Plot:

He is a 22 year old, kind hearted college boy. He is a dreamer but he’s too lazy to chase after them. He hates studying and attending lectures and that reflects on his mark sheets as well. He wants to be a writer but his parents want a future for him which is ‘practical’ thus convincing him every now and then to gather up in their business. So, he is stuck studying a boring entrepreneurship subject.

He is determined to follow his dreams and yes, that does include bunking lectures every Friday and catching first day, first shows of the latest bollywood movies.

He hates romance novels, chick flicks and finds it really irritating when love stuck couples start talking mushy mushy with each other. But he does enjoy occasionally flirting. He doesn’t believe in love. According to him, there’s more to life than love and love is nothing but an obstacle and distraction. It sets you on a path of destruction. His prospective changes when he meets her in an inauguration ceremony. She challenges him and hurts his ego.

She is a 29 year old business woman, a divorcee. An arrogant, chesty and self-important lady, doesn’t care about anybody but herself. She is emotionally vulnerable but never shows her weak side. She believes in:

“The future for me is already a thing of the past –
You were my first love and you will be my last”

She still loves her ex-husband, no matter what!!.. She is free in her wildness, she is a wanderess, a drop of free water. She knows nothing of borders and cares nothing for rules or customs. ‘Time’ for her isn’t something to fight against. Her life flows clean, with passion, like fresh water.

Their love won’t be physical but more than mental. An eternal love story!!.. What will happen when they cross paths? Will he fall in love? Will she fall in love with him all over again? Will society bind by their love admist their rules??..

It’s easy to say, is it easy to follow… It’s easy to say I LOVE YOU but is hard to prove!!..

So the story is something different!!.. Age differences matters a lot when especially it comes to India!!.. When your spouse is elder than you and significantly a girl.. Let’s see how they’ll face their problems admist their love and find a way. To know more continue the journey of Heart Beat…

Pratap Hada as Nikhil Gadodia- Swara’s brother. She is the apple of his eyes.

Sachin Tyagi as Shekhar Gadodia- A strict father who binds by society rules.

Pareenita Borthakur as Sharmishtha Shekhar Gadodia- A loving mother but when it comes to choosing between her husband and children, her motherhood minifies.

Sonica Handa as Sujata Vikram Maheshwari- Sanskar’s mother. She loves her only son and wants him to get married as soon as possible with a Bengali girl, as she is a Bengali. She thinks Kaira to be perfect for him.

Amar Sharma as Vikram Maheshwari- A modern father, funny and jovial. Loves his son. Not at all strict, more of a friend than a father. Wants Sanskar to hitch up with a Marwari girl.
