The episode starts with Malaika with her team searching Happu’s room after she gets a complaint that Happu is a petticoat thief. Amma sitting in a lawn with Reshampal tells him that Happu can never steal petticoat. Reshampal says he knows that Happu is a corrupt officer, but he can’t steal petticoats. Malaika finds petticoat bag under Happu’s bed and brings it out. Happu says it belongs to Manohar as Manohar is a petticoat thief. Manohar starts emotional drama and accuses Happu of trying to trap him.
Complainant insists Malaika to arrest Happu and throw him in jail. Malaika asks Manohar to handcuff Happu and asks complainant to leave from there. Happu pleads that he is not a petticoat. Malaika puts him behinds bars and says all the evidences are against him. Reporters throng in and accuse Happu of breaking law while himself being a protector of law.
Beni comes to meet Happu. Happu says he is not a petticoat and describes how Manohar trapped him. Beni asks him to hired a best lawyer, pointing at himself. Happu asks him to find one then. Malaika joins them and even she asks Beni to find a good lawyer. Beni continuously points at himself silently. Happu realises his point and asks him to fight his case. Beni feels happy.
At home, Amma feels ashamed of Happu and starts drinking. She hides Babuji’s photo in a cupboard to stop him from knowing Happu’s crime. Rajjo also feels ashamed of Happu. Comedic events continue..
Precap: During Happu’s court hearing, opponent lawyer brings multiple evidences against Happu. Rajjo cries in front of Amma. My father is a petticoat thief is written on Ranbir’s hand.
