Laksh arrives at the Modi mansion with Om and Ganga. Everyone is wearing white clothes. Gopi’s body is on the floor along with her portrait. The Modi family are crying. Rashi sees Om and Ganga and runs to hug them.
“ Durga? Om?” Rashi cries.
“ Nani, what is this?” Ganga says.
“ Can you take the children away from here? I don’t want them to see this.” Rashi sobs.
“ Ok, sure. I will send them with the driver. They can go to my house. But who is that?” Laksh asks.
“ That is their grandmother. She was murdered and the children’s mother is missing. We don’t know where she is.” Rashi cries.
“ I am sorry for your loss. I saved Om and Ganga from the kidnappers.” Laksh says. Rashi is shocked.
“ You mean that the children were not with that lady? They were with you? This was a trap for Durga then.” Rashi says.
“ What do you mean?” Laksh asks.
“ We got a phone call that Om and Ganga were with the lady. Durga, their mother, went to meet the lady. The children were not there. That means that if that lady killed Gopi, they may have killed Durga too.” Rashi says and she breaks down. “ I request you, take the children far from here.” Laksh leaves. Ahem is seen near Gopi’s body. He is hurt. He wasn’t speaking. Rashi thinks that today again Gopi had left everyone and this time, for good. Rashi goes to the temple.
“ What is this Kahna Ji? The same Gopi who was your greatest devotee, you took her from us? Today, you have proved that you have never done justice to Gopi. You have never given her a good life! And from today, I have lost my faith in you!” Rashi says and blows the light from the diya. The diya loses it light.
At a mansion, Paro and Anjali are seen celebrating their victory. They are drinking wine. “ Cheers!”
“ Finally, I got my revenge. Gopi Modi is gone and the Modi family is destroyed. Darkness will arise once more. The days of Gopi Modi are over. Now Anjali Sindoora Mehra’s rule has begun.” Anjali says. Shagun vamp tune plays.
18 months later…
A woman seen wearing heavy blue sar and a veil similar to Kokila’s style. She is wearing glasses. Saath Nibhana Saathiya tune plays. It is Rashi. She speaks to the viewers.
“ Hello, I am Rashi. 18 years has passed since Gopi’s death and since then I have looked after our family. Everyone has changed since then and I love them. But of course, I had to take care of my own family. I forgot to tell you guys. Today it is my grandson’s sangeet! Yes! I became a Dadi He is my sweetie. My jaan. There he is!” A girl and a boy are shown in the middle of the hall.

Rashi runs to hug her nephew and wife. “ Rahul, you looked so handsome. You made me so proud.” Rashi says.
“ Dadi, you are embarrassing me. You are such a drama queen.” Rahul says.
“ Rahul? That is very rude. I am old now. I get emotional very easily.” Rashi fake cries. Jigar and Heer come.
“ Maa, stop it.” Jigar says.
“ He has gone completely on you. Rahul is your cousin brother indeed.” Rashi says and furiously leaves. They all laugh.
Rashi enters her the hallway. Her hallway was full of portraits of people from the past- Kokila, Hetal, Jigar, Paridhi, Tolu, Molu, Vidya, Naiya, Dharam, Gaura, Shravan and finally Gopi and Durga. All portraits had garlands over them. Rashi looks at them sadly. “ My family has changed so much. You all have been with us in this kahani. People have changed in all of these years but our love for each other remains the same. I still miss everyone and they continue to stay with me in my heart.” Raj arrives and comforts the upset Rashi.
“ Whats wrong Rashi?” Raj says.
“ I wish they all were here today, especially Gopi and Durga. My own sister is not here for my grandson’s wedding. Heer was Gopi’s daughter, Gopi isn’t even here for Heer’s son sangeet.” Rashi cries. Raj hugs Rashi.
“ They are still with us, they are watching us. They don’t want to see us sad. They want us be happy.”
