Recap: Twinkle meets Kunj. She struggles to keep her emotions intact and still does not reveal her past to Sam. Kunj has a split personality disorder and doesn’t recognize Twinkle. Twinkle breaks down and cries finally after five years. She reveals to Sam that Kunj is actually her husband.

Sam- What are you saying Twinkle?
Twinkle- Yes Sam. Kunj is my husband.
FLASHBACK
(Back at the hotel room in California…)
Twinkle wakes up and finds herself held tightly in the embrace of her husband. She looks up at Kunj’s face and finds him peacefully sleeping. She blushes thinking about the previous night and slowly gets out of his embrace. A few minutes later, she gets out of the bathroom, whilst drying her hair. Looking over at the bed, she still sees Kunj sleeping. She walks over to him and smiles seeing the peaceful resting face. She bends down and kisses Kunj’s forehead. Kunj opens his eyes and smiles.
Twinkle- Good morning.
Kunj- Good morning.
Twinkle- Now get up Kunj, our flight is this afternoon.
Kunj- But we still have a lot time now so, why don’t we spend it effectively?
Kunj smirks and gets up.
Twinkle- What?
Kunj- What nahi, hot. If you come in front of me looking so hot in a dress like that, then of course I wont be able to control myself.
Kunj moves his arm to Twinkle’s back and pushes her against his chest.
Twinkle- Kunj chodo.
Kunj shakes his head no.
Twinkle tries removing Kunj’s arms, but fails. Twinkle steps on Kunj’s foot.
Kunj- Ahhhhhh!
Kunj lets go of Twinkle and screams in pain.
Kunj- What the hell! What was that for?
Twinkle- Oh shut up Kunj. Don’t be such a dramebaaz.
Kunj- It really hurt.
Twinkle looks at Kunj’s sad face and starts feeling guilty.
Twinkle- It really hurt?
Kunj pouts and nods his head.
Twinkle bends down and reaches her arm out to touch his foot. Kunj becomes shocked. He steps back and makes Twinkle stand.
Kunj- Twinkle, what are you doing?
Twinkle- You said it hurt. I didn’t want to hurt you.
Kunj- Twinkle, I was just joking yaar. Never touch my feet again. Your place isn’t at my feet, it’s in my heart.
He pulls Twinkle into a tight hug.
Twinkle thinks- I don’t know why, but I’m getting a feeling that something bad is going to happen. Babaji, please look out for my Kunj.
Twinkle breaks the hug.
Twinkle- Okay, you freshen up and come. I’ll wait for you in the lobby.
(Hotel Lobby…)
Twinkle looks at her watch.
Twinkle- Where is Kunj? Why isn’t he here yet?
As if on cue, Twinkle sees Kunj walking towards her.
Twinkle- Finally Kunj. It’s about time that you came. Who takes this much time to get ready? I mean…
Kunj Shut up!
Twinkle was shocked by Kunj’s sudden outburst.
Twinkle- Kunj?
Kunj becomes furious.
Kunj- Just shut up Twinkle!
Twinkle- Kunj…what…what happened? I’m sorry I was just joking but…
Twinkle holds up his phone.
Kunj- What is this?
Twinkle looks at the screen, which showed a video on Twinkle. In the video, Twinkle was talking to the whole Sarna family, threatening them to hand over the property in Twinkle’s name.
Kunj’s eyes were red, and his veins were popping as he saw his own family in such a state.
Twinkle- Kunj, I didn’t do that. believe me, it wasn’t me!
Kunj- Oh just shut up Twinkle. I’m seeing this with my own eyes.
Twinkle- Kunj, you can’t even see my face. Please believe me, this is fake!
Twinkle cups Kunj’s face.
Twinkle- Kunj, please believe me, I would never do this. Look at me Kunj. Please.
Kunj pushes Twinkle and she falls to the floor.
Kunj- I thought I had found a perfect bahu for my family. I was wrong. I never knew you could stoop this low!
Kunj turned to leave. Twinkle was on the floor crying. She quickly got up and held Kunj’s arm.
Twinkle- Kunj, where are you going? Don’t leave me. Kunj please believe me!
Kunj- Twinkle, go away! Now that I see who you truly are, I don’t want to see your face again!
Twinkle- Please Kunj, believe me! Kunj please, I love you!
Kunj shouts- Loving you was the biggest mistake of my life!
Twinkle’s heart was shattered. She stood there as the world around her slowly faded away. She could see Kunj walking away, but she couldn’t move her legs. Everything was numb. Only Kunj’s words echoed in her head.
“Loving you was the biggest mistake of my life…”
FLASHBACK ENDS
Twinkle wiped away a tear.
Twinkle- I didn’t know why Kunj did that. But he didn’t trust me. So, I decided not to go back to India. I went straight to Australia. I didn’t contact anyone. When I came to Australia, only you were by my side. You helped my with my broken heart by giving me the opportunity to fix other hearts.
A tear drops down Twinkle’s cheeks.
Twinkle- Now, my past is in front of me in such a way that I don’t know what to do. I never thought I would meet Kunj in this condition.
Twinkle wipes away her tear.
Sam- Twinkle…I…so much happened and I…if you want, I will transfer Kunj to another hospital.
Twinkle- No Sam, he is no one to me anymore. He is only my patient. I will do my duty as his doctor and that’s it. The moment he said that he made a mistake in loving me, Twinkle Kunj Sarna became no more.
Twinkle stands up.
Twinkle- Now I’m saying, I don’t love you Kunj Sarna. I hate you, I hate you!
