am saying now….well I shouldn’t have felt bad but I did despite knowing he is your school crush….’’
‘’Shivaay’’ She screamed
‘’I forgot that during your childhood he gave you a box of chocolates and a card to express his Lov..’’
‘’not a word more Shivaay…not a word more about him and me…what do you know about us that you are saying all this’’
‘’With whatever I saw and spoke , I could only understand this’’
‘’And you decided that he is my crush…you are mad Shivaay…really mad….’’
‘’yes, I am mad , you are true I am really mad… i am mad to accompany you leaving behind everything….i am mad to care for you…I am mad to think about you…I am mad to worry about you…I am really mad, you are right, absolutely right’’
He left from there…….But She smiled…..she took the plate with dinner and stepped into his room… he sat looking at the window….
‘’Shivaay have your dinner first’’
‘’I am not hungry Annika…leave me alone’’
‘’and what will you do if I leave you alone’’
‘’don’t know…but I want to be alone for sometime’’
‘’fine I will go but first have your dinner…. you haven’t eaten yesterday too and I also know you couldn’t have slept properly’’
‘’no need to act so sweet…I said right I don’t want to have anything and just want to be alone. Why don’t you understand Annika’’
‘’Mr.Khadoos Singh Oberoi I am not stupid to act before the biggest actor’’
He looked at her
‘’You are such a big actor who is just letting himself to be cool while a volcano is ignited within himself.’’
‘’Annika please’’
‘’What if I say that the card and box of chocolates were not for me but for someone else ‘’
Shivaay looked at her
‘’it’s true Shivaay Nikhil was my classmate , but he was/is just a friend rather a good friend…I had a friend named Chanda in my school and Nikhil was mad about her…Chanda being a shy girl never used to speak to him and so one day he decided to talk to her and so he approached me and handed over a box of chocolates and a card , thinking of asking me to give them to Chanda…but you know me, how much I love chocolates, before he could tell the matter I opened the box of chocolates and emptied them making him stunned and shocked at the same time…having nothing to do , he asked me to give the card and a letter within to Chanda and I did so…’’
Annika looked at him
‘’He is just my friend Shivaay and you mistook me’’
‘’I..I am ‘’
‘’it’s okay Shivaay….Shivaay, it’s true I forgot to tell you about him inviting you to his house , but I never did that deliberately…infact I so wanted you to accompany me…you have no idea how much I missed you while I was there….and then when I came I saw you waiting for me for dinner…though I was full I was about to say that I wanted to eat along with you, but again you mistook and slept’’
Shivaay just looked on and had no words coming out his mouth
‘’Today you left me and went early in the morning…Shivaay I am new to this city…I was getting bored and only persons I knew were Nikhil and Family , so I went there…uncle aunty and Nikhil’s wife were so full of life , so I chose to spend time with them’’
‘’Nikhil’s wife?’’
‘’yes, he is married to a French girl….and so he settled here….she is really good…had you come with me yesterday, you would have known this…’’
‘’But how can he marry A French Girl when he loved your friend Chanda’’
‘’He loved Chanda , but Chanda died in an accident when he was in India and was about to marry her in few months…depressed he came to France and studied further….then came Catherine in his life and she changed him to normal and made him what he is today….Catherine, his wife….he promised himself that he would never return to India because he didn’t want to get haunted or reminisce Chanda.’’
‘’I am sorry Annika and I think I must apologise Nikhil too…I am really sorry’’
‘’it’s not needed Shivaay…now eat the dinner and sleep…it’s already very late’’ She got up and walked towards the door
‘’Annika he called her softly’’ she turned
‘’I was jealous to see you with Nikhil and so acted so weird….and I am really sorry for my behaviour…I shouldn’t have been so’’
She smiled and turned away…he followed her ….
‘’you don’t want to say anything after what I said’’
She again smiled
‘’speak something Annika’’
‘’what should I say, when I see myself in you..’’
‘’what does that mean…do you remember what I did in the restaurant when you went ahead to meet that girl ‘’
‘’gosh, how can I forget that…but why are you saying this now?’’
‘’nothing’’ she smiled
‘’Wait that means you did all that out of jealousy’’
This time she blushed along with smiling…..
