The Episode starts with Lajjo’s dad talking to a shopkeeper at the bus stop. He comes to know that the bus will have many people and they should take another bus. Lajjo gets into the bus. Lajjo’s dad talks to some men who tell him whats the use of girls education. Lajjo’s dad supports the decision and says we should educate our girls, whats bad in it. Meera, Nani and Barkha are deciding about the engagement arrangements. Nikhil hears them talking. Nani gets knees pain. Nikhil thinks that Lajjo gave oil for Nani.
Nikhil asks Chaya to bring the oil from his cupboard. Nani shows some pics to Barkha. Nikhil gives the oil to Nani. Nani is very happy. Everyone laughs as the oil stinks. Meera says but its effective. Nikhil asks Nani did you ask Lajjo to send this oil. Meera says she did
Ishaana asks Nikhil to decide her outfit for her. Nikhil is lost in thoughts. Ishaana says where are you, I know you are upset but you should share so that I know what is the problem. She says you are thinking about Lajjo, you are here but not with me. Nikhil says I don’t believe in Rancho’s words, why will I. He says Lajjo does not love me, I know she has moved on, she forgot everything and is starting a new life, she is studying and going to college. Forget her now, its all over, there is no point now, its good why should she not love her life. Ishaana says you are right Nikhil, we should think about us, not Lajjo.
She says I want us to be happy, even Lajjo should be happy. She hugs him. He says yes, everyone should be happy. Ayesha comes to meet Adhiraj. He says I m not ill and I don’t want tea. She says who is interested to make tea. He says then why did you come, do you love me. She looks on and asks love? No, take this money, balance is clear. He says great and pulls her leg. They have a talk. He gives her a hindi dictionary to refer while reading his articles.
Lajjo tells her friend not to lie to her parents and not to go to study like this. She asks her to apologize to her mum. Her mum scolds Lajjo and taunts her. Ishaana and Nikhil meet at a pub and have a talk. Ishaana praises Nikhil and says I can never cheat him. Nikhil thinks about them and laughs. They have a dance. Jo khwab tha………… plays…………… Lajjo is in her home, crying. She hugs her mum. Her mum pacifies her. Nikhil wakes up and Chaya brings tea for him.
He thinks its Lajjo and looks at her. He starts missing Lajjo and thinks about her. Chaya asks what happened, is everything fine. Nikhil says yes, fine. Chaya says it looks he is missing Lajjo. Nikhil says I m happy as its my engagement with Ishaana. He praises Ishaana. Nani calls the designer Rosy and talks to him. Nikhil meets him and Rosy sticks to him as he is a gay. Lajjo’s dad waits at the bus stop for Lajjo.
A man talks ill about Lajjo. Lajjo’s dad looks on and gets angry. He says the bus came, and waits for Lajjo. Lajjo comes. Her dad says you came late. She says I forgot about the bus as I was studying, don’t you trust me. He says I trust you, but we get worried when you get late. She says take these books, I will go to Doctor Kaka and come. She says come home first. She insists and runs. Nikhil and Ishaana are planning for their engagement.
Rosy scares Nikhil and shows some designs to Ishaana. Nikhil says I won’t wear green blazer. Rosy asks Ishaana about it. Ishaana says I saw Karan Johar wearing it. Rosy teases Nikhil. Everyone laughs. Lajjo’s sister takes care of her mum. They smell something is burning and come out and see Lajjo’s books burning. Lajjo comes home and is shocked. She cries and asks her mum who did it. Nikhil and Gunjan have a talk. Ishaana comes home and everyone are happy. Ishaana looks at the flowers which Kaka brings. Nikhil sits on his knees and says for you. Ishaana thanks him.
Chaya comes and says why did you pluck this flowers Kaka, Lajjo had planted this. Kaka says yes, that is why its so beautiful. Ishaana throws the flowers. Nani says Chaya, clean the table and work in the kitchen. Nikhil tells Ishaana lets go out somewhere else I will drop you home. They leave. Gunjan picks the flowers and Nani looks on. Gunjan says yes its very beautiful and asks Chaya to keep it in a vase. Ishaana talks to Nikhil on the way. He tells about her London shopping dreams and plans.
She says then we will go to Ireland. Nikhil thinks about Lajjo while driving. Lajjo cries hugging the burnt books. Her dad tells the villagers did this as they are jealous of Lajjo’s education. Lajjo hears this. He says they will not win, I will bring new book for Lajjo. Some villagers call him out. Lajjo is upset.
