About Jhalak Dikhhla jaa season 9
The latest actors to join the ‘Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa’ bandwagon this year are popular actress Helly Shah, who plays Swara in ‘Swaragini’ and Sidhant Gupta, who recently quit ‘Tashan-E-Ishq’.
We had earlier reported about Sidhant quitting his TV show for another project. We have now learnt that he had to quit the fiction show so that he could take part in the dance reality show. Both Helly and Sidhant, however, remained unavailable for comment. Our source associated with the reality show informs us, “Helly has become immensely popular as Swara and her fans would love to see her in a new avatar showcasing her dancing chops. Sidhant is equally popular among youth and will be a great addition in the line-up.”
Other participants confirmed for the season are Siddharth Nigam, who played the younger Ashoka in ‘Chakravartin Ashoka Samrat’, Nora Fatehi, Arjun Bijlani, Surveen Chawla, Shakti Arora, Karishma Tanna and Ruhanika Dhawan, who played the younger Ruhi in ‘Ye Hai Mohabbatein’.