‘’And may I know why you were jealous?’’
‘’nooo….’’ She just turned her face away and turned to go , when he held her hand from behind and pulled her near her, closing her waist with both their hands
‘’I want to listen why did you feel jealous’’ he spoke huskily in her ears
She closed her eyes and her breathe went heavy….’’No..nothing ..’’ she mumbled
‘’I think I must find a French girl this time ‘’ he whispered and she opened her mouth and broke the back hug, turned towards him, held his collars and looking into his eyes spoke
‘’Dare anyone come near you….i will just smash her face and break her legs, distort her whole body and throw her in dustbin…got it’’
He just looked at her and smiled and she spoke again ‘’don’t even try to smile when I am serious else’’
‘’Else?’’
‘’else I will…I will…’’
He pulled her near him …held her by her waist and went a bit down and caught her lips by his, making her breathe uneven…a chill ran through her body and goosebumps formed all over her body….her eyes closed
He left her and took a step back while she stood there still with her eyes closed….after a while she slowly opened her eyes and looked at him , lowering her eyes she turned to go…..
‘’I thought you would ‘’
She moved nearer to him and placed her lips on his and sucked them , his grip tightened on her waist while her grip tightened on his neck….the kiss was smooth as butter and deep as soul, they gave time to each other and took time to explore …..drowned in passion they took the kiss for a longer time….unable to breathe any further they broke the kiss apart……
‘’I think I have answered your question of why I was jealous the same way you answered my question of why you were jealous’’ Annika spoke looking into his eyes….
‘’I didn’t understand anything’’
‘’then let it be’’
He smiled and hugged her….she reciprocated the hug ……..
‘’I think we must have dinner…I am really hungry now….’’ She spoke while her tummy made grumbling sounds
Laughed they sat back to have dinner , while Shivaay made her sit in the chair and fed her while eating.
After having their dinner, Annika started to go to her room to have the much needed sleep, when
‘’Annika…never ever leave me again’’ shivaay spoke
‘’Good night Shivaay’’ she replied smiling.
He too smiled and sat back in the sofa……..
Shivaay TAM ‘’I can’t believe we kissed. We kissed as adults. My first kiss with my love, my childhood sweetheart. How amazing this would have been if she remembered who I am to her. I just can’t wait to confess my feelings. To propose her, to marry her , to make her the mother of my kids. But nevertheless I just know she loves me and she will only be mine. But before all this I must say her the truth as to why we are here and then as Nikhil said I must make her remember everything slowly. ’’
Anika in her room fell on the bed and smiled to herself .
Anika TAM ‘’how beautiful the moments were a while before. I had the first kiss of my life with the man I love. Till now I was unsure of his feelings for me but now I am sure. He loves me . yes he definitely loves me. how stupid I was to behave so, but in a way it was good, we had some beautiful moments between us. Had Nikhil not made me realise that Shivaay is insecure of him, I would have never initiated the conversation and would have packed bags by now. Finally the way I wanted to spend time with him will turn to reality. I am just waiting for him to confess his feelings out in open’’
Shivaay TAM ‘’I must apologise Nikhil for my behaviour’’
Anika TAM ‘’I must thank Nikhil for making me realise’’
Annika and Shivaay both sent Thank you and apology messages to Nikhil and Nikhil replied it’s okay to both of them and wishes them all the best.
Annika came out and saw Shivaay being in thoughts. She sat beside him and asked ‘’why aren’t you sleeping? Isn’t it late’’
‘’You too didn’t sleep’’
‘’Hmmm…true I wasn’t getting sleep…’’
‘’So’’
‘’So…’’
‘’what do you want to do now?’’
‘’movie ?’’
‘’Fine…which movie….’’
‘’Cartoon movie pretty please’’
‘’Like really cartoon movie at this time after what all happened’’
‘’off course yes….and what do you mean by after what all happened…’’ she took a pause and then realised ‘’haaww….haww….such a cheapda you are ‘’ she hit him with pillow while he was trying to save himself.
‘’ok…ok…fine…let me search for a good cartoon movie…’’ he said panting.
‘’better’’ she said settling down