Far away in Jammu, Kashmir, it was the Vaishno Devi temple. A young woman removes her sandals and enters the temple. Bhajan plays. Wind grows stronger. Bells ring heavily. The young woman goes near the idol. “ Today, Maa, I request you to give me shakti and strength to destroy my enemies. I am Durga too and today I want you to give me shakti to become the one to bring destruction to my enemies. You are goddess of revenge and power. You are goddess of justice. You were the one who slayed evil. Today give me the power to defeat evil. Give me the power to bring justice for my mother.” The woman says. It was Durga. Dhin dhin thatha tune plays as Durga is shown wearing a gold sari. “ 18 months ago, my mother blew the light off the diya. Today, I light this diya in hope that my battle against my enemies ends in victory.” Durga lights the diya. Bhajan plays.
Durga leaves the temple. A man arrives. “ Are you ready to leave?” The man says.
“ Yes Papa.” Durga says. Ahem tune plays. Ahem is shown. Durga sits in the car
At the Malhotra mansion, Gopi Jr (Tanya Sharma) arrives. Rashi is excited.
“ Gopi!” Rashi cries of happiness and hugs her daughter.
“ Maa, how are you?” Gopi Jr sobs.
“ I am fine, I haven’t seen in you in so many years since that incident.” Rashi says.
“ Maa, ignore the past. Forget it. You had no choice.” Gopi Jr says. She wipes her mother’s tears.
“ Pari died because of me and I will never forgive myself.” Rashi says.
At the entrance, a woman comes out of her car. A veil is covering her face and she was wearing a turquoise and black designer sari. Vamp tune plays. She walks towards the door.
Gopi Jr and Rashi are talking. A storm occurs. Rashi feels uncomfortable. Raj comes.
“ Gopi? What a pleasant surprise! How are you?” Raj asks.
“ I am fine uncle.” Gopi Jr says.
“ Rashi, the big dance number is coming up and we need all couples to get ready.” Raj says.
“ Big dance number?” Rashi gets shocked. “ My makeup is horrible and you want me to dance today?”
“ Uff Maa, you never change. Go.” Gopi Jr says.
“ True, she is always a drama queen.” Raj says. Rashi pinches him. “ Ow.”
“ And you act like a king, buddha.” Rashi says and walks off. Gopi Jr and Raj laugh.
All men and women split into two teams. Raj, Laksh, Jigar, Rahul and Anurag in the mens team. Rashi, Durga, Heer, Gopi Jr and Lakshmi in the womens team.

Rashi looks at the woman and gets confused. She thinks who this woman covering her face. Rashi walks towards the woman. Suddenly, her family portrait breaks and shatters and her mangulsatur falls off her neck. Rashi is shocked. The woman laughs evilly and picks the magulsatur for her.
“ Is this yours?” The woman says.
“ Yes, thank you. I don’t understand how it came off.” Rashi says.
“ It is probably a sign.” The woman says.
“ Who are you?” Rashi asks. The woman takes off her veil. It was Pari (Jennifer Winget). Rashi is shocked. Dramatic tune plays. Rashi walks backwards. “ No this cant be.” Rashi cries.
“ Jaise Krishna Mama.” Pari says. Rashi tries to hug her but Pari pushes her.
“ Pari?” Rashi says.
“ Stay away from me. Your Pari is dead for you.” Pari shouts. Pari drags Rashi out of the mansion.
“ What are you saying? I had no choice.” Rashi cries.
“ And you chose that Gopi instead of me? Because she is your first daughter? You left me to burn in those flames!” Pari screams.
“ This was all Anjali’s plan. Remember Anjali? Sindoora’s daughter? She sent Priyanka to trap us all. It wasn’t my fault.” Rashi pleads.
“ Oh remining me of Sindoora, it is weird how me and you end up like Sindoora and Gopi maasi. I heard Gopi maasi is dead now. Durga di is dead too. You are completely alone.” Pari laughs. Rashi fumes and tries to slap Pari.
“ Pari! Don’t you even dare say anything about Gopi and Durga again!” Rashi shouts.
“ Or what? What will you do? You always think about others except your own family! In your previous birth, you used to neglect Tolu and Molu and then you neglected me by choosing to save Gopi. What did I do? I was simply the second daughter. I was never the favorite.” Pari says. Rashi grabs Pari.
“ And you want revenge now? Sindoora wanted revenge herself because Radha abandoned her and Sindoora thought Gopi was her mother. You want to do the same? Sindoora was killed in an earthquake! Bagwan took her away himself! You want to be like her?” Rashi screams.
