I Hate You (Episode 64)

Recap: Kunj finds Twinkle in a forest in an unconscious state. He notices she has a fever and her clothes are wet and realizes she has been under the rain all night. He carries her and finds a dhabha, where the owner and his wife give them a place to stay for the night. Kunj puts on a blindfold and changes Twinkle’s clothes. Twinkle wakes up the next morning and is furious at Kunj.

EPISODE 64

Twinkle walks out of the room. She rubs her bare arms and walks towards the dhabha.
Twinkle- Where did I end up now? The person I’m trying to stay away from keeps coming closer to me. And on top of that, I am stuck in this dhabha with him. Seriously, a dhabha in Australia also? Why is there a dhabha in Australia?
Owner- Haa! There is a dhabha in Australia.
Twinkle turns around and finds the owner and his wife.
Owner- Just because we are in a foreign country doesn’t mean we should forget all our culture.
Wife- Beta, how are you feeling now?
Twinkle smiles- I’m feeling better. Thank you for all your help.
Wife- No no, don’t thank us. You should thank your husband. He did everything. He really loves you. Look, he didn’t even eat yet. He hasn’t eaten anything since yesterday, but he still keeps saying that he won’t eat until you eat.

Twinkle looks at Kunj sitting on a cot. (Sajna Ve plays in background).
Owner- Come, let’s go eat. And smile! Today is Holi!
The owner brings Twinkle and makes her sit next Kunj. Twinkle gives Kunj a death glare and scoots away from him.
Wife- We will bring you some food.
Twinkle and Kunj look at each other and then turn their faces away again. The owner and his wife sees this.
Wife- Something seems off. Looks like these two are miffed with each other, but they still seem to love each other a lot.
Owner- I have just the right solution to that.
The owner holds up a glass and they both smile.
Kunj- I’ll go call Sam, so he doesn’t worry.
Twinkle doesn’t respond. Kunj sighs and gets up to call Sam.
The owner brings food and keeps it in front of Twinkle. He hands over a glass to Twinkle.
Owner- Here, drink this. You will feel much better after drinking this. This is our special drink.
Twinkle takes the drink and starts drinking it.
Owner- Feed your husband also. He still didn’t eat. I will be over there if you need anything.
The owner leaves and Twinkle continues drinking.
Twinkle- Wow, this is so good! It automatically made me feel much better! And everything around me is so colorful and happy!
Kunj comes back after calling Sam and is shocked at what he sees.
Kunj- Twinkle, why are you crying?
Twinkle was sitting cross legged and pouting like a little child.
Twinkle- I forgot…

Kunj- What did you forget?
Twinkle- I want to eat.
Kunj- Then eat na. Look, there is food there. Why are you crying?
Twinkle- I forgot…
Kunj- What did you forget?
Twinkle- Kunj…I forgot how to eat with my hands. Now how will I eat?
Kunj- What?
Kunj is shocked and stares at Twinkle.
Kunj mumbles- What happened to Twinkle? Puri ki puri pagal ho gaya kya?
He notices an empty glass.
Kunj- Twinkle, did you drink that?
Twinkle nods- It was really yummy Kunj. You should have had some!
Kunj takes the glass and smells it.
Kunj- Oh no! This is bhaang! That’s why Twinkle is acting like this. Hai Vaiguru, what do I do now. Come on Twinkle, I think we should go home…
Kunj looks besides him and doesn’t find Twinkle.
Kunj- Twinkle? Twinkle, where are you?

Rang Barase Bhige Chunaravaali,
Rang Barase….

Kunj turns towards where the song was playing. He sees a crowd gathered and goes up to the crowd. He is shocked to see Kunj standing on top of a table.

Tori Bhigi Angiyaa…

Kunj- Twinkle! What are you doing? You’re going to fall! Get down!
Twinkle jumps off the table.
Kunj- Twinkle!
She walks up to him and holds his collar and pulls him closer to her.
O Rangarasiyaa Rangarasiyaa,
Ho…

Twinkle runs her finger down Kunj’s cheek. She smiles and pushes him back then starts dancing to the song.

Rang Barase Bhige
Chunaravaali, Rang Barase….

Everyone joins Twinkle and dances. Kunj is mesmerized in Twinkle dancing. He smiles and walks up to her. His hand goes to her back and he pulls her towards him and she collides into his chest. Twinkle looks into Kunj’s eyes, which displayed a playfulness in them. Kunj smirks and brings his hand to Twinkle’s cheek and applies red color on her. Twinkle makes a haww face and touches her cheek.
Twinkle- Not fair! I don’t have color, now how do I put it on you?
Kunj smirks and shrugs his shoulders.
Kunj- Tu toh har gaye Siyappa Queen.
Twinkle squints her eyes and smiles.
Twinkle- Twinkle Taneja never loses!
She approaches Kunj and grabs his collar, surprising Kunj. With a sudden pull, she brings his face closer to hers and rubs her cheek on his, applying the red color from her cheek to his cheek. She pushes Kunj back and gives him a victorious smile.
Twinkle- See, I told you, Twinkle Taneja never loses!
Kunj smiles and touches his cheek as Twinkle runs away. Kunj runs after her and holds her wrist. He stops her against a tree and blocks her escape with his arms. Kunj smiles and admires Twinkle’s face.
Twinkle- What are you looking at?
Kunj- I missed you.
Twinkle starts crying.
Kunj- Twinkle…why are you crying?
Twinkle- I hate you Kunj! You are so mean! Why did you leave me? Do you know how hurt I was? I was really sad.
Kunj’s heart drops hearing Twinkle’s words. He holds her cheek and wipes away her tears.
Kunj- I am sorry Twinkle. I will never leave you again.
Twinkle- Promise?
Kunj smiles- Promise.
Twinkle- Then prove it. Do one thing for me and then I will believe you.
Kunj- What?
Twinkle- I forgot how to eat with my hands so you have to feed me. You will do it right?
Kunj laughs- Of course I will do it.
Twinkle smiles and hugs Kunj. A tear forms in Kunj’s eyes. He raises his arms and hugs Twinkle back tightly and wipes away a tear.
Kunj- I’ll never leave you again Twinkle. Never.
