Scene 1
Guddan dresses up like Guddan. Dadi says durga getting breakfast ready? Guddan says no its me. Dadi says Guddan.. SHe says I got a call for audition. The role is of a mother in law who is very homely. So I wore Durga’s clothes. Durga says you can only act to be like me. You act in this house too. You can’t defame our family name outside this house. Gudan says I am doing hard work. I will become super star. Dadi says she is right. Guddan says girls can do anything after marriage too. Durga says you will ruin our family name one day.
AJ’s workers come and start protesting against him. They ask AJ to shut the restaurant down. Guddan says why are yu saying all that. Saru says no one can dare shutting down the restaurant . The person says we will shut
Durga says Guddan you sent saru to the restaurant. You will ruin our business. Guddan says I am sorry. she just started management. Humans make mistakes. The man is about to shove her. AJ holds his hand and slaps him. He says how dare you talk to my family like that. We dont’ disrespect our women here. And you are speaking to my wife. Stay in your limits. Guddan says they.. AJ says shut up. He takes her in middle of the hall. Durga says this never happened in this house. This all happened because of Guddan. Guddan comes to her room and sees paper all over the floor. Saru burns the papers. she says I am burning my dreams because of you. I shouldn’t have trusted you. Why you woke up my dreams again. I can’t do anything now, I lost confidence in myself. Laxmi says you did all this Guddan. Durga is right about you. They leave in anger.
Datta calls Guddan and says when can you come for audition? She says I am not coming anywhere. Perv says to Datta do anything and bring Guddan here. If she doesn’t come here you will never go out of jail. Guddan is in tears. she recalls what AJ said.
