I Hate You (Episode 69)

Recap: Kunj is ecstatic to find out that Twinkle is pregnant. However, Twinkle is still hurt and refuses to accept Kunj. Kunj sings a song in one breath and faints due to a lack of oxygen. Twinkle gives him cpr and the two reconcile. Twinkle tells Kunj to prove that he is ready to be a father. Kunj is in a dilemma on how to prove this.

EPISODE 69

Twinkle’s door bell rings. She opens the door and sees Sam, smiling ecstatically.
Sam- Hey Twinkle!
Twinkle- Sam…what happened? You seem so happy all of a sudden? What’s the occasion?
Twinkle lets Sam inside.
Sam- Twinkle, guess what!
Twinkle- What happened?
Sam- Sonya said yes!
Twinkle- She did?! Omg Sam congratulations!
Sam- No congratulations. You have to be at the wedding from start to end. You have been by my side for so long. Now I need my best friend at my wedding also.
Twinkle- Are, why only wedding? I’ll also go on the honeymoon with you guys.
Sam- No yaar, it’s okay. Just the wedding is fine.
Twinkle laughs- So where is the wedding? Which venue?
Sam- Voh…
Twinkle- Where?
Sam- India…
Twinkle’s smile fades.
Sam- Come on Twinkle. You have to go back some day.
Twinkle- Sam, you know I can’t go back. Where will I go back? Who will I go back to?
Kunj- Back to your family.
Sam and Twinkle turn around to find Kunj standing at the doorway.
Kunj- Twinkle, your family is waiting for you. Please come back. It’s your home. It’s not complete without you. Twinkle please.
Twinkle looks at Sam and Kunj’s pleading eyes. She smiles and nods her head.

The Next Scene…

Twinkle opens the door and her jaw drops. She stares in shock at the sight in front of her. Kunj was standing there with a bottle in his mouth and a baby doll in his arms. Twinkle looks at Kunj from head to toe.
Twinkle- Kunj? What is this?
Kunj takes the bottle out of his mouth.
Kunj- I’m taking care of my baby. You see, my princess loves me, she isn’t even crying.
As if on cue, the baby doll starts crying. Twinkle holds in her laughter. Kunj tries to quiet the doll.
Kunj- Shhh, my baby. Look papa is here.
Twinkle stares at Kunj who struggles to keep the doll quiet. She suddenly bursts out laughing. Kunj looks at Twinkle.
Kunj- What?
Twinkle- Kunj, what are you doing?
Kunj- You can’t just ask a father what he is doing. Let me take care of my child. I will show you that I am ready to be a father.
Twinkle lovingly looks at Kunj. Sam comes up behind Kunj.
Sam- Shall we go now? Our flight leaves in one hour and we are still here trying to make your fake baby quiet.
Kunj- Hey! Who are you calling fake baby? You say anything to my princess then I’ll knock all your teeth out!
Sam steps back in fear while Twinkle bursts out into laughter.

(The Next Scene…)

Kunj leads Twinkle to the front of Sarna Mansion. Twinkle looks up at the house and becomes emotional. She wipes away her tears as Kunj holds her hand. Bebe opens the door and is shocked to see Twinkle and Kunj.
Bebe- Twinkle puttar…
Bebe runs up and hugs Twinkle. The whole family comes at the entrance and is shocked to see Twinkle.
Usha- Twinkle, where did you go leaving all of us?
Leela- Twinkle?
Leela runs into the Sarna Mansion and hugs Twinkle.
Leela- Didn’t you ever think of this mother of yours?
Twinkle wipes away Leela’s tears
Bebe- It’s all because of this stupid Kunj’s fault.
Bebe holds Kunj’s ear.
Kunj- Ahhh Bebe!
Bebe notices the baby doll in Kunj’s arms.
Bebe- What is this? Since when have you started playing with dolls?
Kunj- Bebe, who are you calling a doll? This is your grandchild. My little princess.
Everyone is confused. Mahi looks at Twinkle’s flushed face and screams.
Mahi- Twinkle! Really?
Twinkle blushes and nods. Everyone laughs and goes to hug Twinkle.

The Next Scene…

Twinkle walks into the room and sees Kunj struggling to take off his shirt. Twinkle walks up to him and puts her hand on his shoulder. Kunj turns around. Twinkle looks into Kunj’s eyes and slowly slides her hands underneath his shirt and slides it off his shoulders. (Kuch Iss Tarah plays in bg).

Kunj holds Twinkle’s wrist and pulls her closer to him.

Twinkle gets lost in Kunj’s touch. She closes her eyes as Kunj kisses them.

Kunj cups Twinkle’s cheek and moves in closer to her. Just as the two lips were mere centimeters away…..the baby doll starts crying. Twinkle opens her eyes and jumps back in surprise.
Kunj- Ahh, this baby is not even born and already he’s out to ruin his mumma and papa’s romance.
Twinkle crosses her arms and smirks at Kunj.
Twinkle- So, papa….your child is crying.
Kunj- Ha ha, I see. Your child is just like you. Koi na koi siyappa toh yeh karega to ruin all the romance.
Kunj grumpily goes and picks of the doll and feeds it a bottle. Twinkle smiles and walks up to Kunj. She quickly gives a kiss on his cheek and runs out of the room. Kunj holds his cheek and smiles. Twinkle runs back inside the room.
Twinkle- Aur Kunj, you can put the doll away. You need to save your energy for your princess that is coming real soon. Hai na?
Kunj looks at the doll and smiles.