“ Yes I want to be like her and I will destroy your family because you and Papa left me on my own when I was dying. And then, Anjali Maa saved me.” Pari says. Rashi is shocked.
“ Anjali?” Rashi says. Vamp tune plays. Anjali arrives and laughs.
“ Yes, it is me Rashi. I saved your daughter and looked after her in all of these years. You didn’t know?” Mandira says. Rashi tries to slap Anjali but Pari holds her hand.
“ Don’t you even dare harm my mother.” Pari says.
“ Mother?” Rashi cries.
“ Yes, you are dead for me. Since that day, Anjali Maa is my mother.” Pari says.
“ What have you done to my daughter?” Rashi says to Anjali.
“ I did what I wanted to do to you and Gopi. Gopi snatched my Ashok from me so I punished her. But the reason why I did this to you was because I simply hate you for being her sister.” Anjali says.
Meanwhile, a woman in white sari is seen watching the confrontation. Anjali and Pari leave. Rashi is left broken. The woman in white approaches Rashi and comforts her. Rashi looks up and is shocked. It is Gopi.
“ Gopi? No it cant be you. I am imagining you. I imagined you inside as well.” Rashi cries. She hugs Gopi and realises she was real and alive.
“ Ha Rashi behen, it is me your Gopi.” Gopi cries.
“ Gopi where have you been all this time?” Rashi asks. Durga also arrives along with Ahem. Rashi is shocked.
“ Durga? You as well?” Rashi cries.
“ Rashi behen. I will explain everything.” Gopi says.
Flashback (18 months ago)
Gopi’s body was never done final rites by the Modi family because her body was taken by the police for examination. In the hospital, the doctors discovered that she was still alive. However, only Ahem knew about Gopi being alive.
“ Gopi, who did this to you?” Ahem asks.
“ Anjali and Paro. Paro was never our daughter. Durga was our daughter. Paro was Anjali’s daughter.” Gopi says.
“ How dare they!” Ahem shouts.
“ No Ahem Ji. We have to think carefully now. Paro is pretending to be a Modi. I have no evidence against her.” Gopi says. Suddenly, Gopi’s vitals drop. Ahem calls the doctor. The doctor says that Gopi had slipped into coma.
Present
“ When I finally woke up from coma, I realised Durga was also alive as Ahem Ji saved her. We three joined together and we have returned to defeat Anjali and Paro.” Gopi finishes.
“ I will support you Gopi. I always will. I know you will win Gopi.” Rashi says.
“ It is time Anjali and Paro suffer for their sins. We will punish them and then finally we can live in peace.” Durga says.
Durga and Rashi enter the Malhotra mansion. Everyone are shocked to see Durga. Anjali and Paro also reach there. They are stunned.
“ Yes it is me! Durga Modi is back!” Durga screams. Anjali and Paro are scared. The whole Modi family greet Durga and welcome her back.
“ Where were you all this time?” Amba says.
“ I have been away because I wanted to focus on business.” Durga says.
“ Mom, how is she back? We killed her?” Paro says.
“ I don’t know. We are finished now. She is going to tell everyone we killed Gopi.” Anjali says. Durga approaches them. Both villains get scared.
“ Hello Anjali and Paro. How are you both?” Durga asks.
“ We are fine. How are you Durga? You are back after a long time?” Anjali asks.
“ I had to work on my business and become rich and powerful.” Durga says arrogantly. “ Lets go to the courtyard.” All three go to the courtyard.
“ What is this Durga? What is your game plan?” Anjali asks.
“ My game plan? Don’t worry, you two’s secret that you killed Maa is not going to be revealed. But, I have come back for my revenge. You both have shown my family bad times. You both have tortured my family for 18 months. You attacked me so I will destroy you both.” Durga warns.
“ How could you say this all so confidently Durga?” Paro says.
“ She is being overconfident.” Anjali says.
“ My challenge to you both. In 5 days, I promise you both that I will get you punished and my Maa will get her justice.” Durga says.
“ We accept your challenge but this time you wont survive.” Anjali says. Vamp tune plays. Durga smirks and shakes hands with Anjali.
Precap- Gopi enters as a ghost in Modi mansion. She scares Anjali. Meanwhile, Durga causes problems between Karan and Paro.
