The Episode starts with Imli complaining of stomach ache. She asks them to hurry and take her to doctor. Malai says maybe she got food poisoning. Puttan and everyone take Imli to doctor and get her treated. Puttan asks his fees. Doctor says 10 lakhs. Jha says 10 lakhs for a small disease. Doctor says you think disease is small and make it big. Puttan says fine, we will pay your fees. They all take Imli home. Doctor gets a call and agrees to go for curing someone, when he is paid double. Imli says I m feeling fine now. Puttan asks Jha to put medical expenses in govt funds. Jha and Chaya give ideas.
Doctor gets kidnapped. He gets worried and asks the driver to stop the car. The man says you are kidnapped, and laughs. Genda asks how much cash do we have. Haseena Devi keeps accounts. Uncle says we should go and see Imli post her operation. Genda asks why. He explains her that they should ask Imli’s welfare. Genda says fine, we will go. Goons scare the doctor and keep him captive. Genda comes to meet Imli. The goon says we will ask for much ransom. He coughs.
Doctor tells him that his cough is serious. He scares the goon. Uncle asks Imli to take rest at home. Imli says I m not able to rest because of invited guests. Doctor fools the goon and injects him to faint. He runs away. Goons look for him. Puttan and Imli discuss about the doctor. The doctor comes to Puttan to take his help. He falls in Puttan’s feet. He says I was kidnapped, I got saved by difficulty. Puttan helps him. Doctor describes the goon. He sends his men to get the goon. He says the doctor is a rich man. Doctor shows his contacts. He scolds the goon. Puttan says we will treat him now. He takes the goon and gets him beaten up. He asks the goon to apologize to doctor. Goon apologizes. He gets the gun and scares everyone.
