The episode starts with Rajesh serving dinner to family and asking Happu to try her special bharva bitter gourd dish. He says she must have filled something in bitter gourd. Amma asks him to try as it really tasty. Happu complains that his colleague’s wife works in a company as a manager and took whole family on vacation via flight, but Rajesh just lazes around. Malaika and Kat warn him to watch his words as mummy works really hard whole day. Other children and amma also warn him to stop disrespecting Rajesh. Rajesh says cooking and house cleaning can also be done by a maid, but everyone cannot do office work. Rajesh gets sad hearing that. Children and Amma warn Happu to apologize Rajesh, but he walks away fuming. Rajesh asks Amma if even she wants to complain. Amma says
At night, during a daily drinking session, Happu asks Benu why he doesn’t call him now a days. Beni says in his company, he has become a liar, briber, lazy, etc., like him. Happu says he was joking and asks if he is having an affair with a woman other than Vimlesh. Beni says he is not a leech like him and loves only Vimlesh. Happu reminds him of his affair with a nurse and says he gets excited seeing nurses. Rajesh hears their conversation. Beni says if Rajesh hears that, she will beat him into pulp. Happu laughs and says he was joking.
Next morning, Amma with Rajesh visits doctor’s clinic and says Happu has taken a wrong path and they need his help to get him back on track. Doctor in his usual style talks about funeral and deaths. Amma warns him to shut his mouth and suggests to hire Rajesh as a nurse in his clinic. He denies. She warns him that she will twist lemon into his eyes if he doesn’t agree. He agrees. She blesses him and leaves. Happu returns home and sees Ranbir incurring a leg fracture and Rajesh bandaging his leg. Rajesh says she has worked as a nurse before and knows what she is doing. Doctor enters and after a long drama says Rajesh did right and acted like a qualified nurse, so he wants her to work in his clinic as a nurse. Rajesh agrees while Happu gets jealous and tries to stop her in vain.
Kat returns home with Kamlesh after shopping and complains that he is becoming too greedy. Kamlesh says she is his only friend and whenever he tries to make new friends, they run away. Kat says his face is like that, so anyone would run away. Their nok jhok starts.
