The Episode starts with Happu asking Manohar who is this guy? Manohar says he is an engineer and was looting the ATM. Happu asks why did he steal ATM? The Engineer tells that his family has been crazy about online shopping and calls him many times for OTP, but not to ask how is he? Happu says he controls his family well. Rajjo calls him and tells him that she has purchased saree and asks him to tell OTP. Happu tells her OTP. He then lectures the engineer to control his family and make them realize their need and luxury. He then gets a call from his children who asks him about OTP. Happu tells them OTP. Manohar laughs. Engineer asks how many children, he has. Manohar says 9. Engineer is surprised. Amma calls Happu. Happu says don’t say anything and give her OTP. After the calls get over, Happu

asks Manohar to leave Engineer, understanding his helplessness. Happu tells Beni that the kids have shopped for 25000 Rs. Beni says Vimlesh has shopped for 12000 Rs. Happu thinks to plan something so that they don’t shop. Beni says they shall tell that the company shares have fallen down, whose shares they have. Happu comes home and tells that they shall not call him for OTP and asks them to ask whatever they want. Everyone tells them whatever they want. Beni comes there and tells Happu that the shares which had brought have fallen down badly. Happu falls down pretending to be unconscious. Dr. Udhas come there and checks Happu. Happu gives him money. Dr. Udhas asks Rajjo to keep him away from stress, else he will die. He comes out and tells everyone that Happu is going through a lot of stress. Beni tells that Happu was burdened by their demands. Dr. Udhas asks them to open their mouth as per Happu’s pocket, else he will die. He goes taking Kamlesh with him. Amma scolds him.

Beni praises Happu and tells that he has never seen such a honest guy and tells that once he returned someone’s bag which had 1 lakh Rs. Ranbir and Hritik laughs. Beni says you people don’t have any good values and says Happu used to take bribe for you all. He says Happu reaches the PS and as soon as he reaches there, you people call him for OTP. He says now his OTP came. He tells that Happu had bought shares in jumbo cement and the company shares has fallen down completely. He asks them to promise that nobody will ask for OTP, and says whoever asks is his enemy.
