The episode starts with Diya comes to the hospital in night . She saw that nobody is there with Ratan . She enters inside the room . She saw Ratan is sleeping. She cries and thanks god for saving his life . Sajan singh calls her and says come fast before anyone can see you . She tries to go but Ratan holds her hand in sleep . She tries to leave his hand and goes from there . Ratan wakes up and sees Diya going outside the room . He shouts Diya please stop i know you are diya my diya . He follows her but fell down due to weakness and injuries. But he stand up again and starts follow her while shouting to stop . Diya didn’t listen to him and keep going . Suddenly Ratan falls from the stairs . Diya see back falling him . Diya shouts Ratan . Ratan sees her and realises that she gained her memory back . Diya stands him up and takes him to his room . Diya helps him in sitting on bed . Ratan says I knew it that you will surely come to meet me . Diya says i have to come na . Afterall you are my Ratan . They hug each other.
Ratan vomits blood . Diya shouts for the doctor . Doctor comes and checks Ratan . They ask Diya who are you . CT comes there and says she is our Thakurani saa , Wife of our Hukam Ratan saa . Doctor says we need more blood . Sister says but doctor we don’t have A -ve blood anymore and now lait night it’s difficult to arrange A- ve blood . Diya says i know whose blood is A-ve . She calls Yuvraj to come here fast as we need your blood for Ratan . Yuvraj ends call and leave for the hospital. He reach there. Sister takes him for some test and take blood . Ratan continues vomiting blood . Sister comes after taking Yuvraj blood . And inject blood with Ratan . Doctors give him some injections so that he can sleep as he needs rest the most . Doctor comes outside the room and says everything is under control but I didn’t get one thing that in morning we checked him then he was fine but suddenly in night he gets unwell , strange ! . CT sees Diya and gets angry. She ask diya what you have done with Ratan saa , Tell me . Diya says i didn’t do anything wrong with him but when i was coming inside the room i saw someone’s shadow outside the room and he was not my papa saa then who can be .
I am sure that was not you but someone was there and that’s sure . She sees kaka saa as she have full faith that that was him who did something to Ratan . She points gun on him and ask why did you done this kaka saa . For money and crown ? . Kaka saa gets afraid and says what you are doing Thakurani saa , please drop your gun down . Yash says chachi saa please put your gun down otherwise i will shoot you . He points gun at her .
Diya put her gun down and looks at yash . Diya says you pointed gun on me . Yash takes diya outside some other room . He apologised her for his misbehave . He says chachi saa i am sorry for that but i have to do that otherwise you would have killed Dada saa ( Bhuvan ) . He says i know that dada saa is behind this but rest of the world doesn’t know about this . If you kill him then all will point finger on you and you should not take law in your hand . Diya says now what ? What shall i do leave him after knowing that he was a culprit. Yash says how do you know that he is behind this , any proof do you havw against him . He says maybe the real culprit was someone else who wants the same that you kill Dada saa and after that you gone to jail . Then his way will be clear for killing Ratan saa .
Diya says but who else then him can do this . I heard him talking with the goons to kill Ratan with this accident. Yash says may be he also wants the same but i save doubt that not only him but there is also another one in our family who wants to kill Ratan . Dada saa call goons to kill Ratan snd the goons did the same by attack Ratan with truck . But in hospital also someone fed Ratan somthing poisoned that’s why he was doing vomiting. No outsider comes inside room and not even Dada saa comes here from morning. So basically this is done by some other family member. He says we have to save RAT’s life and for that we need to work together as a team . Yuvraj comes there and says I listened your conversations and i think di Yash is right someone other in family wants to kill Ratan and we need to be together to know who is behind him and why . They all join hands . Sajan singh comes and says i also with you . He also joins them .
Precap – CT welcomes Ratan and Diya in palace and says them to take some rest , i will make soup for Hukam . Diya doubts her first but ignored her as she thinks that CT loves Ratan the most . She cannot do anything wrong with Ratan .
