Actor Abhay Bhadoriya who is currently seen in Happu Ki Ultan Paltan, shot with the late filmmaker and actor Satish Kaushik in The Last Show. The project marks the former’s debut in Bollywood.
Abhay talked about it in a recent interview and shared, “I’m lucky to have enjoyed the opportunity to spend time under the guidance of Satish sir while shooting. I feel blessed to make my debut in Bollywood with this movie. I got to learn so many things about acting, facing the camera, and other important inputs that any actor needs to be aware of while shooting and for his growth. He was a very kind soul. We shot the film through the pandemic, which was such a stressful time. He used to care for us and make us laugh by cracking jokes. For him, everyone on the set was equal. It was an honor to work with him.”
Talking about the demise of Satish Kaushik, he said, “I couldn’t believe the news when I heard it and enquired about it. I was in tears when I got to know it was true. Satish ji was a gem of a person and would keep everyone around him happy. There was never a dull moment around him and such was his sense of humour. The loss is irreparable, and movie buffs will miss him forever. His work will be celebrated for time immemorial.”
Abhay has been part of shows like Balveer Returns, Kya Haal, Mr. Paanchal?, Tenali Rama, and Vighnaharta Ganesha among others.
