Scene 1
Mohini recalls she saw some pulses in the box. Mohini makes the halwa and shows it to Mai. She cries. Harphoul looks at Mohini with love. Mohini says amma sit on this chair. Mai says you made halwa for your babu but pandit ji isn’t here. Vijayan video calls Mohini and says I have arranged the pandits here. They will lead the pooja from here. They join on a video call. Mai does pooja with them. Pooja ends. Mai thanks Vijayan. He says we are one family, we are happy that we were part of your day. Mai says you are a ray of hope Mohini. Mai says you will eat the prasad first even before me. Shalini says I don’t want it. Mohini says don’t say no to prasad. Shalini says we don’t eat from hands of people whose castes aren’t known. He holds her hand. Mohini faints. Haprhoul is pulled by men. Mohini falls to the ground. Harphoul tries to fight them off. Rajinder tells Balwant their condition. Harphoul says Mohini you’re strong. Get up. Harphoul says Mohini think about all the times I made you angry. They try to drag him with a tractor. Mohini tries to get up. He says Madrasan get up. She says Malyali. Mohini gets up. Divyani is still there. Mohini gives the first aid kit to Menu. She says I will fulfill my promise. Mohini shoves Divyani. Harphoul hits the men. Mohini fights with all women alone.
Mohini asks Menu to wear gloves and apply for the medicine. Harphoul says your sister’s life is in danger. Have some shame. Mohini fights with them. He says Mohini.. Mohini shoves the women and runs in. They fall. Harphoul stands on the door. They lock it. Harphoul asks Mohini are you okay? She says yes. He cleans her wound. Harphoul says I will stand here and protect you.
Mohini comes in. She sees blood. Sushila says will you save my child Mohini?
