We just can’t express how much the audience loves Sab tv’s Tarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah. It’s the longest-running sitcom on Indian television and you won’t believe the show has completed almost impossible to fathom 12 years of runtime and counting.
However, the show has gone some changes over the years as we know Dayaben essayed by DIsha Vakani left the show. The burning question still stays if she will make a comeback to the show. There were some other replacements on the show too which include the likes of Bhavya Gandhi as Tapu.
Now one more big news is abuzz in media and it pertains to Anjali Mehta. Neha, who has been a part of the show since its inception playing the role of Anjali Mehta has apparently quit the show.
There were other rumors recently that suggested that actor Gurucharan Singh aka Sodhi has also quit the show but no truth was in those. Producer Asit Modi soon cleared the air. Now, with respect to Mehta’s departure, it isn’t confirmed as of yet as the actor hasn’t responded to the reports as of yet.
Sources mentioned that Mehta has apparently conveyed her decision to the makers already and hasn’t reported to the sets since the shoots have resumed.
